You become what you consistently think about. Would you agree?
From since I can remember I have been fascinated by movement and dance. With its power and applications in grace and dignity.
I had no plans to become a dance educator but decades into dance and training here I am still thinking and writing and dancing whenever I can.
Yes, you may have many other professional careers and experiences in varied fields but the things you are deeply passionate about, you become and becomes you.
Be it any form of art of science or anything in between yet unnamed… You draw energy and purpose from it… You feed from the very energy in reference and reflection. You transform yourself and your environment with the very same energy within in enthusiasm as you come from heartfelt abundance.
As we continuously dedicate our time and energy towards improving what we do, our movements reach beyond passion and that’s when our creative possibilities spring forth boundlessly!
Life challenges, teaches and evolves in the strangest of ways.
When you resolve to heal, all of nature conspires to begin your healing
It is all in the allowance, in the permissions that you give yourself to let go of your inhibitions and hesitations that stalled your healing in the first place.
As you permit your self to move beyond your limitations that you set on yourself, you begin to see the changes manifesting in and around your body, mind ,spirit and in your life!
All things move freely and you flow through…people appear who are meant to help you heal , So give in and allow your self to be all that you truly are .
You are a divine manifestation of consciousness. Remember that and all is well!
My reflections on this beautiful picture…. Sun kissed leaves shine like gold Majestic tall trees lined with wisdom untold A winding woody path so green emerges in between … It beckons you onto a journey to the unknown Yet with the radiant light of the sun leading you on You know for sure you will never lose your way Basking in the beautiful morning suns ray …. Walk the path … befriend nature and dare To accept the experiences, it’s ready to share Live this moment, do not leave it for another day awaiting when the sun shall shine this glorious way … Cos Life is so much like this unknown path my friend Make the journey as the sunshine around the bend Trust yourself to be all you can be And perhaps, its awaiting you … that which you wish to see!

Yes eyes speak more than words can tell
Have you seen eyes up close
They say much more
There is defiance denial
Hurt and humility
Fear and pain
Sadness and confusion
Longing for approval
And anguish of anxiety
There is judgement and approval
Brazeness and courage
Hope and trust
Mystic and magic
Enigma so magnetic
And yet there is also
Surprise and innocence
Charm and grace
Kindness and Generosity
A Light of Love
For life and living.

It is Monday morning and a start to a new week! Here is a beautiful story share.
Sunflowers 🌻 turn according to the position of the sun, in other words, they “chase the light.” You might already know this, but there is another fact that you probably do not know!
Have you ever wondered what happens on cloudy, rainy days when the sun is completely covered by clouds?🤔
This is an interesting question, isn’t it?
Perhaps you think the sunflower withers or turns its head towards the ground. Is this what crossed your mind?
Well, that’s incorrect!
This is what happens?
They turn towards each other to share their energy.🌻🌻
Nature’s perfection is amazing; now let’s apply this reflection to our lives. We all want this light and seek it in different ways: in our family, friends, religion, work and so on. But there are always going to be cloudy days, gloomy days, because there is no escaping them!
When this happens, most people become overwhelmed, low-spirited, and the most vulnerable ones, some-times, become depressed.How about following the example of the beautiful sunflowers 🌻 supporting and em-powering each other. Nature has so much to teach us.
Wishing everyone a “Sun flower”🌻 trait of turning towards each other on their cloudy and gloomy days.
Reading this story drew me to another fascinating aspect so visible in the sunflowers. The mathematical order of their spirals, that continue to mystify us in all their glory.
Here is an interesting explanation for such a phenomenon.
Truly are many aspects to the ordinary… and yet simplicities of harmony in the very complexities and chaos of life and living.
Staybetween the glancing back and gazing forward. Lessons are learnt from past. Time teaches us all Yet look ahead in hope For life is lived forward not backward.
I quit my job, my relationship, my spirituality… I wanted to quit my life.
I went to the woods to have one last talk with god
“God”, I asked,
“Can you give me one good reason not to quit?”.
His answer surprised me…
“Look around”, He said. “Do you see the fern and the bamboo ?
“Yes”, I replied.
“When I planted the fern and the bamboo seeds, I took very good care of them.
I gave them light.I gave them water.The fern quickly grew from the earth.
Its brilliant green covered the floor.Yet nothing came from the bamboo seed. But I did not quit on the bamboo.In the second year the Fern grew more vibrant and plentiful.
And again, nothing came from the bamboo seed. But I did not quit on the bamboo. He said.
“In year three there was still nothing from the bamboo seed.But I would not quit.
In year four, again, there was nothing from the bamboo seed. I would not quit.” He said.
“Then in the fifth year a tiny sprout emerged from the earth. Compared to the fern it was seemingly small and insignificant…But just 6 months later the bamboo rose to over 100 feet tall.
It had spent the five years growing roots. Those roots made it strong and gave it what it needed to survive.I would not give any of my creations a challenge it could not handle.”
He asked me. “Did you know, my child, that all this time you have been struggling, you have actually been growing roots”.
“I would not quit on the bamboo.I will never quit on you.”
“Don’t compare yourself to others.” He said.”The bamboo had a different Purpose than the fern.
Yet they both make the forest beautiful.””Your time will come”, God said to me.
“You will rise high”.
Is
“How high should I rise?” I asked.
“How high will the bamboo rise?” He asked in return.
“As high as it can?” I questioned.”Yes.” He said, “Give Me glory by rising as high as you can.”
I left the forest and brought back this story.I hope these words can help you see that God will never give up on you.Never, Never, Never, Give up.
