All that is visible
May be just an illusion
Or tricks and perhaps a facade
In the name of reality.
There is a maze running through
Of potential possibilities
Of fears and failures
Of success in endeavors.
Perceptions can create deceptions
Perhaps scripted and meant to distort.
And create a illusory reality
That can confound the smartest minds.
Humans are a work of art
Of mesmerizing magnitude
Each with a heart and mind of their own
Uniquely endowed beings…
Between the white and black
Are so many shades of grey
What appears right or wrong
May have so many layers to it.
Know such is the manner of life and living
Care to take note of emerging perspectives
And understand the shifts of behavior
Before you decide or draw a conclusion.
Take a moment to think if its worth your energy and time…

And here is nice little message worth a read on anger management.
I once asked a very successful Man to share his secret with me. He smiled and said to me.. “I started succeeding when I started leaving small fights for small fighters. I stopped fighting those who gossiped about me…I stopped fighting with my in laws…I stopped fighting for attention…I stopped fighting to meet public expectation of me…I stopped fighting for my rights with stupid people..I left such fights for those who have nothing else to do but fight…And I started fighting for my vision, my dreams, my ideas and my destiny. The day I gave up on small fights is the day I started becoming successful.”
Some fights are not worth your time. Choose what you fight for wisely…..
Here is a beautiful story that is worth a read and share.
A young woman was sitting at her dining table, worried about taxes to be paid, house-work to be done and to top it all, her family was coming over for Thanksgiving the next day. She was not feeling very thankful at that time. As she turned her gaze sideways, she noticed her young daughter scribbling furiously into her notebook. āMy teacher asked us to write a paragraph on āNegative Thanksgivingā for homework today.ā said the daughter, āShe asked us to write down things that we are thankful for, things that make us feel not so good in the beginning, but turn out to be good after all.ā
With curiosity, the mother peeked into the book. This is what the daughter had written:
āIām thankful for Final Exams, because that means school is almost over. Iām thankful for bad-tasting medicine, because it helps me feel better. Iām thankful for waking up to alarm clocks, because it means Iām still alive.ā It then dawned on the mother, that she had a lot of things to be thankful for! She thought again⦠She had to pay taxes but that meant she was fortunate to be employed. She had house-work to do but that meant she had her own home to live in. She had to cook for her family for Thanksgiving but that meant she had a family with whom she could celebrate.
Moral:We generally complain about the negative things in life but we fail to look at the positive side of it. What is the positive in your negatives?
Look at the better part of life this day and make it a great day”

Well I have just sat down to write supercharged after dancing an improvised version of Rumba to one of my favourite songs ‘Every day I love you by Boyzone. Yes I love to dance and I willing and wholeheartedly share my love and passion for it with the world.
Well who ever told you about dancing by numbers has perhaps never learned to dance from the heart!š Beyond the number game … yes we may begin with counting steps though I find a lot of people like me who prefered to learn with rhythms of quicks and slows. I prefer to associate dancing with the heart beats and the breath of life itself . I also find that when taught this way the dance gets closely connected with the authenticity of you and your movements as you are.
After all dancing is being you!
The art of dance can introduce you to yourself and beckons you to know your limitless potential.
