The day I let go of stressors
That day I begin to live
The day I make light of the burdens
I begin to move with ease
The day I discard the unwanted
I meet contentment
The day I count my blessings
I find happiness
The day I fill my heart with wonder
I find the magic of bliss around me.
The day I create positive intentions
I find profound inspirations
The day I sense gratefulness 🙏
I begin to smile from the heart.❤
A grateful heart sees the blessing in every thing. In all the so called happenings there is always a reason why. So pain and pleasure are just two sides of the coin of life. Gratitude for one cannot be realised without the presence of the other.
Be grateful for everything that was, is and will be, for that is the wisdom in living in this now.
When you sense a saddened heart
Say I am going to share some care.
When you meet indifference & antipathy
Say I am going to spread goodwill in empathy.
When you encounter a dull day
Say I am going to make it joyous
When you are faced with despair
Say I am still hopeful of change.
When you are feeling lost in a maze
Say I am going to find out a way
For there is always a way out
Keep your cheer about you
Know you are enough for you
And you will begin to light the way
Just by the way you are.
And because you truly can!
The first lesson
Nature is patient and never in a hurry
All takes its course in time
As a blooming bud
As a fragile flower
You cannot force them to flower
Patience and perseverance is the key
Nature is abundant
It gives and receives
The beauty of nature
The fruits of nature
Is its gift.
It bears much too
Nature is full of resilience
Teaching lessons of living
So full of grace and dignity
And yet…
The third lesson
Nature balances itself
Time to time
When life gets too tilted
Nature plays on
Its courses through
And unearths its fury too!
Never tamper with nature
For nature exacts much
Unleashing its wrath
To beget its equilibrium
Treat nature well
Both inner and outer
For every thing is part of nature
And nature will thrive.
In a place where the ego rests
At ease with nothing to prove
Where learning flows along
With nothing to suppress.
Where movements arise
In the grace of energy
Where time moves on it’s own pace
Without no hurry and worry.
When understanding manifests
With nothing to lose or gain
When every moment is lived in the now
With no reservations and notions.
Where there is no place for fear or favour
There is no clamour for success and fame
Knowing change is the only constant
And all is fleeting through in time.
In this journey of life and living
In learning and unlearning
In doing to nondoing
When dedication and discipline
Create the way for itself.
Without pride and vanity
Without assumptions and judging
Without claiming and complaining
Without imposing and refuting.
Life evolves in such focus.
Where wants reduce in reflections
Then desire sublimes itself
To nothingness in time.
Where wisdom rests in subtlety
Where there is no seeking
With no questions to ask
All the answers manifests unto itself.
Feel the flow of divinity in the haloed healing light abound…
Embrace the moments in silence and serenity.

Our body & mind knows what we need, if only we slow down and take the time to listen in. Moving in conscious connectedness increases mind-body awareness. As a spiritual or healing practice…there is great potential in it to play a vital role in health and well-being. which is a result of moving as one unit; body and mind.
It’s also quite possible to heal ones aches away. A headache, muscle soreness, joint pain often melts away in oblivion by bringing one’s attention and focus on that particular body part and moving mindfully with the awareness of our breath and channelling the energy of the breath.
Likewise, it’s also possible to become aware of actions which aggravate your conditions and back off and instead work on movements which make you feel better.
The same is also true for emotional pain. By bringing one’s attention to what is emotionally hurting and moving slowly through space, allowing the body to lead the way, one often finds emotional pain reduces to a considerable extent. Layers of emotional blockages and disconnects can be peeled away with this awareness about one’s movements in the moments. Centring oneself consciously involves understanding one’s place in space and being comfortable enough where one is and stable enough to be aware of one’s edges and the surroundings.
Healing happens as a consequence of certain specific actions in time. At the same breath a word of cautionary suggestion Taking an example here …, just as it’s very challenging to overcome an unwanted habit but quite easy to succumb to it again. Once you have moved in space and healed yourself off your problems do give a little thought to actions done without reflection as you wouldn’t want to be in the same tight spot which you have wrangled yourself out of with so much effort… right?
So leave a mark of poised, beautiful actions in the monument of time in thoughts words and deeds and you will be consistently feeling twice blessed for sure.
Irony of our times
In the name of connection
We are truly disconnected
We are celled to our phones
Caught hook line and sinker…
Glued to a metal contraption
That’s overtaking our lives
Living in a imaginary world
We are feeding on bytes
While reality bites
Haven’t we taken
A bite of more than we can chew?

Here is an animation by Steve Cutts …that brings forth the stark truth of our times.
I write when I am charged with an idea, an inspiration. Or perhaps when there is nothing else to do.
I write to balance my emotions whenever it needs equilibrium.
I write to flow with the moment with a thought that aligns as it calls on and emerges into a pattern in prose or verse.
I write to understand better when thoughts overpower…overstimulate the mind.
I write to let go of all that comes to my mind which I feel and hope can make a positive difference somewhere to someone reading me.
I write at times in deliberation too, to process and synthesize new understandings.
I write to unshackle from the many convictions I may unknowingly hold. As I write they break loose from restrictive spaces and help to align my thoughts in the sifting.
I write to express the bounties of life that I’m blessed to enjoy in gratitude.
I write to sense the bliss of being with all of me in the moment.
I write to radiate the positive intentions in hope & gratitude.
