Grains of pulsating energy,
Vibrantly dancing and emoting
In the sands of time.

Patterning uniquely in every now
To the tunes of the nature of life.

So very fragile in the making,
So very vulnerable in the sensing,
Yet so very strengthened in the living.
We are
Fractal fields of energy transformation,
Designing and redesigning ourselves,
Giving purpose to life and living.

I came across two images yesterday
One of a fluffy floating cloud
With the surreal image of rootedness
The cloud signifying the leaves of a tree
Changing with the seasons of nature
Fleeting by with no barriers
The other of a caged cloud
So very profound
Two pieces of sky before me
Making me feel so very different
One made my heart sing in joy
To sense the lightness of being
The other although dense
Made me hope and believe
For a moving cloud cannot be caged
Yet the fact remains, freedom matters
Most to life and living
Life cannot be reigned
For life is meant to flow

The flower blooms from a seed
In the power of perseverance
Because of its strength of purpose
If you believe in your self
You are meant to bloom in time.
Stay determined and focus
Believe you are capable
No matter the situation
Trust your inner reserve
Waste not time in worry
It doesn’t help any way.
And lose not hope.
You are meant to survive the odds
Nothing is achieved by worrying.
For patterns only get complicated.
Keep up with your perseverance

This ability to turn adversity
On its toes and dance with it
Is a valuable lifeskill.
This quality of adaptability
The way you adapt, adjust or modify
Says much about you as a person.
It speaks of your capacity
To be receptive to new ideas
And new ways of thinking
To step out of the box.
And perceive with fresh eyes.
Without prejudice.
To understand what is feasible
To be willing to respond than react
To the changes, in flexibility.
And the ability to be non judgmental
Speaks of your unflappable nature.
In responding with composure.
Adaptability is a necessary skill
To overcome any situation in life
To adapt is to survive.
An action that builds confidence is better than inaction which arises from fear.
At times the action is a success, at times , may be the action needs a new direction to be successful but action is better than no action.
