Imprints of kindness

On Kindness
Kindle the kindness
It’s the springwell of love
For love is limitless
Kindness generates
Heartfelt abundance
From one to another
Creating magic in action
Be it in words thoughts or deeds.

That best portion of a man’s life, his little, nameless, unremembered acts of kindness and love.
William Wordsworth

Leave imprints in kindness

Every word you say

Every where you go

Every act you do in kindness

Every tree you plant

Makes a difference

For it is busy saving the world.

Be kind stay kind

It’s possible.

All at the right time.

There is a time and reason for every season
For if all the seasons manifested together
There would be calamity.

There is always a reason to things
To questions and answers

If every lifes purpose asserted itself in this now.
There would be no tommorow…
Life is meant to go on
To live and learn
To explore and discover
To hope and await
To look forward to…

So acknowledge the learnings that happen
In a lifetime…
All at the right time.

Cups of time

Cupclock

If every hour were to be a cup

That would hold what you pour

What what you pour into the cup?

If every cup were to be

As they are meant to be,

Which cups would be full?

And which stark empty?

On happiness

Everyone has a different idea of true happiness.

What do you think you need to be truly happy?

Is it love?

Is it hope?

Is it purpose?

Is it inclusion?

Is it health?

Is it material or non material?

I do think happiness is an inside job.

We are responsible for our happiness.

Feel free to share your thoughts on happiness.

On Managing Anger

One moment of anger

Can wreak havoc on your health

Take a moment to pause

When you sense anger

Make a habit to breathe

Out your anger

Inhale a breathe of peace

And exhale the anger away…

For both cannot coexist.

Make space for peace within.

“Anger is like a storm rising up from the bottom of your consciousness. When you feel it coming, turn your focus to your breath.

Thich Nhat Hanh

Breathe in peace

Exhale out anger

Inside you, let peace prevail

Over moments of anger…

A blessing in disguise

On Sensitivity

Every life is unique

And each of us on this planet

Have different personality traits

Our heart and mind is wired

In infinitely different ways.

An acknowledgment of the uniqueness to life

Makes us understand how valuable we each can be.

A little sensitivity goes a long way…

Although people cannot be compartmentalised

There are many ways nature and nurture impacts

Some hardened by life in resilience

Some suppress their emotions

Causing imbalances within

Some sensitive to sense the subtler energies

And Some who wear their heart on their sleeves

Expressing emotions and feelings away…

It can be challenging

For they also hurt easily.

For they sense a flood of emotions

They are often extremely receptive

As well as empathic in their sensing.

And often quick to understand

Perhaps they are blessed with subtlety

Of perception & awareness

With a highly developed intuition

For they are sensitive & emotional beings

They are who they are as they are.

Sensitivity can be blessing in disguise

Yet Sensitivity makes us humane

In the way we relate with the world

The planet needs sensitive souls

Who care a little more

Who sense and feel in empathic ways.

Let’s never discount this gift & virtue

In these sensitive souls.

For how we sense and feel

Affects what path and actions we choose to take.

And the world around is but a reflection of who we are

Be you

There is great power

In being yourself

You will know

You are enough

To be all that you are

Be you

That’s what u are meant to be

When you arrive at being comfortable being yourself, and in front of others, your gifts will shine through and you will make a positive impact on this world.

All it takes is being the authentic you!

Healing is in letting go

On Letting go

If you are feeling upset

Let time pass

Hurts will heal again

If you are angry

Let there be pauses

Anger will recede in the silence

If you are defeated

Let yourself know

That the world is a circle

The night breaks into a new dawn

With promises of a blessed new day!

So stay patient in perseverance

And know every phase has a reason to be

Learn to forgive and let go

And as all is meant to be well once again.

Writing is often a very cathartic experience.

Sometimes people unknowningly say things that hurt or upset another.

Today was one of those days. I chanced upon one of my old poems on letting go in forgiveness and it made much sense. I was able to move beyond simply by acknowledging the truth in those verses.

I simply had to share…

On Self Management

You have everything you need

To survive this journey of life

Your every doubt & confusion

Can find in you resolution…

Why search all around?

When the answers rests within

Seek if you must,

In faith & trustfulness

That you will receive

All that you need

At the ordained moment.

Treasure of happiness

Try to make at least one person happy every day. If you cannot do a kind deed, speak a kind word. If you cannot speak a kind word, think a kind thought.

Count up, if you can, the treasure of happiness that you would dispense in a week, in a year, in a lifetime!
Lawrence G. Lovasik

Loved the message in the quote…Build a treasure of happiness.

A Great Share

Ever Grateful  for a powerful caption that once caught my eye

“Don’t bite more than you can chew….”

Denotes the wisdom of  moderation in life and living. To know a cut off point
Is to know where to draw the line between  exhaustion  and excitement.

Simply taking on more work or responsibility  or trying  to multitasking beyond  your abilities and capacities is self defeating.
So only commit to what you truly can deliver .
Not less not more.
So grateful to have read this many years ago and  consistently  practice this learning.
Happy to share this piece of advice that is my mindful reminder before taking on more.

Be happy

How important is it to be happy to you?

How do you find happiness?

How important is it to choose the people you want spend your life with?

Can you be happy with someone only you love?

Or can you be happy with someone who loves you more than you?

It’s a choice that rests with you, as to what you choose to do.

Stay on hoping they will love you back someday, someway

Or choose to work on yourself and become a happy person.

It’s all within you!

And you can choose to be happy.

Unique pathways

We are uniquely ordained by nature yet so very interconnected that we can find versions of ourselves time and time again as reflections in the resonance.

For what we see in another is a reflection of our own lives, that is unique yet self similar in manifestations .

We all duel and pass through these reflections in our lives at different times in our own special ways.

Every life has its own reason to be. A purpose of being. Every life has its own story Every life unfolds in its own way.

Bridge of learning

There is great wisdom

In the bridge of learning

Every move in our life

Is a prequel in the journey

Of living life in every now

A journey of learning

Has many moves

From exploration to action

From action to understanding

We learn from mistakes

From our own foibles

As much as others

There is a great many steps

To bridge the journey

Of our learnings in the living.

How much wisdom we imbibe

Is all in our intention

To apply the learnings

From our experiences

And understand some more.

On Self Belief

It’s easy to get caught up in seeking validation and approval from others, but the truth is that the only person you truly need to impress is yourself.

You are enough, just as you are, and your worth doesn’t depend on the opinions or actions of others. When you recognize your own value and believe in yourself, you can accomplish anything you set your mind to.

Learning to be comfortable in your own skin and trusting in your own abilities can take time, but it’s a journey worth taking.

When you focus on cultivating a positive relationship with yourself, you’ll find that you’re happier, more confident, and better equipped to handle life’s challenges. Remember, you don’t need anyone else’s approval or validation to be happy and fulfilled. You are enough, simply by existing as you are.

It’s common to fall into the trap of seeking validation and approval from others, but the reality is that your self-worth isn’t dependent on the opinions or actions of others. You are enough, and improving yourself from where you are, is the only thing that truly matters. By recognizing your own value and having faith in yourself, you can achieve anything you set your mind to.

Developing a positive relationship with yourself and being comfortable with who you are takes time, but it’s a worthwhile journey.

By prioritizing your own well-being and self-belief, you’ll discover a greater sense of happiness, confidence, and resilience.

Remember that your happiness and fulfillment don’t require external validation or approval.

You are enough simply by being you.
