Our universe is full of waves of energy. And all life is energy in varied forms .
In the subatomic level all is vibrational and moving .We are all pulsating oceans of energy fields. This very waves of energy is what makes us unique as we are in ourselves and in the way we interact with one another.
Sometimes these waves of energy are seemingly stagnant and at times moving in momentous speed.
Life is full of vibrations. Sometimes you sense its brilliance and at other times it is so subtle and subjective to our level of understanding at that point in life. Yet there are reasons for why you emit the vibrations that you do. And it’s all interconnected.
From the food, you eat your choices have a way of influencing your body and your body affects the way you feel and think.
Our thoughts have much to do with our emotions and thus the behaviour of every cell is affected in a relational way to another.
Some simple ways to raise your positive vibrations…
What is white?
But a tint of light
And all things bright!
Symbolic of purity
Cleanliness and hygiene
Of innocence & simplicity
Of sincerity and openness
Yet a striving for perfection
Of clean lines and untarnished work.
Like black is about absorption
White is about reflection
About idealism and optimism
White also signifies love and peace
Like white doves as symbols
And yet just as black
White excludes itself from colour
As in the visible spectrum of colours
They are but outcasts
As they are clearly absent from view.
Except as in monochromes & grayscales
In between the extremes of black and white
Of human behavior
Are the many shades and tones.
Every manifestation is meaningful to the whole.
Like night and day
All is relevant in it’s own way
As it exists in the strength of interconnectedness in the interdependence.
Such is the
Truth of life and living
In this circle of life.
A superimposition
Of the colours of life
A definition of density
A notion of authority
Of fear and formality
Deemed to be elegant
And ultimate sophistication
Yet powerful and reserved
Sometimes it denotes danger
It is an absence of colour
Yet gives depth to all colours.
Black is known to hide the obvious
An achromatic colour without hues
Known to absorb than let go.
Its deep dark and mysterious
Can be restrictive and restraining.
Often not just worn for style
It protects from interference. Perhaps it helps to retreat behind black
When facing a tough time in life
Life a personal crisis or illness.
It then becomes an anchor
In support that gives time
To heal as it protects with its opaqueness
And helps bridge through
The deepest insecurities.
Stark truth reveals
The darkest of dark
Unseen matters of energy
Exists in understanding
The yet unknown.
For every presence
Has a reason to be.
In the flow of life
Darkness and light
Play their valuable parts
As black and white.

There is an intriguing and enigmatic aspect in black. Is it because of its intensity to capture attention? Or is it because it has the ability to bring forth and define anything and make a statement. The above thoughts are an ode to all the shades of life in the making.
In this two-part series, I explore Black and White consecutively and its strength in interconnectedness…What are your perspectives? Do feel free to share.
Yes… the reality is stark
Deforestation everywhere
Forest fires and climate changes
Disappearing rain forests
Global warming, polar vortex
Extinction of rare species
Food and medicine adulteration
Air water and noise pollution
Materialism leading to corruption
Repercussions of rising terrorism
Mismanagement and misconduct
Leading to apathy and war
Exposure from radiation
Indifference on an all time high
Alarming toll from disasters
Both natural and man made.
Is this what we have done with our life?
Time is slipping by, to make a difference
In being concerned, to save our world
To become a responsible world citizen.
Making some changes to our lifestyle
Supporting and sustaining green living
Volunteering our lifeskills
For our environment needs us now.
In taking time out to help out
Much can be done by each of us!
Manage available resources
Reduce recycle and reuse.
Learn to sustain and support it
Plant trees and reduce emissions
Nurture the world with care
For nature is listening!

Every step towards a more caring kinder world matters!
Each of us can do much from wherever we are
All it needs is awareness and action
In responsible ways
That helps and heals our world
Yes its truly hightime to nurture our mother nature!
With some pictures that went along with these thoughts
The first two lines are enough to keep you going…

An incredible way to look at GOD!!!
When GOD solves our problems, we have faith in HIS abilities.
When GOD doesn’t solve our problems HE has faith in our abilities.
God’s accuracy may be observed in the hatching of eggs . . .
-those of the canary in 14 days;-those of the barnyard hen in 21 days;
-eggs of ducks and geese in 28 days;
-those of the mallard in 35 days;
-The eggs of the parrot and the ostrich hatch in 42 days.
(Notice, they are all divisible by seven, the number of days in a week!)
God’s wisdom is seen in the making of an elephant. . . .
-The four legs of this great beast all bend forward in the same direction.
– No other quadruped is so made.
– God planned that this animal would have a huge body too large to live on two legs.
– For this reason He gave it four fulcrums so that it can rise from the ground easily.
-The horse rises from the ground on its two front legs first.
– A cow rises from the ground with its two hind legs first.
How wise the Ultimate Creator is in all the works of creation!
-Each watermelon has an even number of stripes on the rind.
-Each orange has an even number of segments.
-Each ear of corn has an even number of rows
-Each stalk of wheat has an even number of grains.
-Every bunch of bananas has on its lowest row an even number of bananas, and each row decreases by one, so that one row has an even number and the next row an odd number.
Amazing.
The waves of the sea roll in on shore twenty-six to the minute in all kinds of weather.
-All grains are found in even numbers on the stalks.
God has caused the flowers to blossom at certain specified times during the day.
Linnaeus, the great botanist, once said that if he had a conservatory containing the right kind of soil, moisture and temperature, he could tell the time of day or night by the flowers that were open and those that were closed.
The lives of each of us may be ordained by the Creator in a unique way, all we need to is be willing to keep the faith.
Gods creations are interweaved and interconnected like he made our brain and heart, and it can function optimally when it moves in unison as one integrated whole.
Let us keep the faith and reach out in trust… in ourselves and beyond!

