Make it a point to choose your words, thoughts and actions well.

Choose to list your tasks and prioritize them.

Learn something new every day, even a little bit helps.

Think well of people, avoid gossip

Reflect on the positive.

Give more than you receive

Share the goodwill always.

Choose to transform yourself for the better each time.

Overthinking can drive one insane
It came confound than simplify reality
Less thinking is more living.
Be full of life and live life lovingly.

For those who tend to overthink
As a part of their nature
Overthinking can be a disease
That affects us in more ways than one.

For in overthinking can be distracting
With no space between thoughts..
The trick is to quiet the mind
So it allows focus and clarity.

Overcome the addiction to overthink
Often the reason to ruin the now
Often the cause of magnified fear
Overcome the habit of overthinking.

The perils of overthinking
Is that it crowds the mind
Overcome the addiction
Before it begins to haunt you.

Breathe in the good energies
Think positive thoughts, worry less
