Take time
Take time to see beyond
To care and be considerate,
To be kind and compassionate,
To wonder and stay curious.
​Take time to learn and explore,
To read and discover another,
To revere the precious now,
To stay grateful for every moment.
For life moves forward
As clocks tick relentlessly,
With no respite…
​So choose to reclaim time.
Take time for, and with, the self.
To live lovingly than just exist.

Covered in the grime of life
Masked in the mire of living
Seasoned in the sands of time.
Life may seem meaningless,
Submerged in the shadows.
Yet trust time in its flow
As it unearths the Self.