Life without God is like an unsharpened pencil — it has no point.
Today am sharing a Poem by Mario de Andrade (San Paolo 1893-1945) Poet, novelist, essayist and musicologist.
One of the founders of Brazilian modernism.
All the Images are curated by me.
MY SOUL HAS A HAT
I counted my years
& realized that I have
Less time to live by,
Than I have lived so far.
I feel like a child who won a pack of candies: at first he ate them with pleasure
But when he realized that there was little left, he began to taste them intensely.
I have no time for endless meetings
where the statutes, rules, procedures & internal regulations are discussed,
knowing that nothing will be done.
I no longer have the patience
To stand absurd people who,
despite their chronological age,
have not grown up.
My time is too short:
I want the essence,
my spirit is in a hurry.
I do not have much candy
In the package anymore.
I want to live next to humans,
very realistic people who know
How to laugh at their mistakes,
Who are not inflated by their own triumphs
& who take responsibility for their actions.
In this way, human dignity is defended
and we live in truth and honesty.
It is the essentials that make life useful.
I want to surround myself with people
who know how to touch the hearts of those whom hard strokes of life
have learned to grow with sweet touches of the soul.
Yes, I’m in a hurry.
I’m in a hurry to live with the intensity that only maturity can give.
I do not intend to waste any of the remaining desserts.
I am sure they will be exquisite,
much more than those eaten so far.
My goal is to reach the end satisfied
and at peace with my loved ones and my conscience.
We have two lives
& the second begins when you realize you only have one. 😊😊
The above poem poses some truths of life as it evolves .
The value of it increases in time. In knowing there are lesser years ahead life increases in value.
Priorities change .You may begin to realize what matters more to you.
You start to question what you are doing with life and how you spend your life .
You choose to live with intentions if you haven’t already done so before.
Most importantly peace of mind and a clear conscience is what you seek to have in the evening stage of life.
While the need to transform life from mundane to meaningful may be common to humans…
I wonder how many people actually feel this way and when do such thoughts and musings begin to occur? Does age or occupation have much to do with these reflections? Is it possible to cultivate a attitude of values much earlier and how?
How much does nature and nurture influence your perspectives in life.
I am fond of nature. I enjoy witnessing and understanding the development of life and its interconnectedness. I also happen to love reading and reflecting about life and its potential possibilities. It provokes thought on the origins of nature and nurture. Be it life in a seed or a plant or a fruit or a human and the relationship with the environment.
Seeds that are sown and reaped depend on many factors Those are what induce the nature of seeds its distinct characteristics.
Yet at times these very factors also play truant that even with the so called right conditions and everything under control, the consequences are devastating.
They may detoriate or stay stunted or stagnate and wither on their own without a clue. So what is it about seeds that never grow…Perhaps they are just not ready as yet and need more time or they are exposed to more than they can handle!
Or they are just nutrient dense which clogs, or even conditions like too much water and sun . Or they are preys to parasitic predators as we speak .
On another parallel speaking of parents and children here I am reminded of what is called helicopter parenting style the kind that almost end up hovering over their children, which just doesn’t leave any room for kids to grow on their own.
Everything needs space and balance of elements to grow and sustain well.
To germinate on its own and explore possibilities in trial and error.
The sweetest of fruits may hold the truth of their upbringing.
The bitterness in fruits could have developed along the way in the way they were handled or induced with pesticides that makes them poisonous to the consumer .
Difficult conditions leave an imprint on them that in time could alter their very nature and characteristics. But it is simply clear that the effects of good nurture in nature yields positive results.
So many questions we could pose to ourselves in our search for a better tommorow for us all!
How can we nurture ourselves as an individual, as a community or even as a nation and beyond as one world intentionally.
What are the paths to prosocial behavior and relationships.
What are the ways to bring about transformational changes that help in thriving beyond simply existing.
How can we build on hope and a sense of optimism for positive outcomes from the grassroots levels
How can we think beyond and take responsible actions that will help heal ourselves and our world.
Our wellbeing is our responsibility as life is a gift . Let us find collectively work at finding solutions that work in evolving our selves for the better than self destruct our beautiful world .
Just care to remember
Be it a flower, a tree an animal or a human being
Life thrives in nurture with the cultivation of right care and attitude.
Teach tomorrows child
To co-exist and cohabit
To know that none can be an island for too long
Teach the ability to adapt and not just tolerance
Teach them how to cope with life’s changes
Teach them gratitude and thankfulness
Teach them to maintain the dignity of being
That life is to be valued and respected
Teach them, the value of empathy and love
Teach them compassion and kindness as a way of life.
Teach them humility is not demeaning
Teach them honour and integrity
Teach them resource management and
Teach them to share & sustain the world.
Teach them the art of self-management
The world is increasingly self-absorbed
Teach them manners to be social and civil.
For beyond the gadgets and convenience of modern living that help us thrive
There is a human out there who needs to survive.
