Smoothening the spikes
Rounding the edges
Until the spirit shines through.

To dance is to feel the rhythm in the beat.
To dance is to sense the subtlety of life.
To dance is to acknowledge the life in every moment.

Today is celebrated as the International Day of Dance…
Yet everyday I am thankful… and deeply grateful to the art of dance in bringing positive difference to my life.

We are all born with them

To find them & nurture them.

For we have forgotten
The power of community.
Of strength in the interconnects
Of unity in togetherness
The bends without breaking
For in tending to our own garden
We forget the paths in between
The You and I
We forget the give and take
We forget care for one another
We forget sharing the joys & woes
Of life and living
Instead we sit alone
In our self built fences & walls.
We think we are happy alone
Little realizing the effects
Of being lonely…

Infinite are possibilities of growth, in a circle of team,
Increasing a sense of belonging, mutual respect & engagement
Of human potential,
In the realisation that no one is as strong as all of us.

My mantra for life, is to live life lovingly…
And this quote seems apt on living life and loving.
