In this rut of routine…
That’s our so called lifestyle
In pursuit of our dreams,
We forget the purpose of our existence.
When the limbs and mind get tired
we start searching,
the meaning of our life.
It is never too late.
In just a little effort
To step out of our own ways
Many paths open up…
That leads us to walk on
Until we find our own way.
When the odds stack high, .
When our visions are not far enough,
When the road ahead seems blocked,
When we are at our wits’ end
When we are at cross with destiny
It shakes hand with us.
As it has planned ahead
A reciprocal arrangement
That opens a new path,
A new vision appears.
Nothing ends,
A new beginning starts.

After all
Everything resolves in time
For there is always a solution,
For every question before it appears.
And yet it is a difficult road to travel
Unearthing the answers
Some questions are resolved soon
And some take time and you are relentless in its pursuit
And some find answers when you are not even looking.
But the truth is in the very search
You are strengthened in many ways
In patience, perseverance
In trust and understanding
But most of all you acknowledge…
In faith of reaching out
In belief of something beyond
In hope of discovering more
In knowing of something more
Your spirit finds meaning
And your soul a purpose to go on .

That’s bestowed in the survival
This Hart tree is a Giant Sequoia tree.
In Redwood Mountain Grove California
This tree has survived the ravages of fire.
Carrying the scars in silent grace
By shaping herself this way in time.

Every part of nature has a reason to be
Every plant a sign of possibilities
Every tree a symbol of purpose
Every bud symbol of hope in the blooming
Every bloom a sign of joyfulness of being.
Nature is abundance
With all colors shapes and patterns
If happiness is a colour of a flower
Which one would it be for you?
In this now would pick brightest of blues
Would not hesitate to pick the purples
Would also be inspired by golden yellows

For between them is a line of balance
To understand in awareness
To acknowledge in understanding
Some needs are common to life & living.
But wants are more specific in nature.
The motivation of these wants
Is both intrinsic and extrinsic
Some wants are by nature
And some wants are formed in nurture.
To be motivated towards thinking
Of what to have and let go in time
Is a matter of discernment
In conscious consideration
A matter of introspection
To bring about waves of changes in action.
Moving beyond the apparent realities
It’s a matter of awareness of the imprints
Of life and living…
A subject of substantial deliberation
Not too common a pathway.
And yet an offbeat road leads to surprising revelations

At times we find our road has got rough
Many times we give up when the going gets tough
At such times if we muster the strength to persevere
The very perseverance leads us to new paths
Paths we may have never accessed in the fear of trying.
To try to forge ahead in spite of hopelessness

To try to seek the connecting dots that may have faded in time
To try to find new pathways in the making
Such is the power of life in the living.

All we need is to see beyond the looking
Envision the potential that rests within
Trust the options we have at hand,

Years ago when I first read this post and saw this video clip of a musician from Iraq who played and moved to tears soldiers in the very ground where a major bomb had exploded … it moved me deeply and it moves me beyond words still.
