How far have we come From the many versions of ourselves In this river of time Where like water, that flows onwards Time can never be visited backwards… Only in memories Held within the hearts & minds Reminding us of the paths traveled in time.
Life continues to evolve in every now.
As life flows on …
Colouring itself
Along the way.
I share this above digital artwork here from back in time…when AI prompting and image creation was very nascent.
True friends trust In each other They find comfort And care to share & listen The truth of what it is Without fear or favour
For they know the value Of authentic advice Without frills and fancies Daring to bare the truth Without colours of envy.
True friends matter To each and everv one of us We are better because of them In trust, love, care & faith Count the blessings Of true friends in this now.
How many such true friends can one count in life?
Only yesterday I witnessed a friendship that stood the test of time and renewed itself in faith & trust.
I thought to myself how important it is to acknowledge the preciousness of true friends as much as to become a true friend that one can count on.
Resilience is about nurturing what is beautiful within you,no matter, while battling the situation at hand.
Resilience is the art of appreacting the ordinary moments that you have with you.
Resilience is being able to smile from the heart, knowing your circumstances dont define you.
In your deepest breakdown there is a choice to emerge from it stronger.
While resilience is in learning from experiences and strengthening & refining the self for the better. Resilience is also about allowing life to happen…
Bending when necessary like a blade of grass without breaking like the mighty oak tree,
Resilience is creating yourself in such times without fear of the inevitable, for change is part of the flow of life.
Resilience means, you are very much present and it means you are evolving from your experiences for the better.
In times of being resilience
You become the master of your life.
You steer on in faith
no matter the rudder is way off.
Knowing you are meant to be, do all that you are ordained to.
Yet resilience m is not blind faith but a faith born out of inner self belief. In knowing that the road is yet to clear, you are ready for possibilities using the time to see options and new perspectives
You are like an artist creating something from what seems to be blank and formless. Yet resilience is full of potential. And in exercising this muscle of resilience results are awaiting you in trust & time.
Trust that this very resilience is in you and in me and it surfaces in our difficulties to tide us through in time.
What is resilience to you?
When did you last feel your need to exercise your resilience?
Do share your thoughts how you create and develop your resilience muscle.
PS : A simple take on life so far, and in witnessing life & the living around me. I know life cannot be summed up in a word and there is much I want to add for every decade… moreover some words I have described may be experienced earlier or later.
Awareness that you are searching for…the deliverance from all the so called inflictions and challenging circumstances you are experiencing…
Its all in the Space that you occupy. If the Earth element catches fire, its remains become ash. If water engulfs earth everything decays.
The more you resist and pull the greater is the entanglement. True liberation is from the clutches of ego in ignorance.
What does it take to the awareness of letting go completely? The ability to see beyond the temporary illusions of attachment takes profound faith.
For faith is all there is.Without it nothing is.
Interestingly I wrote this contemplation while reading ‘Gajendra Moksham story & Stotram .
Here is the story below
Gajendra Moksham is one of most spiritually significant stories in the Srimad Bhagavatam A story of divine intervention and total surrender.
The story is set in Mount Trikuta, where Gajendra, the majestic king of the elephant herd went to drink water from the lake and pick up the lotus for worship. There Makara a powerful crocodile clasped his leg… it’s said for 1000 years a fierce tug of war ensued . Inspite of Gajendras strength as he was in the water which was the crocodiles element he began to lose his strength.
The Realization
While family and friends tried their best to help in time they too couldn’t release him . As he grew exhausted trying Gajendra realised that his physical might nor his kin could save him.
And then in total surrender in faith he lifted a lotus flower towards heaven and offered a soul stirring prayer to God Vishnu. But instead of asking for life he asked for ultimate liberation from the clutches of ignorance.
God Vishnu hears sincere plea and with his (divine discus) Sudarshana Chakra swiftly severes the crocodiles head and pulls Gajendra to safety and grants him Moksha (salvation)
This is a story of complete trust in the power of faith and divine grace.
