It all started with a conversation with one of my dance students of many years. She was going through some life changing challenges. And she poured her heart out.
This episode is inspired from that heartful conversation, I had with her on the many varied situations that confront us all and some perspectives I shared, on managing the self through the challenges.

Until humans are devoid
Of humanity
The moot point of creativity
Will be destroyed forever
For as we develop Ai
Ai is destructing us.
The social fabric
Is shredded to bits
In the facades of validation
Of likes and emojis.
The value of human touch
Is replaced with doomscrolling…
Forgotten in this virtual world
Even money is no more tangible.
Some times what we think is development
Can possibly lead to AI infestation
Into our lives whether we agree or not
Our privacy is out of the window
Our every move is public
The price of advancement.

P.S:
That Ai is dumbing us down is known but more than that price we pay is losing our voice and expression.
Whatever the Ai models the fact is we are slowly more and more willing to let it operate us…to the point that there is no uniqueness left.

On a moonlit night
Embalmed in its luminescence.
Bathed in its argent glow
Graced by the peace in the beam
Radiance lingers in its pearlescent reflection
Drawing us to look upwards
As we are enveloped by its lovely light.

It was like a painting
That I could not forget
In the streets of Paris
Where artists paint
In passionate fervour.
The stark shape of lines
Bold colors that speak
Of the creator’s confidence.
The play of contrasts
In the light & dark.
The arresting silhouette
Almost molded to form.
An awe-inspiring design.
Displayed in the window
It caught my eye…
The dress was mesmerizing
No, not in a delicate way
It was quite the opposite.
It spoke to me
Of a certain power play
It had me thinking
Who will don it?
Power in a dress?
A dress can do much for your confidence
You can own the dress and the world …
With the right kind of dress.
Would you agree?
And tell me…
When I started the above poem with the line
It was like a painting…
Did you think it could be about a dress ?

Did you think of it as something that flowed with beauty?
