Thoughts Matter…

On thinking well

The way we think has much to do with the way we feel . In the interconnections and interlooping between the way we act and react and the way think feel ,there is much happening in our body mind and spirit.

We are unique in our thoughts as much as in the way we are nurtured and reared in life and living. Our experiences reflect in our ways of behaviour . Hence to impact any transformative change in our actions it is imperative to move beyond thoughts and feelings and try to understand our inner engineering and its significance in the stream of flow from reaction to response.


The energy within is dancing through every cell of our bodies . In sending and receiving impulses as signals of communication there are electrical mechanical and chemical changes occuring within us . The resultant reactions of our body is interconnected to whatever changes are occuring in our psyche and our overall health.

So to change the way we think and behave, we need to understand the interlink between our varied states of being in time.

Every conscious positive shift in our thoughts can help heal in a profound way.

Choose to think well.

the changing face
moves on
teaching new lessons

To adjust

The most valuable lesson
‘To be in the Now.’
Live every moment
As it never come twice

Never contemplating,
Never anticipating.
Valuing the PRESENT
As a precious Present.
Live the NOW

With joy and peace
As they are not
From outsourcing.
For they are in me

Never let the transcient changes affect,
Like water bubbles,
they come and go.
Like passing clouds
They disperse.

With compassion in heart,
With awareness in mind,
With realisation in soul

Be in the Now.
Be in Bliss.

We need to see beyond survival

We need to go beyond adapting

We need to transform our life

That we are conditioned by

We need to release the fear and anxiety

And apprehensions that we are living with

We can touch transcendence

Through faith, prayers & meditations

For insights to stabilize and get embodied

In such a stage of conscious presence

As we build our self awareness

We vibrate and tune into new frequencies

We hear and listen more and evolve

In our unique journeys.

A thought is a full circle 
From synapse to the sensing 
It travels beyond spaces and back 
Symbol of life in the buzzing.

In the circle of life and living
Arises sparks of thinking in the sensing
Many thoughts may come and go,
Sometimes structured & logical,
At times they disappear in a moment
Yet some thoughts  leave imprints in time.

As thoughts keep on arising
These dots of thoughts shape into patterns
Emitting in the strength of momentum

Nature’s Wisdom

Wisdom is in the Wind

In the breeze so cool

Wisdom gently rests

Buzzing like the bee

And blows off again…

Singing the song of freedom

Hear it whistling through the rustling leaves…

Showing the vulnerability

Of the moment, now and then.

Wisdom of water is legendary

In its flow is the secret of letting go

Of peace and forgiveness

Of ease and acceptance.

Water is flexible and agile

To adapt itself along the way

Yet strong enough to persevere

And smoothen the stones

Into pebbles in the flow.

To be able to imbibe the profound

Wisdom of the wind & water

Is to know the wisdom of the flow

In knowing that you are not in the flow

But you are the flow!

A Cup Of Cheer

Someone the other day asked me, are you a coffee or tea person.

I wonder…

All my life so far, have never been a coffee or tea person.
But of late I am sensing what a cup of steaming hot goodness can do for my spirit.

It’s not a tea or coffee that I want,
Its a cup of cheer, that soothes me and rejuvenates me .
Sure its not a habit so far , but it certainly good to pause every once in a while and take a sip and sense the world a little bit more in time.

My favorites …

I love the plain old ginger lemon & honey tea. Or even like a herb/ spice infused cinammon tea!

As for coffee very rarely, I enjoy the aroma of filtered South Indian coffee.

But the reason I drink a cup of goodness and what I would want most is…

Something that warms my heart
Something that sweetens my thoughts
Something that allows me to pause
To rest a while to gather my self.

Overthinking can drive one insane
It came confound than simplify reality
Less thinking is more living.
Be full of life and live life lovingly.

For those who tend to overthink
As a part of their nature
Overthinking can be a disease
That affects us in more ways than one.

For in overthinking can be distracting
With no space between thoughts..
The trick is to quiet the mind
So it allows focus and clarity.

Overcome the addiction to overthink
Often the reason to ruin the now
Often the cause of magnified fear
Overcome the habit of overthinking.

The perils of overthinking
Is that it crowds the mind
Overcome the addiction
Before it begins to haunt you.

Breathe in the good energies
Think positive thoughts, worry less
As the mind has no time to be anxious
And find some space for peace of mind.
