To all my caring, giving nurturing friends the lightworkers , the mentors and spiritual guiders, the motivators and healers on their special journey stepping in tandem with their calling!
This Birthday I am deeply grateful for the good energies and wish it likewise for all here.
And I share here,
what I deeply feel about living life and leaving imprints on the sands of time ….
Leave footprints if you must . On the sands of time in trust Just remember …. No footprint is totally foolproof to be washproof
All is a game like the tides that tame Even the strongest surfer … Eternal to all is time and nothing else And sparking in the cosmos we are all just wayfarers
Tread softly Love authentically Live lovingly Behave empathically Speak truthfully Move consciously Grow gratefully !
We all sail in the same boat of unending hope We all learn of life in the living Sharing experiences along the way. We adjust our sails as we sense the winds of wisdom blow And follow in hope of discovering more in the flow… And in the leading and the following Life goes on… Finding meaning for itself!
Every tree is beautiful No matter where it is But some take your breath away In the sheer grace of abundance Of nature’s manifestation.
Speaking of trees There is tree that comes to mind That I used to always be charmed by In my daily walk while in a distant land It is a beautiful tree in Rennes France A glance would be enough to feel The gratitude welling up in me For the bounties of nature! So grateful!
“We human beings are tuned such that we crave great melody and great lyrics. And if somebody writes a great song, it’s timeless that we as humans are going to feel something for that and there’s going to be a real appreciation.” -Art Garunkel
What is great music to you?
Is it the song how it sounds to you ?
Do you pay attention to the lyrics?
Sometimes great lyrics alone don’t make a great song,
And often great song has hardly any depth to its lyrics
So what are your favorite or evergreensongs the ones you listen to always?
“She sat at the back and they said she was shy, She led from the front and they hated her pride, They asked her advice and then questioned her guidance, They branded her loud, then were shocked by her silence, When she shared no ambition they said it was sad, So she told them her dreams and they said she was mad, They told her they’d listen, then covered their ears, And gave her a hug while they laughed at her fears, And she listened to all of it thinking she should, Be the girl they told her to be best as she could, But one day she asked what was best for herself, Instead of trying to please everyone else, So she walked to the forest and stood with the trees, She heard the wind whisper and dance with the leaves, She spoke to the willow, the elm and the pine, And she told them what she’d been told time after time, She told them she felt she was never enough, She was either too little or far far too much, Too loud or too quiet, too fierce or too weak, Too wise or too foolish, too bold or too meek, Then she found a small clearing surrounded by firs, And she stopped…and she heard what the trees said to her, And she sat there for hours not wanting to leave, For the forest said nothing, it just let her breathe”
Life is precious And so are relationships Remember, gentle is the way When you walk with another There is much you do not know You never know the hidden truths For some wounds are deep and invisible. So walk gently, care sincerely live lovingly
