Do you try to balance the day with both?

What is your normal day like?

1.Active and hectic with no time to relax.

2.Sedentary and serene but may be too lonely.

3.Eractic

4.Planned

If you truly believe that what you do today will make a difference to your life tommorow here are some tips to change your life for the better from where you are.

Have hope in tommorow.

Maintain a journal with consistency.

Make it a point to choose your words, thoughts and actions well.

Choose to list your tasks and prioritize them.

Learn something new every day, even a little bit helps.

Think well of people, avoid gossip

Reflect on the positive.

Give more than you receive

Share the goodwill always.

  2. I do wall push ups daily – at least 3000 a day. I know that probably sounds extreme – but I like the number 3 – so have decided that 3000 wall push ups is what I do.

Until the weird weather that we have been having I did most of them outside on the trees – typically 200 tree push ups for each tree – for 10 trees – and then the main tree right outside our bedroom gets 1000. It’s a split tree – so I put my left hand on one of the trunks and my right hand on the other trunk.

Doing the tree push ups [and wall push ups on stormy days] is very meditative for me. They relax me. Plus they are good for my back and that has been the main benefit of continuing this practice for over 3 years now.

O my – I’ve gotten wordy – I usually just read your posts but this one inspired me to answer.

    Blessings.
