In carefreeness
In dreaming.      
In reality.             
In sensibility.      
In witnessing.     

Each phase like
the changing face
moves on
teaching new lessons

To adjust
To accommodate
To analyse
To be detached
To let go

The most valuable lesson
‘To be in the Now.’
Live every moment
As it never come twice

Never contemplating,
Never anticipating.
Valuing the PRESENT
As a precious Present.
Live the NOW

With joy and peace
As they are not
From outsourcing.
For they are in me

Never let the transcient changes affect,
Like water bubbles,
they come and go.
Like passing clouds
They disperse.

With compassion in heart,
With awareness in mind,
With realisation in soul

Be in the Now.
Be in Bliss.
