On Awareness
Between what was understood and what we understand, and what we are yet to understand, is the bridge of awareness in time.
Our shifting perspectives are simply signs of changes as we continue to flow in the river of time.

Your birth is not the only time you are born
You are born in every moment of awareness
You are born in every conscious breath.
You are born in the pain and the pleasures of living life.
You are born in every deed of compassion & kindness.
You are born in the joy of both inclusion and expansion.
You are born in the moments of heartfelt connections.
The truth is you can birth yourself in every now.
Align your breath with presence.

Right here
In the middle
Lives transformation.
Change starts
In the middle of it all
In the feeling
In the awareness
That something
Is happening.
So, true transformation too is not a one off act in the edge of things or only where you are pushed to the extremes. True change for the better lives in the middle of consistent moments of effort coupled with awareness.
It could start right now in the middle of it all.
Are you here in this now?

Was reading an article today on how education today has become more and more transactional…and how it robs the learner of the critical thinking.
I share my musings…
When education is not a buisness
When learning is not about grades
When teaching is a passion than profession.
Where doubts, perspectives are welcomed
And not sidelined or ridiculed
When questions are not means to an end
Curiosity and wonder will find its purpose…
That I am fond of writing is nothing new after all these years of blogging and writing but as a child, I remember clearly when I was asked by a school teacher to read a famous poem and share its meaning in class I dared to share a new interpretation to it…that resonated with me.
The teacher then, was not open to a change of perspective… nor ready for a deep dive on why I saw it differently. She simply wanted to finish her work without deviation. I remember sitting down that day, without feedback.
But it didn’t stop me from wonder and writing…in fact I continued to write free verses in time till date.
I write this all, for I have shifted many schools in my childhood… as my father served in the Armed forces. I have seen upclose the good, bad and ugly side of schooling.
And the plus side is, it certainly has shaped me to be, adaptable and resilient as a person in time.
There is always the plus side…
What do you think ?

One Good Word…
As readers and writers, we experience a dual bliss: the joy of discovering writing that deeply resonates, and the quiet fulfillment of reflecting on our own words and the connections they create.
It is a beautiful thing to share our creative gifts with the world. Yet, what is most profound is the heart of the person…reader or writer, alike who takes the moment to offer a word of kindness or appreciation. A single good word has the power to change someone’s day for the better.
Expression is a gentle pathway to healing. Whether it is a pen dancing across paper, a brush gliding with color, or feet tracing patterns upon the earth, the joy of movement is our shared thread.
Reaching out from within ourselves to share is not always easy, even if deeply fulfilling. It demands our energy, our time, and our vulnerable spirit. Yet to withhold our voices or suppress these expressions would be a tragic loss indeed.
It is truly inspiring to read, to write, and to honor the transformative power of words in all their creative manifestations.
What is one “good word” or simple phrase someone once shared with you that stayed in your heart when you needed it most?

If you ever find yourself belittled, unable to express yourself because you are stifled;
Remember…not to shrink.
Trust in your self.
Know there is always a space for you that allows you to grow and evolve
You and your presence matters.
Find your space.

Walk in Light
Why walk in shadows of dark
When light is iust around the bend.
Walk in light.
If you can’t see the light
Find the light in you.
Trust your inner light
To show you the way
Love the light,
That you actually are!

Songs of life & living
Vibrates with emotions
Sensed along the journey of life.
Find smchrony in the sounds
Energizing the spaces
In rhythms divine
In peace and harmony.
Connecting us deeper
With the truth of our cosmic connects.
A gentle reminder…
When the world feels chaotic
Tune in to the divine rhythm
That runs through everything

An artist leaves much more
than creativity in the artwork.
There is a voice in every frame,
speaking deeply if you care to listen.
That voice carries the artist’s choices
of color and composition,
of style and strokes,
of moods and feelings
breathed into the birth of art.
The artist speaks through the work.
The energy of the artist is embedded
in words, in lines, in shapes and forms.
When a piece feels complete,
the artist releases it to the world.
And yet, the energy lives on,
transforming itself through time
and the spaces it inhabits.
Art is transformed again
in translation and interpretation,
reshaped by those who encounter it.
As creators, whether of images or words,
our work continues to live,
each viewer or reader sensing its energy uniquely.
And so it flows…
transforming itself in time.

