The world without borders Is one of awe and intrigue Of all pervading consciousness. Of manifestations beyond compare Of artistry beyond words All strewn for us to sense In the tapestry of life.
From the architect of time, the source creator came a space of nothingness (akash)from space came matter (energy) from matter came movement (wind, air) from movement came fluidity (flow, water) from fluidity came existence from existence emanated the spirit of life (the breath of life, fire passion).
The elements existence are a guide in an acknowledgement of interdependence. An awareness of the interconnections is an acceptance that everything exists in the subtlety of balance. The spirit of life and living is the bridge to our calling and purpose of being and the journey to the being. The path is and will be ours and yet not just ours.
Every move in time is interlinked in the bridge of time that we were, are and will be on. The bridge of time is in eternal cycle of motion. All matter constitutes one or more of the elements in different proportions . While the mind of the matter perceives it in thoughts, the heart of the matter senses … The mindful thoughts and heartfelt feeling are both real and unreal all at the same time.
Consciousness is the bridge of awareness between the extrinsic and the intrinsic between the learning and the knowing. And in this understanding is the realization… whole and complete, of all as it is .
Our expectations are our internal picture of what we anticipate will happen in future. When our expectations are met we are happy but when not, they set us up for disappointments.
Setting the expectations and giving clarity can be effective in a professional environment. Yet when we do not communicate it or when we set unrealistic expectations it can lead to anxiety frustration & loss of trust.

And it all starts from paying attention and listening from the human perspective.
Their desires needs their pain points the problems they want solutions for and hence its important for a business to pay attention to building a meaningful and memorable humane relationship with all these segments of ‘ people’ to create a pathway to make a positive difference
Companies may have many people centric policies rolled out, they may proclaim they are people centric and may be they have invested much to make their office spaces comfortable for instance but without building a relationship of trust and transparency it is still a far shot towards their highest potential.
