Circles of compassion
Creates connections
Bonding boundlessly
From the heart.
Everything flows from love
Creating synergies in synchrony
Between strangers strengthened
In these compassionate connects.

We are all part of change
Speak of
Changing brains and body
Changing minds and hearts
Changing needs and wants
Processing change…
Is about letting in and letting go
There is a sense of giving and receiving
A sense of gain and a sense of loss
In acknowledgement and acceptance
Of the course of nature
In the circle of life
Our body intelligence
Helps in evolving the self awareness
To be adaptive and amenable to change
For change is the only constant

Your approach changes everything
The way you live
The way you work
The way you play
Choose to look forward to finding the joy
In whatever you do
If you can find something to better
Something to improve from
Something to grow and expand potential
Then by all means focus on it
Spend time to learn possibilities
Making work feel better than before
Find the meaning & purpose
In whatever you do
Work to make a positive difference
Tweak your approach tweak your life

Sharing a poignant message that came my way…
Subject: Christmas Poem
T’WAS THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS,
HE LIVED ALL ALONE,
IN A ONE BEDROOM HOUSE,
MADE OF PLASTER AND STONE.
…
I HAD COME DOWN THE CHIMNEY,
WITH PRESENTS TO GIVE,
AND TO SEE JUST WHO,
IN THIS HOME, DID LIVE.
I LOOKED ALL ABOUT,
A STRANGE SIGHT I DID SEE,
NO TINSEL, NO PRESENTS,
NOT EVEN A TREE.
NO STOCKING BY MANTLE,
JUST BOOTS FILLED WITH SAND,
ON THE WALL HUNG PICTURES,
OF FAR DISTANT LANDS.
WITH MEDALS AND BADGES,
AWARDS OF ALL KINDS,
A SOBER THOUGHT,
CAME THROUGH MY MIND.
FOR THIS HOUSE WAS DIFFERENT,
IT WAS DARK AND DREARY,
I FOUND THE HOME OF A SOLDIER,
ONCE I COULD SEE CLEARLY.
THE SOLDIER LAY SLEEPING,
SILENT, ALONE,
CURLED UP ON THE FLOOR,
IN THIS ONE BEDROOM HOME.
THE FACE WAS SO GENTLE,
THE ROOM IN DISORDER,
NOT HOW I PICTURED,
A TRUE AUSSIE SOLDIER.
WAS THIS THE HERO,
OF WHOM I’D JUST READ?
CURLED UP ON A PONCHO,
THE FLOOR FOR A BED?
I REALISED THE FAMILIES,
THAT I SAW THIS NIGHT,
OWED THEIR LIVES TO THESE SOLDIERS,
WHO WERE WILLING TO FIGHT.
SOON ROUND THE WORLD,
THE CHILDREN WOULD PLAY,
AND GROWNUPS WOULD CELEBRATE,
A BRIGHT CHRISTMAS DAY.
THEY ALL ENJOYED FREEDOM,
EACH MONTH OF THE YEAR,
BECAUSE OF THE SOLDIERS,
LIKE THE ONE LYING HERE.
I COULDN’T HELP WONDER,
HOW MANY LAY ALONE,
ON A COLD CHRISTMAS EVE,
IN A LAND FAR FROM HOME.
THE VERY THOUGHT BROUGHT,
A TEAR TO MY EYE,
I DROPPED TO MY KNEES,
AND STARTED TO CRY.
THE SOLDIER AWAKENED,
AND I HEARD A ROUGH VOICE,
“SANTA DON’T CRY,
THIS LIFE IS MY CHOICE;
I FIGHT FOR FREEDOM,
I DON’T ASK FOR MORE,
MY LIFE IS MY GOD,
MY COUNTRY, MY CORPS..”
THE SOLDIER ROLLED OVER,
AND DRIFTED TO SLEEP,
I COULDN’T CONTROL IT,
I CONTINUED TO WEEP.
I KEPT WATCH FOR HOURS,
SO SILENT AND STILL,
AND WE BOTH SHIVERED,
FROM THE COLD NIGHT’S CHILL.
I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE,
ON THAT COLD, DARK, NIGHT,
THIS GUARDIAN OF HONOR,
SO WILLING TO FIGHT.
THEN THE SOLDIER ROLLED OVER,
WITH A VOICE SOFT AND PURE,
WHISPERED, “CARRY ON SANTA,
IT’S CHRISTMAS DAY, ALL IS SECURE.”
ONE LOOK AT MY WATCH,
AND I KNEW HE WAS RIGHT.
“MERRY CHRISTMAS MY FRIEND,
AND TO ALL A GOOD NIGHT.”
This poem was written by a Peacekeeping soldier stationed overseas. The
following is his request. I think it is reasonable
“PLEASE. Would you do me the kind favour of sending this to as many people as
you can? Christmas will be coming soon and some credit is due to all of the
service men and women for our being able to celebrate these festivities. Let’s
try in this small way to pay a tiny bit of what we owe. Make people stop and
think of our heroes, living and dead, who sacrificed themselves for us.
Please, do your small part to plant this small seed.”

