Knowledge & Understanding

Knowledge needs constant upgrades

Learning is a continuous stream

Ingraining is a choice in the flow

In refuting and analysing, decision are taken

In the dance of the heart and mind

The spirit of the soul finds communion

Acknowledging is the path of understanding.

Acceptance brings forth the wisdom of the being.

That in the river of time

From learning and unlearning

Emoting and feeling

Sensing and knowing

All is a flow

Changing to the course

Meandering along

Yet certain of the truth of the flow

Of the wisdom of infinite

Potential of possibilities.

Something Beyond

An interesting article for those who believe that all we see is all that exists.

It stimulates our lateral thinking :
To something that is beyond!!

This lovely parable is from “Your Sacred Self” by Dr. Wayne Dyer.

In a mother’s womb were two babies. One asked the other: “Do you believe in life after delivery?”The other replied, “Why, of course. There has to be something after delivery. Maybe we are here to prepare ourselves for what we will be later.”

“Nonsense” said the first. “There is no life after delivery. What kind of life would that be?”

The second said, “I don’t know, but there will be more light than here. Maybe we will walk with our legs and eat from our mouths. Maybe we will have other senses that we can’t understand now.”

The first replied, “That is absurd. Walking is impossible. And eating with our mouths? Ridiculous! The umbilical cord supplies nutrition and everything we need. But the umbilical cord is so short. Life after delivery is to be logically excluded.”

The second insisted, “Well I think there is something and maybe it’s different than it is here. Maybe we won’t need this physical cord anymore.”

The first replied, “Nonsense. And moreover if there is life, then why has no one ever come back from there? Delivery is the end of life, and in the after-delivery there is nothing but darkness and silence and oblivion. It takes us nowhere.”

“Well, I don’t know,” said the second, “but certainly we will meet Mother and she will take care of us.”

The first replied “Mother? You actually believe in Mother? That’s laughable. If Mother exists then where is She now?”

The second said, “She is all around us. We are surrounded by her. We are of Her. It is in Her that we live. Without Her this world would not and could not exist.”

Said the first: “Well I don’t see Her, so it is only logical that She doesn’t exist.”

To which the second replied, “Sometimes, when you’re in silence and you focus and listen, you can perceive Her presence, and you can hear Her loving voice, calling down from above.”

*May be this is one of the best explanations to the concept of ‘GOD/Source’!*

Waltz of the birds

Watch this magical murmuration

In divine interconnection

Countless birds in a dance of symphony

Creating patterns in rhythmic harmony.

An enthralling aerial display.

That moves you with its magical sway

Makes you wish and wonder why

These flock of feathers fly this way!

In the swing and the sway
And the rise and fall
The flight of these birds
Interweave a cohesive harmony.
A rare sight both elusive and enigmatic
Orchestrated with brilliance
Perhaps simply waltzing with abandon
Perhaps to ward off the predator
With such seemingly chaotic order
Every dancing heart will delight
In acknowledging with awe
This dance of sychrony!

Watch “European Birds at Baramati Pune” on YouTube

Here is a bit more on this beautiful phenomenon in the sky.

Glimmers of hope

Winter chills
Soft snow
Frosted faces
Warm woollies

Hot chocolate
Cups of cheer
Christmas Spirit
Jolly season

Giving and receiving
Autumn leaves
Barren trees
Icy peaks

Blizzards ring
Howling wind
Biting cold
Frozen river
Drifting snow
Spells of darkness

Awaiting the sun
After the snow
Melting glaciers
A glimmer of sun

Summer skies

Shining sun
Smiling faces
Warm welcome
Spring is here

Lush and abundant
Bounties harvest
Artists delight
Beautiful blossoms

Colours of spring
Arresting hues
Breathtaking scenery
Flourishing nature

Spring turns Summer
Rising temperature
Mango season
Tasty treats

Sweltering heat
Icy popsicles
Slurping icecreams
Lime and lemon

Iced teas cold drinks
Quenching thirst
Parched earth
Dried lands

Blazing sun
Scorching sands
Sizzling days
Humid nights

Awaiting relief
Summer to rain
First shower
Fragrant earth

Heavenly delight
Rainy holidays
Feeling cool
Corn on cobs.

Cheap thrills
Small puddles
Splashing water
Rain coats and caps

Unfolding umbrellas
River on streets
Muddy water
Flooding roads

Chaotic confusion
Delayed trains
Traffic stops
People stranded

Rainy days turn dreary
All wet and weary
Hoping for relief
From incessant downpours

Awaiting a change
Of the Season in question
Life is circle
Of seasons in cycles

Each births and gives way
For another, on its way.
Amidst it all
Are those little glimmers of hope

Understated and unsaid
Unseen and unspoken
Little joys of being
That makes you make it…

Through yet another day.

These glimmers of hope
Though seasons may change
Hope is here to stay!

Savvy

Well, this one turned out to be a really long walk through the seasons!🙂 But seriously, as I started thinking of the changing seasons, with winter knocking our welcome door, I realised how much harsh winter could get for someone far away as well. So it goes for the other seasons…

Yet every season is a magical gift, and leaves us with glimmers of hope!

We do need our seasons to come and go like they always do, one after the other for then, all is well with our world. 🙂

A Relevant Message

A great message that just had to be shared . Am sure we all can resonate with this.

All I did was add some imagery to the words!

Savvy

Do share and pass the good words around.

*URGENTLY NEEDED…*
Not Blood,
But,

An ELECTRICIAN, to restore the current between people, who *do not speak* to each other anymore.

An OPTICIAN, to change the *outlook of people.*

An ARTIST, to draw *a smile* on everyone’s face.

A CONSTRUCTION WORKER, to build *a bridge* between neighbours.

A GARDENER, to cultivate *Good Thoughts.*

A PLUMBER to clear the *choked and blocked mindsets.*

A SCIENTIST to rediscover *compassion.*

A LANGUAGE TEACHER for *better communication* with each other.

Last but not the least A MATHS TEACHER, for all of us to relearn how *to count on each other.*

Windows of the Soul

Waltz of the Eyes

If eyes could speak
They would say a thousand words
May be more
Yes eyes speak more than words can tell
Have you seen eyes up close
They say much more

There is defiance denial
Hurt and humility
Fear and pain
Sadness and confusion
Longing for approval
And anguish of anxiety
There is judgement and approval
Brazeness and courage
Hope and trust
Mystic and magic
Enigma so magnetic
And yet there is also
Surprise and innocence
Charm and grace
Kindness and Generosity
A Light of Love
For life and living.

Waltz of the Eyes indeed! Speaking much without words that portrays the undeniable truths of life .

How much life experiences can speak through these windows of our soul! Check it for yourself … so much to read in there. May be you can see much more ….do share!

Savvy

Thank you dear Efi for mentioning Stavros and this beautiful lilting music…’Waltz of the Eyes’ in my earlier post. This waltz is truly bewitching! 💙💙💙

Free as a bird in flight?

Flight of the birds

Depicts the freedom of being

Alive to take off any place anytime.

Are you truly free as a bird in flight?

Flapping wings courting the winds

Forging ahead, head on in space

Sensing the lightness of being

Are you ready to take yourself lightly?

Birds of a feather they say flock together

Flying as one in synch with another

Flowing into perfect patterns in close formation

Are you ready for this dance in synchrony?

Savvy

Watch the beautiful murmuring of birds in the sky. And watch it till the end as it dances so enticingly that it certainly leaves one spellbound!
