A few tips…
In a world that can entangle you with varied opinions and beliefs…know you are a multifaceted unique individual.
Allow yourself to take time and understand your spectrum of being .
Accepting yourself is a great start to being you.
In knowing your self you are able to discern what your choices are and gradually you are able to be comfortable with your own self. Remember everyone of us here have our own journey of life to explore and fathom.
Allow yourself to explore the truths of your own being.
Be authentic enough to avoid being who you are not . It simply cannot last too long. And it is not a path towards your purpose of being.
Being yourequires a whole lot of respect for yourself as you are. In moments of turmoil and confusion, just say to yourself ‘ I am enough for me’ …
There is great power of truth in these simple words .
Trust that you are enough for you.
In 1997, Pamela Redmond Satran wrote a list for Glamour Magazine. Having already passed her thirtieth birthday, her goal was to tell younger women about “the things I really wished I’d had and known by that important milestone.” It not only resonated, it became a phenomenon. To this day,the now bestselling author’s list continues to make its way across the web, via sites, inboxes, and social feeds, experiencing recurring surges of viral popularity. Yet, up until very recently, in typical not-giving-credit-where-credit-is-due internet form, it was most often shared with either no attribution to Pamela or tagged as someone else’s work, including “Maya Angelou’s Best Poem Ever.”
Here are 15 interesting points from that list …
1)”A WOMAN SHOULD HAVE …
enough money within her control to move out
and rent a place of her own, even if she never wants to or needs to…
……..
2)A WOMAN SHOULD HAVE ..
a youth she’s content to leave behind….
3)A WOMAN SHOULD HAVE …
a past juicy enough that she’s looking forward to
retelling it in her old age….
………..
4)A WOMAN SHOULD HAVE ….
one friend who always makes her laugh… and one who lets her cry…
………..
5)A WOMAN SHOULD HAVE …
a feeling of control over her destiny…
6)EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW…
how to fall in love without losing herself..
7)EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW…
how to quit a job, break up with a lover, and confront a friend without; ruining the friendship…
8)EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW…
when to try harder… and WHEN TO WALK AWAY…
9)EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW…
that she can’t change the length of her calves,
the width of her hips, or the nature of her parents..
10)EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW…
that her childhood may not have been perfect..but its over…
11)EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW…
what she would and wouldn’t do for love or more…
12)EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW…
how to live alone… even if she doesn’t like it…
13)EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW.. .
whom she can trust,
whom she can’t,
and why she shouldn’t take it personally…
14)EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW…
where to go…
be it to her best friend’s kitchen table…
or a charming inn in the woods…
when her soul needs soothing…
15)EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW…
what she can and can’t accomplish in a day…
a month…and a year…
So much for the creativity passed on without credit.
And here is a dedication to Every Woman out there…Enjoy 💖👍💖
Your superficial imperfections cannot break your spirit
For your spirit is alive and kicking,
With much to do and make a mark.
Every moment is too precious to waste.
Add some self-love and spirit
While you converse with your mirror.
For its high time, indeed;
Make that mirror work for you.
Use it well to help yourself.
Turn yourself into a confident you.
Present yourself in the best possible light.
Believe in who you truly are and what you can do.
There is much power that is awaiting you.
So, meet and greet your reflection with faith!

Many of us may have had a love-hate relationship with mirrors at different periods of our lives. It is, however, the extremes of behaviour that one must bring awareness into. The mirror becomes a narcissistic tool of overt admiration bordering on self-indulgence. Then there are those for whom the mirror becomes a bane of their existence; it depresses them every time they catch their reflection.
Befriend the Mirror
Life is full of changes, and it certainly takes a whole lot of self-understanding to come to a place of comfort with your changing self in various points of life.
There is utter confidence in the brashness of youth; mellow musings find their way a few decades later, and then, we are overcome with resigned indifference bordering on self-negligence. Acceptance of the changing self than denial makes you befriend yourself as you are.
That is the game-changer. For then, you reflect the power of what is truly within.
