Vorticity

Art work Title : Vorticity By Savvy Raj

Sharing my swirl artwork called Vorticity. This  I created with my some of favourite colors to suit the mood of the day!

Vorticity

In the core is the dynamics  of the flow ,
Sense the spiralling fluidity
Of the momentum moving along in circles
In the whirling is the dance of energy.

Bridge of Awareness

From the architect of time, the source creator  came a space of  nothingness (akash)from space came matter  (energy) from matter came  movement (wind, air) from movement came fluidity (flow, water) from fluidity came existence from existence emanated the spirit of life (the breath of life, fire passion).

The elements existence are a guide in an acknowledgement of the interdependence. An awareness of interconnections in an acceptance that everything exists in the subtlety of balance.

The spirit of life and living is the bridge to our calling &purpose of being. As well as in the journey of the  being. The path is and will be ours and yet not just ours.

Every move in time is interlinked in the bridge of time that we were, are and will be on. The bridge of time is in eternal cycle of motion. All matter constitutes one or more of  the elements in different proportions.

While the mind of the matter  perceives it in thoughts, the heart of the matter senses. Mindful thoughts and heartfelt  feeling are both  real and unreal all at the same time. And consciousness is the bridge of awareness between the  extrinsic and the intrinsic,  between the learning and the knowing.

And in this understanding is the realization whole and complete of all as it is .

Irony of Balance

On Balance & Imbalances

Balance..

Enables evenness

In distribution

Ensures equality in varied elements

Or even propelling proportionality.

Empowers a sense of steadiness.

Without lose of control

Balance is grace in movement

Balance is grace in stillness too

Balance is also about being in equipoise

In envisioning or even in the sensing

A state of equanimity in the being.

Where all is well.

Yet the irony of balance

Is the equilibrium is subjective

To the opposition to balance

In a state of unrest and uncertainties

Doubts and fear creep in unexpected

Creating imbalances in its own path

Little knowing the state of balance

Are the very reason for wellbeing.

Colours of Hope

Every part of nature  has a reason to be
Every  plant a sign of possibilities
Every  tree a symbol of purpose
Every bud symbol of hope in the blooming
Every bloom a sign of joyfulness of being.

Nature is abundance
With all colors shapes and patterns
If happiness is a colour of a flower
Which one would it be for you?

In this now would pick brightest of blues
Would  not hesitate  to pick the purples
Would also be inspired by golden yellows
What about you?

Wonderful!

Life is what you make of it!

It can be the way you choose it to be!

It is a reflection of your state of being.

Life is heaven or hell in this now

Truly beautiful or unbearable

All in the how you want to see it.

It’s not about perfection

For nobody’s perfect

Life & living can be perfectly Imperfect

Seek excellence if you must

Seek to be the best version of you!

And find the wonderful in today!

Life & living

Every life has a unique story.

Every living has a unique pathway

Savvy

Whenever I come across a heart touching action, a prose ,a poem or an empowering story, I will be sharing it here in this series…

Some people make the world a hopeful place by their thoughts words and deeds…

Some people, tell it like it is without mincing anything.

And the truth in all its profound simplicity tugs your heartstrings…

https://ed.ted.com/lessons/the-beautiful-balance-between-courage-and-fear-cara-e-yar-khan#review

This is the story of Cara Khan whose sense of spirit & adventure made her dare the seemingly impossible …

Cara E. Yar Khan is an international human rights advocate promoting the inclusion of people with disabilities within all facets of society.

Thank you my dear friend Ali Anani, for it was you who shared the above Ted talk link and suggested I share a few thoughts on her.

I dedicate these following verses to her daring spirit and dancing soul!

Life is

Inexplicable uncertainty in the now

Undefinable strength in the moment

Unimaginable challenges that arise

Infinite possibilities in the potential

Unstoppable hope in the living

Be it in strength or inspite of weakness

No matter the threats or unexpected opportunities

Life shapes and moulds in experience

Be it the desires, wants or needs

Life is a journey unto itself

Life is a circle in the living.

In salute to the very courageous Cara E. Yar Khan
Her inspirational life story is an epitome of the magic of living a bigger bolder and yet a purpose driven life,
In her I see the verve, and enthusiasm in pursuit  of her Passions
and her drive towards her Purpose
as much as the Perseverance to attain it.
And when these 3 Ps combine, success is bound to manifest itself.
What matters is that she ignored what was preposterous and dared to dream.

Ignore the naysayers
You have one life
Live it well
Give it the best you have got!

Keep the faith in trust and self belief
Let go of illusions of less in assumptions
You have everything  you need within you
In daring beyond doubts &fear
Living life lovingly!

Truly nothing is insurmountable
There is in you, the power
That manifests when you need it most
You may not know the strength
And capabilities that you are carrying.
But it is always there with you
Simply trust in yourself
To be there for you!
You are more than enough for you!

Igniting Thoughts, Sparking Imagination

A thought is a full circle
From synapse to the sensing
It travels beyond spaces and back
Symbol of life in the buzzing.

In the circle of life and living
Arises sparks of thinking in the sensing
Many thoughts may come and go,
Sometimes structured & logical,
At times they disappear in a moment
Yet some thoughts  leave imprints in time.

