‘Keep me away from the wisdom which does not cry, the philosophy which does not laugh and the greatness which does not bow before children‘ Kahlil Gibran
A life well lived
Includes experiences
That makes us who we are.
We are not set in stone
Or cast in iron that cannot mould
Our emotional being cannot be suppressed
We are life living breathing and exploring possibilities.
Our infinite ways of expressions is unique to our being
A plant needs the right amount of nutrients to grow Like just enough water and sunshine Not more not less For both will weaken the life within That is the wisdom of moderation. Apply it to life and living Life wilts in the extremes. Choose to respect life And not tilt the stability.
When you supply everything beyond need There is no drive towards the higher purpose. The foundation is taken for granted And might eventually get weaker Suppy enough to keep it nourished.
Nurture life with a balanced approach Just enough to fulfill its purpose. Let the strength of resilience develop. For when roots are deep and grounded They withstand the onslaughts of nature.
Treat yourself well And treat others equally well! Value your sense of self esteem But value another’s right to theirs.
True integrity lies in… Practicing one’s own preaching Be true to your word For both matter a whole lot
No one is an island Every one is necessary and important For who they are and deeply entwined In the grand plan of life .
Stay true to who you are For you are best at being you Integrity speaks from deeds not words Make sure your actions justify your words
And sense the calm you feel in your heart And watch the ease of being when with another. All it needs is a little care and concern For the world in and around you! Savvy
Notice the good Sometimes the simple act of noticing something good can make all the difference… Trust there is always more Than what your eyes can see In the sensing and the knowing The yet undiscovered good manifests Right before you for you to notice.
Came across an interesting piece of information… worth a share.
Trees have a “heartbeat” 💗. Previously, scientists thought water moved through trees by osmosis, in a somewhat continuous manner.
Now they’ve discovered the trunks and branches of trees are actually contracting and expanding to “pump” water up from the roots to the leaves, similar to the way our heart pumps blood through our bodies.
The only difference between our pulse and a tree’s is a tree’s is much slower, “beating” once every two hours or so, and instead of regulating blood pressure, the heartbeat of a tree, regulates water pressure.
We are but mirrors in reflection Across dimensions of space and time Such is the eternal truth of our being. We construct and deconstruct In our imagined cosmos The truth of our own existence.
We bounce and reflect our perspectives In and on to each other. We shine our brilliance. We mirror perceptions. We are vulnerable and yet volatile beings Beaming energies boundlessly. The task is to recognize the strength of our souls.
We need to see beyond survival We need to go beyond adapting We need to transform our life Beyond the present perceptions That we are conditioned by We need to release the fear and anxiety And apprehensions that we are living with We need to build the peace within.
We can touch transcendence Through faith, prayers & meditations For insights to stabilize and get embodied In such a stage of conscious presence As we build our self awareness We vibrate and tune into new frequencies We hear and listen more and evolve In our unique journeys.
