To write is to express life from your perspective. To read is to understand life from another perspective.
Both interweave in the joy of expression and explorations Of discovering the truth of life in the magic of words.Respect to the writers & readers who can spread unspeakable joy And leave a positive impression through mere words.
To the writers who have mastered the art of story telling Keeping the world safely engrossed in these troubled times Gratitude to all those who write and share with care Ensuring to share words and thoughts And make the world feel a little better than before My deepest appreciation For, in the darkest of spaces Even a little light of positive words & verses Leaves the place a little more lit. And every word can leave a lasting impression!
Our thoughts and our intentions create the possibilities and our will manifests it . Truly then awareness of actions its approach and the consequences start to matter. Every bit of creation has a purpose and the trick is to steer it towards the purpose of being . But the path is the journey of our life and is rife with challenges along the way.
Common sense, balance & equanimity of our thoughts & intentions, all begins to matter then. Yes, moderation is the key but be mindful of moderation as well.. You never know how things slowly get out of hand .
There is not much time that passes
When the glass in hand reaches the lip
The sip becomes a gulp
What’s one becomes two
And two becomes four
And so it goes…
Or when the thoughts in our heart gets spoken
When old habits surface & shape out of no where
Without your intentions, inspite of you
When what’s in you gets truly out of hand!
Be aware to be mindful
Be mindful to be heartful
Be mindful to be moderate
But be conscious to be mindful.
In throes of life and living
Emerges many facets of being
From meagre to excess
Both, two ends of the spectrum
To live life well
Is to understand
The necessity of discernment
Between what is need & what is want
Anything in time can become excess
Everything in time can become redundant.
Something always changes
Nothing stays the same
A life of excess
Will never find contentment
For you will tire
Sooner than you know
A life of lack
Will keep you in dearth
In angst for a silver lining
In the misery of poverty
But again what is little to one
Is much to another
What is complex to one
Is too simple to another
What is beautiful to one
Is ugly to another
What is extravagance to one
Seems a norm to another
What is a subject to one
Becomes an object to another
What is absurd to one
Becomes perfection to another
To each his own really
In this life that is given
Sometimes it’s easy
At times it is truly challenging.
So if in life you are ever flummoxed
Just remember
Nobody is perfect
But you are almost there!
Seeing the beautiful picture of the enchanting wooded pathway strewn with bounties of nature, compels me to appreciate and value the beauty of life and living more than ever before.
A writers soul is found dancing in the letters as he writes.
A painters soul is found between the colours in the canvas
The potters soul is in his fingers shaping the clay passionately.
The singers soul is in the sounds created by the voice.
The dancers soul is flowing through in every movement made.
The Soul is a restless wanderer
It breathes free not in captivity,
But in every movement of creation.
It cannot be fathomed or even sensed
Other than in the light of passion in the being.
For then the soul shines in its own light
For it has found its purpose of being.
A few tips…
In a world that can entangle you with varied opinions and beliefs…know you are a multifaceted unique individual.
Allow yourself to take time and understand your spectrum of being .
Accepting yourself is a great start to being you.
In knowing your self you are able to discern what your choices are and gradually you are able to be comfortable with your own self. Remember everyone of us here have our own journey of life to explore and fathom.
Allow yourself to explore the truths of your own being.
Be authentic enough to avoid being who you are not . It simply cannot last too long. And it is not a path towards your purpose of being.
Being yourequires a whole lot of respect for yourself as you are. In moments of turmoil and confusion, just say to yourself ‘ I am enough for me’ …
There is great power of truth in these simple words .
Trust that you are enough for you.
A Father was reading a magazine and his little daughter every now and then distracted him. To keep her busy, he tore one page on which was printed the map of the world. He tore it into pieces and asked her to go to her room and put them together to make the map again.
He was sure she would take the whole day to get it done. But the little one came back within minutes with perfect map……When he asked how she could do it so quickly, she said, “Oh…. Dad, there is a man’s face on the other side of the paper….. I made the face perfect to get the map right.” She ran outside to play leaving the father surprised.
MORAL OF THE STORY:
There is always the other side to whatever you experience in this world. Whenever we come across a challenge or a puzzling situation, look at the other side…. You will be surprised to see an easy way to tackle the problem.
A few musings…
The difference between just looking and seeing is so much in the depth and dimension of expansions in our flow of thoughts .An expansion in our acceptability and flexibility changes the seemingly complex situations to simple solutions .:)
Change, the one that never changes
Is Nature’s way of continuing the Eternal cycle of life and death.
The Infinite Cosmic Energy, being the Eternal Centre
Changes keep on happening
In every atom, molecule, particle, and cell.
Thus widening the horizon,
From Invisible subtle to Visible gross.
Creation and destruction, a part of this change,
The various cycles of Life and seasons
Changing monotony to a variety
In mind and matter.
Colours and moods transient, every moment.
Wondering in awe to the moment next.
Dwell not in the past,
Fret not the Future,
Never to lose the Magic of the Present.
Each moment a new me is born.
Be present to cherish the Present.
Be aware n awake to witness
The blossom of bud to fragrant flower.

‘Your poems become my muse’. 😊.
This is what I received from my mother this morning after she read my yesterday’s post ‘ Glimmers of hope’.
‘Thank you, mom, for writing your reflections. It truly means much to me.’
Have simply added some pictures to go along with her words.

There was a message from one of the readers that made me reflect and write on the very nature of ripples in life and living. From the chaos of change to the stillness of sublimity.
