Politeness comes from caring in goodwill.

Being angry is easy, it breaks down relationships.

Patience comes from perseverance of the being.

Being hostile is easy and hurts another.

On Thinking

Expansive & Inclusive thinking.

The importance and impact of thought on humanity cannot be denied. Positively steered thoughts transform lives and create transcedance

Similarly aimless thoughts lead to stagnation. And negative thinking is a road to self destruction. Repression and suppression of thoughts through force and coercion can has harmful effects on the entire personna.

Educating the mind and heart with the power of rational thinking and clarity on topics like humanity and ethical living , natural laws of being , of the larger purpose of being than the self creates a conducive platform for steering the young minds towards self introspection and contemplation in self reflection and awareness.

For instance subjects like philosophy, psychology, sociology can be introduced in high schools along with other mainstream subjects so discussions on morality and ethics of being and humanity at a much impressionable age. Students showing interest can then be given options to advanced exploration.

Every subject has its own charm and significance, In fact including these subjects will help still a restless mind and induce tolerance and patience in thinking and relating.

In doing so the next generations understanding of the relationship of the self and world and it’s interdependence in the strength of the interconnects improves amidst the introspection.

Our world needs understanding in expansiveness and inclusivity more than ever… it needs governance by leaders who value response over reaction.

Remember these 5Rs

1. Refuse what you do not need,

5. Repurpose (Compost) the rest.

Share and spread awareness of how each of us can sustain our environment.

Aflame In Purpose

A sense of purpose is necessary for your wellbeing as much as your success.

For purpose conjugates a direction than an aimless wandering.
To consolidate with a focus, is to connect yourself to your own existence.

It’s a knowing that you can direct your energies to fruition

Amassing your experiences towards self expression.
That gives a meaning to your very being.

In such a practice the purpose is reinforced.

Strengthened by the force of intention.
All in a dedication to connect with the core of being who you truly are.

The Dance and the Dancer

How can you separate the dancer from the dance?

For there is no one without the other
Body and soul united in spirit.
When the two meet there emerges energy
In unison of the cohesive oneness
The heart knows what the mind speaks
And mind tells what the heart wants

In the dance of the lead and follow
There is no one without the other.
There is a draw of passion
There a pull of power
And there is the push of purpose
To flow as one in the moment of the now!
Embedded is the dance in a dancer
Embalmed is the dancer in the dance.

For Oneness is the universal spirit of dance!
Flowing, Feeling
Bending, Blending
Twisting, Turning
Tapping, Trusting
Marking, Merging
Dipping, Drawing
Swiveling, Sensing

Whirling, Waltzing

The list goes on…

All in this circle of Life

And Life is a dance!

Rhythm of nature

Dance with the rhythms of nature

Be like the sun and sky all aglow

Show up like the sky without absence

Always allowing the light to brighten the day.

Feel one with waves dancing with water

Flow like the gentle rain and let go your worries

Emerge refreshed having soaked in the energy of water.

Feel the breeze of the cool winds blow.

Sense the grounding from the mountains and trees

And stay firm, ensconced like the arresting mountains do!

Witness your thoughts that drift in like tidal waves

But rest yourself rooted like the tree that you sit below.

Feel one with nature and be blessed by its wisdom

Know that endless are the learnings from Nature …

Care then to adopt the rhythms of nature.