Think well
It has the power
To change things
For the better
So care to think well
Make yourself feel good
And the world feels better!

They say it’s what you do that matters
But it’s the thought that counts
Can we choose one thought over other
Yes we can in mindfulness
Being aware is the first step
The choice rests with you
For you are your thoughts
As much as your deeds .
Savvy
No matter what paths life takes you
No matter the circumstances you are in
No matter how tedious the journey
It’s all in you, and the attitude you have
And choose to cultivate in time
Life can challenge or you can change
Your way of seeing life
You can create joy or sorrow
As you choose to see life.
As you wish to live life
It’s all in you!

Sharing my swirl artwork called Vorticity. This I created with my some of favourite colors to suit the mood of the day!
Vorticity
In the core is the dynamics of the flow ,
Sense the spiralling fluidity
Of the momentum moving along in circles
In the whirling is the dance of energy.
Savvy
There is dance
In every leaf and flower
In every bud and bloom
In every twig and tree
In every turn and twist
Of nature’s creation.
There is the grace of uniqueness
Of wisdom beyond compare
All knowing, all pervading
To this Omnipresence …
I bow in Gratitude to this Grace.🙏

Sometimes the simple act of noticing something good can make all the difference…
Trust there is always more
Than what your eyes can see
In the sensing and the knowing
The yet undiscovered good manifests
Right before you for you to notice.

Positively speaking.
Whether it is today, in these times of uncertainty or other… a positive approach to life and living is deeply rewarding.
This is indeed wonderful as an attitude to cultivate towards living life. Being positively enriching & encouraging is truly the best way to help make a difference.
But the trick is in fine balancing the emotions that manifest along the way.
Embodied Practice of Empathy
When you practice sharing positive vibes consistently, you are putting a lot of hope and faith out in the world.
Yet you need to be empathic to yourself, care to understand your own emotions as well, by accepting and acknowledging them, without getting embroiled in them .
Make sure to acknowledge what is happening with your own life.
Speak from the heart.
All that is happening in the world today can be disheartening . So when you are out, sharing positive vibes make sure that you are internalizing them too. Sustaining a spirit of hopefulness is the key driver for a positive mindset . The world needs doses of positive attitude in thoughts words and deeds.
Authenticity of Attitude.
Making sure to feel from your own heart before you share these words of hope is a worthy practice to adopt.
Whatever said or written, words are mere words But when you begin to respect and respond to the emotions sensed in the feelings that arise you begin to see the world in its most vulnerable state.
When heart speaks the world hums along…

There is always a path meant for u
Explore the myriad colors of life
In all shades and hue…
What you choose to see
Is how it appears to be
Acknowledge the gifts of life
As they come to you in time.
For Colors make life come alive.
