I wrote these words as a part of one of my lectures that I was invited to deliver at a MUN conference. But it has always been there with me as my personal affirmation .
As in the unlearning and learning of knowledge through experiences in life and living every individual sparks new pathways of behaviour in association and application. We are enriched in the structuring which we can call as a stillness for comprehension, a pause for reflection a calmness in contemplation so that we are propelled to unique expression in the assimilation.
No two thoughts are exactly alike but there is always a field of energy we radiate and our thoughts carry the vibrational frequency of the energy in the movement. And that is what can be directed distilled denatured decimated dissolved and drawn from for health and healing.
Savvy
Experience or lack of it can be a root cause of variations and alterations of behaviour. But while boundaries may be reminding of a journey having a destination, it is the openness that reflects the never-ending source of creativity and its possibility.

A Few Essential Tips to Spruce Up Your Work Space.
If you are already a part of the growing population of the work from home employees, there is a high amount of organisational skills that you may already possess. Yet in the rut of routine the chances of feeling weary and disillusioned the dip in productivity increases alarmingly.
Are you feeling overwhelmed stressed and frustrated take a moment to stop and look at your space right now what you feel do you think it is cluttered and chaotic or needs a bit of sprucing up?
Do you think that your work life is a little out of control and maybe having a more manageable and productive space to work from can make all the difference to you right now?
Then maybe it is time to simplify your work area and enjoy life working from home.. here are a few tips to start you up!
Take a few pictures of the work area :
When you need perspective it often helps if you can use your camera to take a shot of your workspace to see the amount of clutter for yourself. There may be many unwanted items which are lying unused for a long time unnoticed.
De-clutter to essentials:
Check whether you are using the things laid out on your desk regularly and if not try to remove them away from your desk make sure only the essentials are placed on the desk.
If there is just too many things on your desk set a priority on what stays. Start from your desk space take a look at the clutter and if there are just too many things around to distract you try to use the principle of 1 in 1 out. So for every item that you have chosen to keep on the desk make sure to discard one out.
Get a fresh perspective :
Often it is very difficult to notice and see the clutter in our working spaces by ourselves in the pace of monotony that we are caught in.So how about inviting a few close friends over to your home… and try to take stock of their opinions and acknowledge their perspectives as you see it through their eyes.
Create an ambience that is suitable for your line of work when you start throwing away the unwanted items and minimize. You will feel lighter and your room opens up.
Setting time to de-clutter: You can try to clear your desk area as you finish your work every evening for it takes maybe about 5 to 10 minutes to straighten things up you will end up having a clean desk every morning.
Storage matters:
It is important to find a space for everything in your work area, if you have trouble in keeping things in place you will find a desk all the more cluttered and difficulty in locating things. Use the idea of small storage trays or store away the least used items in closed drawers. You can try to keep your work area clean by using magnets to mount supplies and using coloured labels as well
Extra storage options:
If you find you have too many things on your desk which don’t fit it is time to think of extra storage. In a small room, you can make space under your desk by raising the monitor a level up and making sure to use your space wisely by using by enlarging your workspace vertically and by using every inch of the space you have to your advantage.
Remember the sooner you start getting organised the better you feel at work.
Simplify work area live life well!.
Moderation is the key:
Every once in a while we all need a bit of serious organisation time but it is important to not try to overdo it for it can be a huge detriment to being productive. For sometimes there is the case of delight in disorder for some. So choose your own way to what stays and what goes!
From the point of saturation Emerges a point of co relation To ponder afresh on a point of connection. The saturation plays a role In the game of life and living
In breaking dawn and dusk The twilight fills the day and night With a hope and bliss of something new Just as day breaks from Evening dusks into a blissful night The breaking point signifies a new start
The twilight confuses and confounds The wisest of beings, as it is meant to do For in that point of no return There is the chaos of completion. Only to begin afresh and anew.
In the passage of painful times into pleasurable moments In the eras of darkness to deliverance In the moments of night to day! Lights seeps in and saturation sublimes The dark clouds shifting perspectives. Birthing a new breaking point Of a brand new dawn!

Musings on Dancing
A dance is an expression of who we are, our mindset our bodies our culture all intermingled inextricably. It is a statement of our roots and our connection to others.
We can express ourselves by learning and staying rooted in the structure or choose to vary and fuse and develop our understanding by adding to the repertoire other dance forms and evolve in the sharing. The choice is ours to choose. We don’t need to discard old learning as we learn something new but align ourselves to understand the larger picture. This way we experience diversity for ourselves as we learn to see the significance of every form its contribution its essence and relevance of its roots in culture through the movements and expression. Learning dance from different lands helps us understand and evolve. We can learn to respect others traditions and cultures while valuing our own.
Sharing an inspiring story on knowledge versus wisdom.
In two independent houses, separated by a compound two people were living, in one a retired person and in the other a techie.
They had planted identical saplings on either sides of the compound.
The techie used to give lot of water and manure to the plants. The retired, just small quantity of water and little manure.
The techies plant grew into lush green, leafy robust plant.
The retired person’s plant was a near normal but much luxuriant than his neighbor’s.
One night there was a heavy rain with gusty wind.
Next morning both came out to see the fate of the plants.
To techie’s surprise his plant had got uprooted where as his neighbor’s was unharmed.
Techie asks the retired as why his plant was uprooted despite such a good care where as the neighbor had hardly cared.
The retired person’s answer should be a lesson for all of us.
Look young man, you had supplied every thing a plant would need,in abundance and the plant did not have to go in search of it.Your roots did not have go down. I was supplying just enough to keep it alive. For the rest roots had to go down into the ground to fulfil it’s needs.
Since your roots were superficial the rain and wind could easily fell it.
Since my roots were pretty deeply grounded they could withstand the onslaught of the nature.
The same applies to your children too.