Your body is a temple, but only if you treat it as one.” ~Astrid Alauda
The thoughts we think…
The nature of our thoughts, our choices of food intake and nutrition for sustenance, our associations and our activities and our rest patterns are all interconnected in the conversion of energy to conscious awareness.
The mind and body connection is prevalent and the signs of repeating patterns of stress show significantly on our bodies in time
Alteration is a process of transformation that can be gradual, tiring and taxing to lead and follow. For example to rid the body of a chronic condition the behavioural patterns that created it in the first place are rooted in the system and hence to nudge a root one needs to work the underlying layers of emotions that associate and accumulate and elevate the conditions of its existence and growth.
The cleansing process is then definitely natural and non-invasive. A supportive and strength giving initiative would be ideal as alternatives to follow.
Alternative natural cures are best environments to work towards in treatment and eradication of root cause than just attacking the symptoms.
The part can never be well unless the whole is well.” ~Plato
The wisdom is in our observation of our own pattern of being as we are, as we behave and feel.
The thought reflections getting imprinted on the body and our ability to intervene are both significant. So to significantly alter the nature of our existence we need to be present in the now.
A few thoughts…
Thoughts come and go but the choice of what to steer it towards rests with us.
Our positive orientated thoughts are our bridge to transform ourselves for the better.
They are available to link ourselves and connect with our deepest truth.
Every interlink in positivity is a step towards personal transformation as much as the power of spreading expansive goodwill and wellness into nature.
Every little step
Makes a difference
For in every little move
Is a power that can change the world.
Keep tiny steps if you must
But remember every step in time
Takes you closer to your intentions
Make sure to envision the best
And march forward
In the direction of your dreams
Step up!

A young writer friend from Africa had shared that she took a tiny leap of faith today in her own little way by sharing first video about her life.
Reading about it inspired me to write a message of hope and positivity to her. For her so called little step, truly will make a big difference to someone somewhere to take a step ahead in faith.
Success is a result of every bit of earnest endeavour in time.
Weathered and worn
I lie here today
In this moment
That you look at me
I know so many thoughts
May pass your way
Memories that only can fathom
Of a time passed long by
You and I
Have lived through
Those days protecting
Your dear child
Through rough weather
Your mother’s affection
I can sense till today
As you would lovingly
Clothe your precious baby
With me
I know we are privy
To those special times
When you child lived in me
Played and fed with me on
How many times
You would carefully wash dry
And iron me out
And keep me clean and warm
All ready for your baby to wear
Your baby may never know me
But you and I
We have a special bond
A recall of those memorable times
That we shared
Until one fine day
She outgrew me.
Today you found me
As you left me
Deep in the closet
Among the old and discarded
But am I glad to be caressed with love
And photographed with joy
And reminisced about…
For in this moment
Your little gesture
Touches my being
For I feel I have served my purpose well
Thank you as well
For choosing me
And caring to keep me with you
All these years and maybe more!!!
With love
❤An old baby dress ❤
Found my daughter’s old baby dress and I was suddenly transported back in time…
Today my daughter is indeed all grown up. I took a picture of this little dress and shared it with my daughter who studies in a land far away…
The nurturing years of her childhood flashed by and I sat down to pen my reflections…
Have you felt wronged or slighted in life… don’t despair.
For nature will make it right!
There is always a system of check and balance
For the law of nature aligns it all.
Simply know it may not always be the way you may plan…
For there is a truth beyond yours
That takes much more into account
You could simply be a piece in that puzzle.
So as you face destiny in the eye
As each trying moment unfolds
As you shed those countless tears
Simply know deliverance is near.
Allay your fears
Unfetter your spirit
Bring on the trust
That better lies ahead.
There is much in this self arranging world
We are yet to understand
Endless night wakes up to the light of dawn.
And Hope springs in with the sunshine
Your worst nightmare becomes a distant memory
For times change the order of things
Life moves on as the clocks tick
For Life is circle of days and nights
Despair not my friend
Sense hope by your side
In the darkest moments
Light is just a while away.
