Sharing one from my series of Circular Artworks painting today and a very powerful poem by Rumi.
I feel somehow it connects with this poem…
“There is a community of the spirit.
Join it, and feel the delight
of walking in the noisy street
and being the noise.
Drink all your passion and be a disgrace.
Close both eyes to see with the other eye.
Open your hands if you want to be held.
Consider what you have been doing.
Why do you stay
with such a mean-spirited and dangerous partner?
For the security of having food. Admit it.
Here is a better arrangement.
Give up this life, and get a hundred new lives.
Sit down in this circle.
Quit acting like a wolf,
and feel the shepherd’s love filling you.
At night, your beloved wanders.
Do not take painkillers.

Engagement is a focused interest
Engagement can be a moral obligation.
To do whatever is possible.
And be genuinely involved.

Have always fancied the flight of birds
Dancing with the winds soaring the skies.
To far off lands & destination unknown.
With th spirit and soul free
And yet…
What has mere wings got to do with flying?
To most it would seem everything
For without wings there is no flight
But then to truly fly is to reach beyond.
Free of being bound!
Beyond knowing is imagination
Imagination is a journey without wings
For with your thoughts you fly free
And tirelessly into infinity
For wings may sense the weight of the journey
But heartfelt intention can take you afar
As far as you aim to go
Across dimensions of space & time.
Exploring possibilities and more.
So it’s not what you have
But what you do with what you have
It’s all in your passionate will & intention

Someone asked me what advice would I share with my child…
I would simply share the below two pieces of advice that I came across, not only with my child, but to anyone who cares to follow.
As it will go a long way in the journey of life .

formula of life
“Don’t make any
close relation
without full understanding…!
And don’t break
any close relation
with small misunderstanding..
Very thoughtfully said!
Life is beautiful in consideration & responses than kneejerk reactions.
Life is all about taking time to live and love but also to understand.
Life is precious and every relationship has a reason to be. Even if it’s just for a season it is meant to last its time.
Let’s never forget that…
So let’s value life, value relationships
And live life lovingly!!

Life is a mystical journey.

Beyond the sum of our senses
Exists a field of potential,
Embodying possibilities.
Beyond fear and doubts
Exists a space for courage,
Emitting energy in hope and faith.
Myriad thoughts may fill our minds;
All is an illusion in the imagination.
If we wish to see it so,
There is always more
Beyond the dark; envisage the light
Unlearn the lessons taught,
