So much wisdom
Within each life
In each of its cell
That a life time
Is not enough
To make sense of it all.
Body mind & soul
Interweaves itself
Beyond limits of understanding
To connect and guide
Life to its own purpose of being.
If this is not divinity at play
I wonder what is?

Is often misunderstood
Often misrepresented
Often misquoted
True courage
Is in being present
Enough and vulnerable
To dare to live through
In times when hope feels feeble.
To show up, no matter what
Storm or not
Courage dares to be.

On this boat of love
The water becomes gentle
In moving mid stream
The currents of life
Are seemingly rapid
Yet on this boat of love
Life is lovingly lived…
In every passing moment
There is a sign of hope
Clearing the fog, off the way
Lighting up the way with clarity.

Perhaps that’s why we need to share
To express the truths of our being

They may become a guide and toolkit
