On Wings Of Grace

As you choose to fly free

As you brave new winds

As you discover new horizons

Always remember who has your back.

The bonds of love are there for a reason…

To be nurtured and cherished by its sheer presence

For to be lovingly supported is a blessing of grace.

Creating Resilience

Resilience is developed in time.

In every fall.

In every blow

In every painful experience.

The power rests with you to work on yourself.

Resilience is about nurturing  what is beautiful within you,no matter, while battling  the situation at hand.

Resilience is the art of appreacting the ordinary  moments that you have with you.

Resilience is being able to smile from the heart,  knowing your circumstances dont define you.

In your deepest breakdown there is a choice to emerge  from it stronger.

While resilience is in learning from experiences and  strengthening & refining the self for the better. Resilience is also about allowing life to happen…

Bending when necessary like a blade of grass without breaking  like the mighty oak tree,

Resilience is creating yourself  in such times without fear of the inevitable, for change is part of the flow of life.

Resilience means, you are very much present and it means  you are evolving from your experiences for the better.

In times of being resilience

You become the master of your life.

You steer on in faith

no matter the rudder is way off.

Knowing  you are meant to be, do all that you are ordained to.

Yet resilience m is not blind faith but a faith born out of inner self belief. In knowing  that the road is yet to clear, you are ready for possibilities using the time to see options and new perspectives

You are like an artist creating  something  from what seems to be blank and formless. Yet resilience is full of potential. And in exercising this muscle of resilience  results are awaiting you in trust & time.

Trust that this very resilience is in you and in me and it surfaces in our difficulties to tide us through in time.

What is resilience to you?

When did you last feel your need to exercise your resilience?

Do share your thoughts how you create and develop your resilience muscle.

Umbrella of Grace

Magnanimous grace

Of the divine infinite,

Blessings flow in its presence.

In this ocean of abundance,

Stay still in the tremors.

Keep the faith

In every moment..

Let go of fear & worry.

Know you have the universe

Within, with & around you.

Every Decade Teaches

Every decade teaches …

At ten

Life is innocence

At twenty

Life is discovery

At thirty

Life is pursuit

At forty

Life is awareness

At fifty

Life is experiences

At sixty

Life is expansion

At seventy

Life is inclusion

At eighty

Life is  rememberence

At ninety

Life is grace

At hundred & plus

Life is a testament

Of a lifetime lived.

Yet life is in this now…

Live life lovingly.

PS : A simple take on life so far, and in witnessing life & the living  around me.  I know life cannot be summed up in a word and there is much I want to add for every  decade… moreover  some words I have described may be experienced earlier  or later.

So to each their own…

The Power of Faith

Awareness that you are searching  for…the deliverance from all the so called inflictions and challenging circumstances  you are experiencing…

Its all in the Space that you occupy. If  the Earth element catches  fire, its remains become ash.  If water engulfs earth everything decays.

The more you resist and pull the greater is the entanglement.
True liberation is from the clutches of ego in ignorance.

What does it take to the awareness of letting go completely? The ability to see beyond the temporary illusions of attachment takes profound faith.

For faith is all there is.Without it nothing is.

Interestingly I wrote this  contemplation  while reading  ‘Gajendra Moksham story & Stotram .

Here is the story below

Gajendra Moksham is one of most spiritually significant stories in the Srimad Bhagavatam A story of divine  intervention and  total surrender.

The story is set in Mount Trikuta, where Gajendra, the majestic king of the elephant herd went to drink water from the lake and pick up the lotus for worship. There Makara a powerful  crocodile clasped his leg… it’s said for 1000 years a fierce tug of war ensued . Inspite of Gajendras strength as he was in the water  which was the crocodiles element  he began to lose his strength.

The Realization

While family and friends  tried their best to help  in time they too couldn’t release him . As he grew exhausted trying Gajendra  realised that his physical  might nor his kin could save him.

And then in total surrender in faith he lifted a lotus flower towards heaven and offered a soul stirring  prayer to God Vishnu. But instead of asking for life he asked for ultimate  liberation from the clutches of ignorance.

God Vishnu hears sincere plea and with his (divine discus) Sudarshana Chakra swiftly  severes the crocodiles head and pulls Gajendra  to safety and grants him Moksha (salvation)

This  is a story of complete trust in the power of faith and divine grace.

Un expect

In letting go of expectations

You step closer to yourself

Your truths are awaiting you

Everything around you

Is also in you

Everything in you

Is also around you.

Synchronize with your breath

Open yourself to sense

The immense possibilities

Allow insights to appear

On your wants & desires.

Enjoy every now of life

In this gift that is yours

Lies the path of salvation

Discover yourself

As the paths unfold.

Simply choose to unexpect

Stay patient and observe

Your strengths along the way

Learn from your experiences

Steer yourself to implement,

And apply it to a better life.

In & around

The more I explore

The mystique of  space

The more I am in touch

Of my ground of earth.

In mindfulness I root myself

So that my thoughts find stillness

The more I search afar

The closer I am home.

All is within

In and around

Who are we?

All is not light

All is not dark

Between both

The day & night

Are shades & tones

Existing in every now

Nothing is definite

Where there is infinite

In ways & deeds

Then who are we

To judge one another

And frame them

As only black or white.

If we only could understand

The story of every shade

And every tint & tone of light.

We would think twice

Before the final verdict.

So much to discover

So much to understand

So much to know more

On who we are.

All in good time

Layer upon layer

Our spheres connect

Communing in nurture

Nuggets of thoughts

Embodying the soul.

Emerging anew each time.

Imprints of life

Etched on our senses

Emotions traversing

Feelings yet to fathom

Wisdom in the changes

Transforming us from within

All in good time.

A layered pathway

The road of learning

Is a layered pathway

Not traversed in a day

But a journey of exploration

Of many a lifetimes

Adding to the layers

Of knowledge in the seeking

Of wonder in the discovering

Unfolding multiple perspectives

Including possibilities in the flow

Unearthing more in the sharing

Learning is layers of experiences

Textured with every application

Toned with the river of time.
