Live Life Lovingly!

On Awareness.

Moving in Awareness.

From chaos to clarity

Swimming through it all

From peaks and troughs.

Every thought sets a pattern
In fact in a loop
Of interwoven scenes
Some that seem relatively strange
And some unidentifiable
Every loop jumps and lights up another
In the intersection

Is thought quantifiable at all?
Thoughts come and go
But what if we reflect on our thoughts
Like witnessing our breath, as it goes on
Thoughts may manifest on their own.

When we are mindful of our thoughts.
May be just for a bit of time every now and then
We flow along and cultivate an awareness of its nature
We become gradually mindful of the now.

In time, a sense of connect develops
In conscious awareness of our intentions.
We are creating spaces between our thoughts
And pauses in our reflections.

When shift is known by the mind
And felt in the heart
Then every thing moves
In conscious awareness.

Gratitude for a place in the pattern.

Every piece of the universe, even the tiniest little snow crystal, matters somehow.

I have a place in the pattern, and so do you….
T.A. Barron WRITER

I loved reading the above quote and am sharing it here with great joy and a few words…

There is space for every place in the pattern.

Gratitude to the powers that are
In the spaces between
The two words, two beings or two breaths.
Between stillness and movement.

Carry light!

Good read:

Once, a Junior School teacher asked her students to bring some potatoes in a plastic bag to school. Each potato will be given a name of the person whom that child hates. Like this, the number of potatoes will be equal to the number of persons they hate.

On a decided day, the children brought their potatoes well addressed. Some had two, some had three and some had even five potatoes.

The teacher said they have to carry these potatoes with them everywhere they go for a week.

As the days passed the children started to complain about the spoiled smell that started coming from these potatoes. Also some students who had many potatoes complained that it was very heavy to carry them all around. The children got rid of this assignment after a week, when it got over.

The teacher asked, “How did you feel in this one week?”

The children discussed their problems about the smell and weight.

Then the teacher said, “This situation is very similar to what you carry in your heart when you don’t like some people. This hatred makes your heart unhealthy and you carry that hatred in your heart everywhere you go. If you can’t bear the smell of spoiled potatoes for a week, imagine the impact on your heart of this hatred that you carry throughout your life.”

Our heart is a beautiful garden that needs a regular cleaning of unwanted weeds. Forgive those who have not behaved with you as expected and forget the bad things.
This also makes room available for storing good things…

What an impactful way to mentor...

Stories that touch the inner recesses of our hearts can truly leave us positively inspired in the reflections.

This story means so much and is truly relevant to one and all. The world today needs compassion and love more than ever. It needs to get rid of unwanted accumulation of past years both material or our mental manifestations.

In the letting go is the healing

In the healing is the learning.

Step into your inner world

Step into your inner world

Do you feel your mind is racing
With your speed of thoughts
Beyond your comprehension
Then perhaps you can try
To change the flow.

It’s very effective.

Whenever you are overwhelmed
By your own thoughts
Go reverse instead of going with the flow.

Be mindful to ask
And search the root of thought.
Ask where is this thought coming from?
Ask why you having this thought?

The more you trace backwards
On the thought itself.
You will deepen the contemplation
Eventually you will find your answers.

When you are pushed beyond yourself
You need to find out the source
You will find your truths
Along the way!

Create light, feel light, live light!

Always have something to do, something to love, and something to hope for.

It will make you a happy person.

And yes the potential to create that beautiful ‘something’ is in each of us.

It simply needs to be acknowledged

As it flows, choose to channel it with love.

Create light, feel light, live light!

Reflections in resonance

The way you treat yourself in life
The way you treat another being
The way you interact
The words you speak
The deeds you do
The actions you take
All co-relate to the giant plan of
creation.

From the smile you share
To the kindness you show
From the tone of your voice
To the sounds of your steps.

All is circulating energy of pulsating vibrations.
Everything is connected to everything else.
Watch yourself, for you matter
Watch out for others they matter.
Value the life in the living.

Mirroring itself in the dimensions
Of life and living
Every move matters
For life reflects and resonates in the being.

Are you in?

All of life
Exists in nature
And nature in life
Our life is on standstill.

Earth needs us
As much as we need it
Time to introspect
And understand
What can be done!

To nurture any life
We need to understand
What it really needs.
A flower needs water
And sunshine
To blossom.

In the understanding
Is the empathic realization
Of what is the need of the now.
This kind of perspective
Is the crucial knowledge
That can help transform lives.

