Celebration of Independence

May we always dance in independence and freedom.

May we tune ourselves to connect with joys in tandem

May we always remember and value great souls lost in martyrdom

May we acknowledge that the strength in the interdependence is never random

May we always respect our roots and learn to follow our inner wisdom 🙂

Happy Independence Day to all Indians all over the world!

You Can!

Painting & Artwork by Savvy Raj

You Can!

If you only could see the myriad patterns and colors of life you will live to create

If you could believe in the vividity of the moment

If you could only sense the magic that life is meant to be

You will…

Paint your life with joy in the flow!

Unwrap this gift of life lovingly!

Just believe you can.

You can!

Life and living

Yesterday evening as I went out walking I couldnt help notice the stark reality that stares at us . In people around us!

Often find there are more grim faces out in the world with tension written all over in their body language.

A serious disposition, drooping shoulders downward or vacant gaze, clenched teeth or fist , tight jaw. People think twice before smiling or making eye contact.

Or on the other extreme… every one these days seems more connected to their mobiles than ever. And when they are asked to come back to reality there is a gap in awareness. People are overwhelmed by this divide that is happening all around us.

Life need not be overwhelming all the time. Perhaps a few personal perspectives need a shift.

Life and living

Life is easier when

  • You make friends with your past.
  • You realize you create happiness.
  • You stop your overthinking.
  • You realize time heals it all.
  • You live and let live.
  • Your avoid passing judgements.
  • You begin to start smiling more.

Would be happy to hear more of what makes life easier for you…Do feel free to share of what you think can make life easy!

On faith and trust

Sometimes in the chaos of confusion
In the depth of our vulnerabilities
We find our inner resilience
In the spaces between our steps

And when that happens
Nothing can keep us down
For we rise and resurrect ourselves
Out of nowhere somehow

All we need to do is to… Keep the faith!
For life has many glorious plans Awaiting us… Trust in providence.
It will help us on our way!

Life is how you live it. (Part2)

Infinite moments are meant to happen
Every moment is not the same
There is much within you
That can turn the way this moment feels

Sometimes life can be challenging
Making every moment difficult
There can be pain, agony that seem endless
Or every moment may seem like a chore

Yet whatever the times that must pass us by
How we feel deep within is
in how we learn to take the moment .
In happiness and sorrow, in joy and pain.

Allow the moment to manifest itself
As it is meant to
Don’t fight it, for as it comes it shall go
Remember nothing lasts forever.

In the river of time these moments slip on
In the passage of time
And so gear up to experience a brand new moment .
For every moment is a fresh start.

See every moment in goodwill of hope
Awaken to the present moment
For thats what truly matters
Life is how you live it.

Power of Human Spirit.

Strength to defy & dare destiny in the face

Of danger destruction and devastation …

Comes from a deeper conviction that creates

Courage to rise beyond catastrophes …

The heart has the capacity to deal

with almost anything … as that is how our life is

wired to cope and heal.

Expressing through Arts is a power within us.

In empathy with care and compassion

It is an act of kindness in realization of the oneness.

That what hurts you is actually eventually hurting me …

Your pain is my pain

In conscious awareness

I can help you heal

Your troubles away in faith

And hope for a better tomorrow for us all.
