Being authentic is about living to one’s true self, being present as you truly are with confidence and inner conviction.
Being authentic is about acceptance of all of you and being able to acknowledge all your emotions even the difficulties in handling your emotions.
Authenticity stays in your truth often open to the guidance of the intuitive intellect.
Authenticity is about complete integrity in life and living.
When you arrive at being comfortable being yourself,and in front of others, your gifts will shine through and you will make a positive impact on this world.

A little bit of flexibility
Goes a long way
Where you bend but do not break.
Like the reed of grass

Like a lithe cat that braces itself in a fall.
This ability to turn adversity
On its toes and dance with it
Is a valuable lifeskill.
This quality of adaptability
The way you adapt, adjust or modify
Says much about you as a person.
It speaks of your capacity
To be receptive to new ideas
And new ways of thinking
To step out of the box.
And perceive with fresh eyes.
Without prejudice.
To understand what is feasible
To be willing to respond than react
To the changes, in flexibility.
And the ability to be non judgmental
Speaks of your unflappable nature.
In responding with composure.
Adaptability is a necessary skill
To overcome any situation in life
To adapt is to survive.
An action that builds confidence is better than inaction which arises from fear.
At times the action is a success, at times , may be the action needs a new direction to be successful but action is better than no action.

Take a step and exchange perspectives

Let me explain..
The very act of coveting
Is yearning to possess
That which does not belong
Act of possession is not love
True love is about freedom
Every person has both
Freedom and limitations Such is the law of nature.
When man unknowingly
Or knowingly covets beyond
Nature is displaced and broken
Then energies shift
And all hell breaks loose
Every word spoken or written
Can effect someone somewhere
So important to know
And discern with care
Else all the wisdom of life
Becomes meaningless.
Living your truths is fine
As long as you don’t impinge others
As long as you respect life
Around you to have theirs.
Share your truths if you wish
But do not share what is not yours.
For that is an act of trangression
A violation of natures
Code of conduct!