Nature thrives in nurture!
Let’s take care of it with empathy.
Let’s help nurture it back to health.
Are you in?

Imbibing with gratitude!

Imbibing with gratitude!

We all know there are many lessons in nature and if we begin to seek we can find an inspiration and insight as well as solutions to everything in nature.

However, we are part of nature and nature is in each of us…so much wisdom is waiting to be tapped from people we know!

On Learnings

There are many people that you can learn so much from around you.
All it takes is acknowledging.
To use discernment as to what you can learn
And having space in your self to imbibe the good.

There is an uncle of mine, who has immense thirst for knowledge his memory and retention and not to mention the witty comebacks are worthy of appreciation.
In fact there isn’t a topic in the world which he doesn’t have something brilliant to say … I respect this ability and skill in him.
His memory may be innate or nurtured but his ability to converse on the subject of your choice and through his take on the subject, humorous or serious is truly commendable.
And what’s interesting is this ability hasn’t diminished over the years only got stronger! God bless him!

There is another relative who has mastered the ability to speak.. Although she may never believe it,her ability to critically examine and analyze is highly honed, and she can tipple the conversation in her favor easily amongst her relatives in no time. She will give fantastic examples that one just cannot beg to differ. Her opinions and reasoning can employ every human emotion that can be brought in. What’s beautiful is she may herself never know her talents but unknowingly she has been perfecting it from she where she was. Suffice to say she has lived in the company of brilliant orators as her relatives, who may have helped her imbibe it, without their own knowledge. God bless her!

Sometimes knowledge is best learned in time gradually improvising. Interesting to hear her converse and truly valuable learnings from her.

Another aunt is the doer. Always ready to rise to the occasion & go out her way to help. She is an innovative creator. She, too, is a great orator but sadly hasn’t been appreciated enough for all that she does. There is so much she has done for so many people at times, to the point of being personally overwhelmed. But that’s just who she is.
May God give her strength and bless her.

One more aunt who is full of life, enthusiasm and cheer. When she is around in the room there is no dull moment! She draws people in with her kind words of appreciation. She is well known for her amicable disposition and good nature. She is also a great conversationalist. Her strength is her charm, curiousity and willingness to learn and understand anything. She too is blessed with great memory. What’s beautiful is her ability to have fun.
She is someone who is not only appreciative but also extremely thankful.

So much gratitude for the learnings from them !

May God bless them all and keep them safe and healthy.🙏🏼

Although I have started writing this post with few people from my family I know I can go on to write about many around me because I have learned so much from them by them being who they are.
Here it is not the education profession capabilities, degrees or achievements that I am speaking of, but it is just my reflections on the energy and emotions that they can stir in every interaction with them .

In everyone’s life there are people from the family who teach you many things. They influence your life inextricably even though they may not be physically present together over the years.

Be grateful to every person for they are full of some unique potential that you can learn from. Most important is the ability to continue the practice of seeing the good in people. Trust me there is always much to discover.

We are all blessed with countless living human books around us. They are a treasure house of their life experiences and have a uniqueness all their own.

Let’s cultivate ways to imbibe the learnings in gratitude!

Every life is precious

Every life is precious
We humans, are just a speck
In the multitude of creation
Every life, is valuable in itself.

How egotistical can we get?
To think our life is more important.
Humans are not the only life form.
Pity how ignorant we are!

Life is in all of us
Let’s begin to understand
The interdependence of life and living
The rights of all sentient beings.

High tme to educate ourselves
To accept and acknowledge
The value of every species
For each has a right to be!

Truth is, nature can survive
With or without l us.
But we need nature
More than it needs us.

Each life has a purpose
To fulfill for itself
Who are we to decide for it?
Life is meant to flow its own course.

Spaces between…

As the spider weaves its web…

It leaves us in awe of its perfection. Spacing between the webstrings
Interweaved in the intersections.

Speaks to us to understand
The spaces between our steps.
For those gaps in between
Holds us in place, as we are.

Lessons from nature,
Resonate now, more than ever
To value the spaces and pauses
To balance our very life and living.

Joy of Giving & Sharing

Every ask has a reason.
Every give fulfills a reason.
What reason it fulfills is another story!

Joy of giving & sharing

When can you give and share with joy?
And what happens when you give and share …

When your cup is overflowing !

A state of abundance
This is an extreme state where you are having so much to give. You are overflowing with possibilities in the potential.
When you give from here,
You may not miss anything.
You may not know the joy of sharing and giving as you have so much more.
Maybe you are giving because you want to get rid of whatever you are giving.
Maybe you want to self balance.
Maybe you want to share with those unfortunate.
Sharing the good always helps.
But do u know if the one you share it with truly wants it or uses it well.
Or do you give no matter
Even if it goes to waste
Because you are overwhelmed. Then that is not giving but discarding.