The challenge…
Often relationships are exacting,
at times to the point of saturation.
The heart & mind battle
in contemplations of resolutions.
The space…
For your own well being,
create a meaningful space around you.
The renewal…
Fill it with all that you want,
be it a hobby or passion.
Let it be something, that gives emotional comfort.
And watch it awaken your inspiration.
Savvy
In reflection, here are three questions, for you.
In the battle of the heart & mind which one do you usually tend to listen first?
When the outside world feels just a little too heavy, what gives you emotional comfort?
If you could carve an hour out of your week just for yourself, what passion would you fill it with?

Writing & commenting
after a hiatus…
am seeing a sea change
as a reader of WordPress.
Perfect poems
Perfect lines,
perfect emotions
perfect comments…
almost to distraction.
All thanks to Ai.
Yet, I miss the human touch.
that errs and learns.
The typos, the misses
the spirit & the soul.
Dont you?
I was almost about to reply to a perfect comment that I sensed the play of Ai in it… it was a tad bit disappointing at a certain level.
While I understand it’s part of the change, and we are all responsible, the connection of the heartfelt comment is missing in all this perfection.
In striving for perfection… we are losing the warmth of the human connection.
Whose lose is it and how is going to matter in time?
It is more about conscious choice and sharing the responsibility in the ways we use Ai.
What do you think?

You and I
May never meet,
But our thoughts
Interweave through words.
We may have unique names,
We may have different views,
Yet our journey is entwined
In the many paths home.
In every acknowledgment
Of this great truth
Of the interconnects
We align with ourselves.
Along our unique way,
The choice is ours
To find ourselves
In one another…
Living life lovingly.
Savvy
A note in gratitude for beautiful response in a comment on Interwoven from a dear reader, that sparked my third poem in this series on the very essence of Oneness.
My first poem Interwoven spoke of the universal source (nature, sun, ocean).
The second Endless Beginnings spoke of the internal journey (storms, dust settling).
With this third poem, Oneness, I choose to honor the bridge between people who may have never met face to face, yet are sensing moments of oneness simply entwined through words & mutual recognition.
Thank you for reading and responding with such heartfulness… Across time and distances whenever we pause to acknowledge these interconnections, we not only find ourselves, but also send forth a ripple in the oneness.

There is charisma in calm.
It’s the power of stillness
in life’s highs and lows.
In calm lies confidence,
invoking assurance.
To be calm in a conversation
evokes an energy of peace…
a vibrancy devoid of agitation.
Within the calm, there is a depth of awareness.
At the center of composure
is the potential to assimilate;
no matter the chaos,
you find your equilibrium.
When was the last time you felt the charismatic power of calm?
What does calm feel like to you in this moment?
What is the distance between you and your sense of serenity?
Where and how do you think you can find your center?

My morning moments hold a precious tranquility for me. I choose the dawn to set my intention for the day ahead. In the quiet moments before the world wakes, I find my creative state of flow. Although I strive to connect with this peace throughout the day, the energy of the early morning resonates most deeply. It sets the tone for everything that follows.
How do you relate to the calm of dawn?
How do you sense the power of calm?

Whatever it is, the wisdom that changed you,
Will one day make you give away, what it taught you.
Your’ Personal Growth ‘lies in these moments of your receiving and giving.
For then you are evolving and fine tuning yourself under the guidance of divine intervention.
Trust your journey.
Listen to intuitive self
As it speaks from the depth of your souls calling and knowing.
And remember through it all, every step of the way, you are inching closer to your true purpose.

I am grateful to all the seasons
To wish for only one season
Can be cruel to the world
As nature balances itself
Through every season
So I wish for cycles of seasons
All in good time
Then no summer is too hot
Or winter too cold to bear.
I wish for balance
In the seasons to come
Be it rain or autumn
For nature to survive& thrive
The seasons must come and go
And thats what is best for all.
