Crown shyness is a phenomenon observed in fully grown trees of the same or often even different species where they maintain a distance between themselves and do not touch each other at the top forming a canopy with interesting gaps possibly for sunlight to enter or even to keep leaf eating insects from spreading .
There is much to understand and learn from nature
It’s amazing to see the wisdom of nature manifest in so many different ways around us.
Spatial awareness between trees are a striking example of the wisdom of balance in nature
There is always a reason, a wisdom we are yet to know…
After all
It is the very nature of Nature To be the great balancer To know when to rise and fall. To know when to give and take. To maintain the equilibrium.
To all my caring, giving nurturing friends the lightworkers , the mentors and spiritual guiders, the motivators and healers on their special journey stepping in tandem with their calling!

“She sat at the back and they said she was shy, She led from the front and they hated her pride, They asked her advice and then questioned her guidance, They branded her loud, then were shocked by her silence, When she shared no ambition they said it was sad, So she told them her dreams and they said she was mad, They told her they’d listen, then covered their ears, And gave her a hug while they laughed at her fears, And she listened to all of it thinking she should, Be the girl they told her to be best as she could, But one day she asked what was best for herself, Instead of trying to please everyone else, So she walked to the forest and stood with the trees, She heard the wind whisper and dance with the leaves, She spoke to the willow, the elm and the pine, And she told them what she’d been told time after time, She told them she felt she was never enough, She was either too little or far far too much, Too loud or too quiet, too fierce or too weak, Too wise or too foolish, too bold or too meek, Then she found a small clearing surrounded by firs, And she stopped…and she heard what the trees said to her, And she sat there for hours not wanting to leave, For the forest said nothing, it just let her breathe”
Thanking the past for the precious lessons of life and lets emerge as wiser and brighter and stronger than ever before while embracing the present in conscious awareness !🙏
I turn to self reflection and solitude walking in contemplative introspection, when I need to rebalance and align myself , as in doing so I am able to understand and reconsider how difficult it has been, given the circumstances and I comfort myself by acknowledging that I have done my best.
I am grateful for this ability to write and paint my heart away, and express myself through arts, just as much as being kinder and compassionate with myself. For in every such moment, I am learning to be a better me.
I also find great solace in meditative movements and soulful dancing that help me bounce back to normalcy.
