இன்னாசெய் தாரை ஒறுத்தல் அவர்நாண
நன்னயஞ் செய்து விடல்.
Thirukkural
The (proper) punishment to those who have done evil (to you), is to put them to shame by showing them kindness, in return and to forget both the evil and the good done on both sides.
Profound wisdom in these words. The ability to forgive and forget the evil is not easy to master perhaps but the ability to let go of the good done and not keep reminding others, is good to practice. In letting go of both pain and pleasure is the art of living life lovingly! Thank you for sharing.
