Medicine Is Not Always Found In Bottles, Tablets or Vaccines (This is one of the wonderful posts I received. Love reading and realising and living it.) “Detoxification is Medicine. Quitting Junk Food is Medicine. Exercise is Medicine. Fasting is Medicine. Nature is Medicine. Laughter is Medicine. Vegetables And Fruits Are Medicine. Sleep is Medicine. Sunlight is Medicine. Gratitude And Love Are Medicine. Friends are Medicine. Meditation is Medicine. Being Fearless is Medicine. Postive attitude is Medicine. Unconditional love towards all living beings is Medicine. Listening is medicine. Speaking up and sharing is medicine. ACCEPTING AND STAYING IN PRESENT MOMENT IS THE BEST MEDICINE” God Bless us All.🌹🙏🙏🌹
A little bit of freetime and a mobile phone art app in your hand can make the moments come alive…
I started to paint the screen with all my favorite colors… but then somehow somewhere in between I sensed a face pop and I continued to sketch away at leisure and found a face staring righton .
Now the face was somewhat serious and I just could not gel with that, as the moment was anything but that, so I just had to play with my fingers on the screen just a bit and lo and behold that face was more appealing to me now.
It’s a work in progress…Yes I could have gone on refining this piece, there is a lot of room for it, but somewhere I just stopped adding more to it ,perhaps I might pick it up in posterity and paint some more.
P.s Must mention I used no stylus, just my fingers for this one. I thoroughly enjoyed creating this piece of art.
It was three o’clock in the night. The eyes of wife opened with a knock.
She saw four dacoits pointing a pistol at her. They had tied the husband and locked the children in the drawing room.
After searching all the shelves, a good amount of cash was recovered and jewelery was also found.
Then a dacoit said, “Where is the 1.5 lakh iPhone that your brother had sent from America ? And where’s the necklace that your husband had gifted you on anniversary day ? Handover same immediately or else I will shoot.”
The wife handed over all the things out of fear and then asked in amazement, “But brother, how do you know all this ?”
“Hey, we are your Facebook friends…we regularly read all your posts. Well, if you have any leftover delicious pudding you made in the morning, then serve that too.”

We are living in a world rushed for time. People hurry and scurry through the day.
What we see in others is a part of us too reflected through them, when we are accepting of that part and able to respect it just as much as ourselves , we create all that we need to see at that moment .
Some very basic humane abilities are necessary in our journey in life.
To listen to understand, to connect, to acknowledge, to emphasize, to sense gratitude, to share happiness, and care for another as much as for ourselves.
Much of the world’s issues may find solace & resolutions in simply caring to be present in the moment.
In these abilities lies the truth of nature in its magnanimity and abundance in every moment.
A young woman was sitting at her dining table, worried about taxes to be paid, house-work to be done and to top it all, her extended family was coming over for festival lunch the next day. She was not feeling very thankful at that time. As she turned her gaze sideways, she noticed her young daughter scribbling furiously into her notebook. “My teacher asked us to write a paragraph on “Negative Thanks giving” for homework today,” said the daughter. “She asked us to write down things that we are thankful for, things that make us feel not so good in the beginning, but turn out to be good after all.” With curiosity, the mother peeked into the book. This is what her daughter wrote: “I’m thankful for Final Exams, because that means school is almost over. I’m thankful for bad-tasting medicine, because it helps me feel better. I’m thankful for waking up to alarm clocks, because it means I’m still alive.”
It then dawned on the mother, that she had a lot of things to be thankful for! She thought again… She had to pay taxes but that meant she was fortunate to be employed. She had house-work to do but that meant she had a shelter to live in. She had to cook for her many family members for lunch but that meant she had a family with whom she could celebrate.
We generally complain about the negative things in life but we fail to look at the positive side of it. Yes there is a positive in every negative . What is the positive in your negatives? Look at the better part of life today and make everyday a great day.