As thoughts keep on arising
These dots of thoughts shape into patterns
Emitting in the strength of momentum
To countless circles of thoughts in the propelling.

Think well Imagine the good!

Feel the peace within

Take a deep breath

To truly be able…

To Breathe in ease

feel the peace deep within.

Take not this breath for granted

Know the gift of grace in every breath.

Inhale and exhale

Sensing Gratitude in every breath

The Journey of Imagination

Imagination begins with thoughts
There is great power in imagination
Imagination can heal or hurt
Stemming from infinite abundance.
Imagination draws from nature & nurture.

In thinking out  of the box
Raw & unstructured or uncontrollable
Resulting  in unexpected creativity
Exploring  potential possibilities.
Thoughts in a flow, forming patterns
Shapes moulding within a structure

Meandering like a river
Or bursting like a volcano
Uncontrollable & quite unexpectedly
Often chaotic and welling up the feelings.

Imagination seeks to find its own path

Much of imagination is forgotten soon
Or gets lost in translation.

When imagination  is reinforced
In strength of inate potential of being
There is hope for inspirational  creativity
When imagination is reigned
In fear and ridicule
There is chance of darkness  of morbidity
Creating doubts and uncertainties.

Your Imagination is who you are
Imagination manifests through you
Yet in steering imagination
Creativity is born.
The source of thoughts arise from within
You have the choice to steer the course
In mindfulness the path of imagination
Can be witnessed and channeled.

The journey of imagination
Take you places you have never been.

Betwixt & beyond the illusions & reality
Through dimensions of time & space
To the quantum truths of your being
In expressing, exchanging imagination..
Innovations are possible.
The magic is all in the imagination
What matters is where you want to go!

On Laughter

Laugh as much as you breathe

For laughter is a great healer

Laughter strengthens and protects you

For laughter is a stress buster.

Laughter can diminish & relieve pain

And renews the spirit with energy.

Laugh to lighten the day’s worries

Laugh to relax the muscles.

Laugh to infuse good energies

Laugh as much as you can….

For laughter can shift perspective

Make the moods lighter

When you laugh you brighten this now.

So keep smiling ,find your inner child

Every breath every day!

Choice rests with you!

Every now presents you with a choice

To be & do what you can

Every moment is full of potential

To engage with possibilities

Truly there is much more beyond

To know and understand

Every thing begins with a choice

And the choice rests with you.

Life and Living

Very nice article by Late Khushwant Singh. Preserve this . 😊

How To Live & Die

I’ve often thought about what it is that makes people happy—what one has to do in order to achieve happiness.

1- First and foremost is good health. If you do not enjoy good health, you can never be happy. Any ailment, however trivial, will deduct something from your happiness.

2- Second, a healthy bank balance. It need not run into crores, but it should be enough to provide for comforts, and there should be something to spare for recreation—eating out, going to the movies, travel and holidays in the hills or by the sea. Shortage of money can be demoralising. Living on credit or borrowing is demeaning and lowers one in one’s own eyes.

3- Third, your own home. Rented places can never give you the comfort or security of a home that is yours for keeps. If it has garden space, all the better. Plant your own trees and flowers, see them grow and blossom, and cultivate a sense of kinship with them.

4- Fourth, an understanding companion, be it your spouse or a best friend. If you have too many misunderstandings, it robs you of your peace of mind. It is better to accept the differences than to be quarrelling all the time.

5- Fifth, stop envying those who have done better than you in life—risen higher, made more money, or earned more fame. Envy can be corroding; avoid comparing yourself with others.

6- Sixth, do not allow people to descend on you for gossip. By the time you get rid of them, you will feel exhausted and poisoned by their gossip-mongering.

7- Seventh, cultivate a hobby or two that will fulfill you—gardening, reading, writing, painting, playing or listening to music. Going to clubs or parties to get free drinks, or to meet celebrities, is a criminal waste of time. It’s important to concentrate on something that keeps you occupied meaningfully.

8- Eighth, every morning and evening devote 20 minutes to meditation or introspection. In the mornings, 10 minutes should be spent in keeping the mind absolutely still, and for listing the things you have to do that day. In the evenings, five minutes should be set aside to keep the mind still and 10 to go over the tasks you had intended to do.

9- Ninth, don’t lose your temper. Try not to be short-tempered, or vengeful. Even when a friend has been rude, just move on.

10- Above all, when the time comes to go, one should go like a Person without any regret or grievance against anyone.

A Sufi Tale

A Sufi Tale:
A merchant from Baghdad entered a Sufi’s shop, which had essence jars on the shelves.
Marveling at the beauty of the place, he asked, “Sir, what is sold here?”
The Sufi replied, “The gifts of God”.

The merchant was surprised with the answer, & asked, “And how much do they cost?”
“Nothing, here all is for free”, said the Sufi, observing carefully, that the traveller could see the labels: “Jugs of Love”; “Jars of Faith”; “Packages of Hope”.

The merchant said, “A big jug of love, all the packages of hope & three jars of faith for me, my friends & my family”.

The Sufi carefully prepared the order & handed him a small box.
Surprised, the merchant exclaimed, “But, but…. how can everything I have asked for, be in this tiny box?”

Smiling, the Sufi replied, “In God’s store, we do not sell fruits, only seeds. You have to sow them.
