From the age of innocence To the age of advancement From unraveling of the mysteries Of the mind the body and the being Emerging from the depths of darkness To exploration in light & space. Diving into the ocean of life Living in the extreme conditions With just the will to dare And discover the unknown.
We humans have traveled through time Leaving imprints of consciousness Both successful and otherwise Every century has it’s own stories. Yes we are living through troubled times Calling in for tough measures. A subject of huge debate With confusion and chaos. But survive we have and we will Through calamities and war. Inspite of impending darkness We will keep moving towards light
Upholding hope beyond despair Let’s help keep love alive in our hearts. We will overcome the passing storms We will survive the unsurmountable We will persevere and thrive For we are meant to survive.
Love makes you hear music, you have never heard before,
Love makes your steps look like a dance.
Love makes your heart flutter in abandon.
Love makes you see the truth of beauty in the ordinary.
Love is the gift of grace from your soul.
Be in love. Be in love
With yourself and the world around.
And make both a better place to be in.
Sometimes life gives you beautiful memories where you least expect it from. Or maybe all happens for a reason. We were meant to meet!
A month back, work took me all the way to China. And while some industry visits were happening as scheduled, a small moment of connection and conversation resulted in great joy and camaraderie. Met some very beautiful and loving hearts. We warmed up almost instantly with each other. We shared much about our cultures, our food and traditions. We spoke to each other from the heart all with the help of a translator app. It was such a beautiful flowing conversation. We circumvented language barriers although I spoke in English into the app and them in Chinese. It hardly came in the way. By the end of it what mattered was the joy that emerged. The beautiful moments shared will always be treasured in my heart.
Thankful to the useful translator app that made it so simple. And helped create fond memories of that day!
Commune with the very depth of your being
Connect with your own breath
Combine with your inate sense of calm
Coexist with nature as it truly is
Cohabit with the element of balance.
Counter the imbalance with patience.
Time settles it all
The key is in waiting
For the perfect moment
Allowing the winds to blow
Chaos plays precursor to stillness
It is the nature of the circle of life.
Sounds reign before silence
Movements arise before stillness
Remember all is in flow
Equilibrium is in the equanimity
Maintaining is the art of sustenance
Let go the expectations
Things fall into place
As they are meant to .
The art of stacking or stone piling is a gift of patience and a grace of thankfulness. Every stone stacked can signify a greater intention, giving into a larger purpose. Although I personally feel we must be careful about this art by not leaving any trail marks in nature, forests as these imprints may confuse or can alter signals for many animals living there. But having said that this art is peaceful and the practice of it can be healing as well.
Creativity is challenged by patience in waiting, giving way to balance in the flow.
Have a look at these amazing artworks by this very famous stone stacking genius.
I must confess I am no foodie, never carried any food fixation so far. Never craved too much for any particular food. Perhaps an occasional sweet treat was all I indulged in. Much to my surprise today I see a generation of food lovers around me who perhaps are growing in numbers as write this .Many of my friends bake amazing treats, some love watching food videos and others chocolate.
Children today are spoilt by choices more than ever before . And with the media at their fingertips most are happy to order and eat whatever food they want by the click of a finger through apps.
Food to me was to nourish my body and keep me healthy. As I grew up I realized even more the value of eating nutritious clean and healthy fresh food and at the right time.
Concepts of eating, then and now has drastically changed. People are ready to eat convenience foods.at the touch of a button. Many want food delivered without the hassles of preparation.
No one has interest in conversations much. With a food of their choice delivered to them wherever they are, and a mobile phone in their hands convenience has reached a new high.
Family dinners were a place where all used to connect with each other … Now they are quieter affairs with every one glued to their phones and television.
In fact the concept of eating together is slowly vanishing. Most people eat watching a movie on Netflix or a sport on television.
Today life moves at a much faster pace where time is a precious commodity. Changing times calls for major alterations and adjustments in lifestyle choices.
In knowing to strike a mid point where both the palate and the plate gets a healthy makeover says much about the necessity for change in today’s times.
True happiness is an inside job and what is felt within reflects on the outside.
So what is important is that one develops and sustaining a good relationship with food in life, rather than abusing the body with too much or too less of it.
For it is after all a matter of food and food matters much.
Grateful to intuit. For the answers tumble through you The path breaks through in the trusting Until the way becomes you.
A sense of intuition is a gift We all have it within us Sometimes it propels you to it gently. At other times it compels you to conform.
A substantial force in subtlety of being. It is our spirit guide that moves with us Follows through in ways we cannot fathom In a knowing (in the gut) of wisdom across lifelines beyond lifetimes.
What matters most is our tuning inward To our well of wisdom in the listening. Thankful for the master guide within. In deep gratitude for this gift in the journey of life.
Talk of profundity in brevity. So much can be said in a few words. Came across this very brief but thought provoking read and felt like sharing . Have interspersed them with a few relevant pictures.
