So much wisdom
Within each life
In each of its cell
That a life time
Is not enough
To make sense of it all.
Body mind & soul
Interweaves itself
Beyond limits of understanding
To connect and guide
Life to its own purpose of being.
If this is not divinity at play
I wonder what is?

We all want peace
At all times
But is that peace
If it creates war.
Can war create peace
What peace is peace
That destroys another.
True peace is in ease of being
Peace that flows through
In and around us
That is already within each of us
Awaiting our acknowledgement
To connect and embody
So let’s align with our inner peace
And let the heart share this peace
With the world outside

Let peace be the way of being
It radiates and alters the energy around.

I like the moments of morning calm
Before the world wakes up
I find the time for reflection in gratitude
For nature in and around me.
The night helps settle the density
Of racing thoughts in time.
Like water becomes clearer in stillness.
The calm and quiet of early dawn
Surfaces peace and clarity.
Mirroring the truth of the moments.
Emerging in the space of stillness.
As all the agitations drop as sediments
To repose the restless waters in calm
Realising the value of patience
Therein is the grace of effortless ease.

If something seems smooth in its flow
There is also chaos somewhere
If something feels certain and precise
There are also probabilities across the spectrum
Of ambiguity.
If time feels flexible enough to warp and bend at will
There is also uniformity of timing in the rigidity like the ticking clock.
Yet, in the weight and the gravity of situations
Floats the other side, the whimsical truths…
Seemingly clashing
With the greatest of minds
And their proposed theories of science.
Balancing both ends
Is the fascia of existence that strings it all…
Question remains not
If gravity is pulling or pushing.
But that it is gravitating with grace
On its own,
Causing the calm in the flow…

Like weary ropes wearing thin
Knots unravel and fall away
Setting us free
Shaping into wings
To soar again
And be all that we are…

Colour of changes
Mapped in its veins.
A single leaf strewn across by the winds of changes, carries profound truths of living life…🙏

We walk many roads
We experience many bumps
We feel this too shall pass
And wait for the better.
But what if we realize
The bumps and boulders
That come in our path
Are the pathways for clarity
They are the kind of roads
We have to pass through
To become who we are.
Everything has a reason
Nothing is accidental

Who am I in this now?
Whatever and however this moment presents…
Am I able to look at what is?
Meet it with composure?
What are my kind of choices ?
Am I reacting or responding
In this now of my life?
Perhaps in this vulnerable space
With the truths of my being,
I sense myself growing
From and out of every experience.
That teaches me to listen
Allowing me to flow with life
Making sense, along the way.
Knowing in my heart
That I am not a stagnant pond
Nor a stone refusing to roll.
For rolling stones gather no moss
I flow with lightness
Living life lovingly.