When your cup is half full!

When you are having some and then you share some, then you are sharing from your heart and brain.
Youunderstand and feel for those in need.
You share because you have something to share, may be not much but you know in your heart
That as you keep sharing you create space for more to come. You are balancing yourself between needs and wants.
You are careful in what you give but you give from your heart, from a space of love.
Such a giving arises from equanimity.

When your cup is almost empty!

When you give from nothing much to give maybe you are hyper extended already.
You may know but choose to ignore it
Else you may be unaware that there is not much left.
In both these cases the giving takes more out of the giver, so much so that it may soon cease.
What can u give when there is nothing to give?
You will give may be beyond your ability but then you will tire soon, feel used and exhausted.
This is a state of tilted balance not a great way to give.

We all may have experienced this at some point or other in our lives.

While giving from a place of love and trust it never goes wrong. We do need to feel the joy in giving. As long as your heart says go on, you must, else notice what’s making your hearts feel different and pay attention. You may learn something more on it!

When the giving & receiving complement each other it is truly ideal. But most often that is not the case.
However, giving is best shared when it comes from a place of trust faith & confidence in the giving that there is always going to be something to give.
When giving is mutual there is a flow and there is abundance.
When giving is from contentment there is gratitude and vis versa.
When giving feels enough it’s best to assess why it feels so!
In greater understanding, the giving flows…

Life is never stagnant
Its meant to flow
Be a giver
Giving always finds itself receiving
Life is a circle.

Begin to give

Sharing a thought provoking read I came across today.

*Die empty*

The most beautiful book to read is “Die Empty” by Todd Henry.
The author was inspired and got this idea of writing this book while attending a business meeting.
When the director asked the audience: “Where is the richest land in the world?”
One of the audience answered: “Oil-rich Gulf states.”
Another added: “Diamond mines in Africa.”
Then the director said: “No it is the cemetery. Yes, it is the richest land in the world, because millions of people have departed/died and they carried many valuable ideas that did not come to light nor benefit others. It is all in the cemetery where they are buried.”

Inspired by this answer, Todd Henry wrote his book, “Die empty” where he did his best to motivate people to pour out their ideas and potential energies in their communities and turn them into something useful before it is too late.

The most beautiful of what he said in his book is: “Do not go to your grave and carry inside you the best that you have.
*Always choose to die empty.*

The TRUE meaning of this expression, is to die empty of all the goodness that is within you. Deliver it to the world, before you leave.

If you have an idea perform it.
If you have knowledge give it out.
If you have a goal achieve it.
Love, share and distribute, do not keep it inside.

Let’s begin to give. Remove and spread every atom of goodness inside us.

Start the race.
*Die Empty*😊💐

I choose to share this because who knows how it may touch another’s life.

There is much wisdom in choosing to give out as we live life .

As we get, give_

As we gain, give

As we learn, share.

The truth hurts and heals

Truth seeks out itself

Truth is able to enable

The seeker with reserve

To bear and see-through

The facades of illusions.

For truth knows itself

That it lies embedded

Enshrouded and embalmed

To reveal itself unscathed.

Truth cannot be restrained & shackled

In imagination and indecision.

Truth cannot be locked and chained

In the doubts of insecurities.

Truth is within & out there

The truth appears when it wants

To touch the core of the being.

Truth knows and understands.

Truth hurts and heals itself.

Be my guest not my master!

I don’t know who wrote this, but it’s beautiful…

… We fell asleep in one world, and woke up in another.

… Suddenly Disney is out of magic,
… Paris is no longer romantic,
… New York doesn’t stand up anymore,
… Chinese wall is no longer a fortress, and Mecca is empty.

… Hugs & kisses suddenly become weapons, and not visiting parents & friends becomes an act of love.

… Suddenly we realise that power, beauty & money are worthless, and can’t get us the oxygen we’re fighting for.

The world continues its life and it is beautiful. It only puts humans in cages. I think it’s sending us a message:

“You are not necessary. The air, earth, water and sky without you are fine. When you come back, remember that you are my guests. Not my masters.”

23rd November 2020

Today I got s comment  from– Author Haroon Rashid . He is the author of these beautiful reflections.

Thank you for this inspirational piece of writing.

Let’s not take our world for granted any more! Savvy
