Right place right time!

At the right place at the right time…

Are places we land, reach, live and interact of our own choice and free will.

Is there a more at play beyond the random?

Isn’t there a pattern to the puzzle?

Are we meant to be where we are supposed to be?

At a particular place and time.

While every life journey in time is unique yet…

Life has an emergent pattern in the order and chaos that it self creates.

And in between, there is organisation and destruction.

Nature has its way in both order and disorder.

When in the flow of harmony there emerges a stillness in structure.

A plan, a commitment and discipline

Seems worth the effort of it all!

All is clockwork and efficient

Life seems at its optimal best.

And then things fall into a routine.

At a heightened state of equilibrium

When all is even & smooth sailing

A slack and slump in motivation appears,

Complacency creeps in time, in that ordered universe.

Creative juices need a boost up .

And that is when entrophy begins.

Changing equations changing hierarchy

Disruption appears as a need for change

All is in flux of a disordered flow

Disaster sets in, tumbling the structure

Crumbling systems until chaos reigns.

Until chaos settles itself again giving way.

To strengthen structure .

The dance goes on

Between freedom and restraint.

Are we truly free ?

Or are we guided to be

At the right place at the right time!

For there is so little we know

Of this self arranging universe

Except to understand

From the emerging patterns.

Of sequences of self similarity

Of timing and spacing.

There is after all so much more to discover.

Aren’t we often biased about our brain’s workings?
Is creativity only by the so called right- brained?
Is attention to detail only by the logical left-brained?
We need to see beyond these narrow definitions
To broaden our sense of the spectrum of creativity.

Our creator has bestowed us variety in creativity.
We can be lyrically logical.
Analytically artistic and much more.
There are scientifically proven facts
Spouted from words of poets
And poetical manifestations
Of empirical evidences by scientists.
The proof of concepts
Lies in our own nature,
In the fractals of life,
Myriad and mystical
Yet mathematically coherent.

Our brilliance may shine in one field
Because perhaps we haven’t
Yet truly tapped and glimpsed
Into all of our own potential abilities.

Let’s never belittle the true self
For beyond the facade and ego dramas
Our every cell vibration is deeply tuned
To the forces of nature and nurture.

We are far more than we could ever know
We have all imbibed it well in our subconscious
It’s just a matter of time before the awakening
Of the stream of conscious energy in the flow.

As a dance educator I have very often come across statements like ‘Mam, I have two left,’ which meant they were so clumsy that they cant dance . Or that they have no balance.

This is truly just a perception…

If only we can understand there is a dance and a dancer in every life. And the dance goes on!

After all we all have a heart that is beating right now!❤

I have heard people often talk of the students of arts as right brained as they are more artistic . Or a science student classified as left brained and logical.

However there is so much more to people beyond these biased compartmentalization. When we begin to see beyond our limited beliefs we open ourselves to the potential within .

Our innate potential simply needs awakening to realise, the truth of who we are and what all we can be….

Patience in waiting is a virtue
Timing holds the key
For life cannot be rushed
Nor lived in haste.

Flowing along in harmony
Makes all the difference
In knowing life is endless
Dimensions in the making

In understanding and amalgamating
The lessons that are in the living.
In the resting between regeneration.
In the crossing over beyond in fulfillment
All one needs is to live life lovingly!

You are not the same

Seeing the structure in the chaos and relate to the rhythms in nature.

Following along the infinite beginnings all leading to the same place :’Your true self’.

And in a knowingness that allows you to exercise choice in free will to be who you truly are.

Value the humble beginnings
For they ground you like nothing else

Our roots have way of their own
Holding you in good stead
In the pinnacle of success
And as you touch the ground.

Sense of being!

Where is your sense of being?
Your space to make sense of life!

Are you acquainted well and in tune with your habitat?
How well do you know of who you are?
Can you fathom the potential possibilities
Of your ubiquitous and unique life?

Between the known and unknown
Of the simple to the complex
Emerge new patterns in the making
From the reigning confusion in the chaos.

Creating in the exploring
Illusory dimensions in reflections
What is logical and yet elusive
The ambiguity of certainty!
And yet …

Our sense of being, while creating new patterns of thoughts is deeply rooted in nature, and in nurture, which gives it a sense of direction in spite of the chaos and confusion.

It will find its own way!

Our vibrance

Our universe is full of waves of energy. And all life is energy in varied forms .

In the subatomic level all is vibrational and moving .We are all pulsating oceans of energy fields. This very waves of energy is what makes us unique as we are in ourselves and in the way we interact with one another.

Sometimes these waves of energy are seemingly stagnant and at times moving in momentous speed.

Life is full of vibrations. Sometimes you sense its brilliance and at other times it is so subtle and subjective to our level of understanding at that point in life. Yet there are reasons for why you emit the vibrations that you do. And it’s all interconnected.

From the food, you eat your choices have a way of influencing your body and your body affects the way you feel and think.

Our thoughts have much to do with our emotions and thus the behaviour of every cell is affected in a relational way to another.

Some simple ways to raise your positive vibrations…

Walk outdoors

Smile and laugh more

Spend time in nature

Have a hobby

Support a cause

Exercise, dance & play

Listen to soothing music

Eat vegetables and fruits

Drink adequate water

Think well for one and all!

And most of all

Love life and live it lovingly!

MY SOUL HAS A HAT

Today am sharing a Poem by Mario de Andrade (San Paolo 1893-1945) Poet, novelist, essayist and musicologist.
One of the founders of Brazilian modernism.

MY SOUL HAS A HAT

I counted my years
& realized that I have
Less time to live by,
Than I have lived so far.

I feel like a child who won a pack of candies: at first he ate them with pleasure
But when he realized that there was little left, he began to taste them intensely.

I have no time for endless meetings
where the statutes, rules, procedures & internal regulations are discussed,
knowing that nothing will be done.

I no longer have the patience
To stand absurd people who,
despite their chronological age,
have not grown up.

My time is too short:
I want the essence,
my spirit is in a hurry.
I do not have much candy
In the package anymore.

I want to live next to humans,
very realistic people who know
How to laugh at their mistakes,
Who are not inflated by their own triumphs
& who take responsibility for their actions.
In this way, human dignity is defended
and we live in truth and honesty.

It is the essentials that make life useful.
I want to surround myself with people
who know how to touch the hearts of those whom hard strokes of life
have learned to grow with sweet touches of the soul.

Yes, I’m in a hurry.
I’m in a hurry to live with the intensity that only maturity can give.
I do not intend to waste any of the remaining desserts.

I am sure they will be exquisite,
much more than those eaten so far.
My goal is to reach the end satisfied
and at peace with my loved ones and my conscience.

We have two lives
& the second begins when you realize you only have one. 😊😊

The above poem poses some truths of life as it evolves .

The value of it increases in time. In knowing there are lesser years ahead life increases in value.
Priorities change .You may begin to realize what matters more to you.
You start to question what you are doing with life and how you spend your life .
You choose to live with intentions if you haven’t already done so before.
Most importantly peace of mind and a clear conscience is what you seek to have in the evening stage of life.

While the need to transform life from mundane to meaningful may be common to humans…

I wonder how many people actually feel this way and when do such thoughts and musings begin to occur? Does age or occupation have much to do with these reflections? Is it possible to cultivate a attitude of values much earlier and how?

How much does nature and nurture influence your perspectives in life.
