It’s about…

A share of profound thoughts from my mother

Life lessons

It is not about what we are having or doing.
It is about how we are feeling.
It is about how we make others feel.

It is not about where or how we are staying
It is about with whom we are staying.

It is not about where and what we have studied.
It is about what we are speaking.
It is about the tone of our talking.

It is not about the form or attire we are wearing.
It is about the approach n attitude we are having.

We live not with the luxuries of life
But with the state of our mind , our constant companion.

One word, or one stare has the power to change the whole state of mind, irrespective of the surrounding.
Being aware n having the right attitude in this ever changing life and making them Positive ones is within one’s reach.

All it needs is the effort to make even the harsh moments to consoling & soothing moments with the right words n approach.

Yes. It needs a lot of training n conditioning to change the mind set, to walk the right path.
Yet it is worth trying as it brings peace n happiness to self & others.

Ultimately it is what we all are seeking. Right?

How to see the good

When bad is doing the round

To bring the good in focus

Perhaps you need to search

For it in their way of being

In the visible & hidden nature

There is much that happens

In the circumstances

And much that goes invisible

For it cannot be expressed

For it is seen as a weakness

To be vulnerable

To be sensitive & emote

Are qualities that are negated

For it makes ones life difficult

But life has many shades

The very weakness for one

Can be a strength for another

It’s all in the way we see it.

Every life is precious

With many gifts of nature

It is in us to acknowledge.

On Leadership


In an increasing uncertainty in a volatile times, it is important to work from strengths than weaknesses and embrace the flexibility of approach.


Work on self-improvement by understanding your personality, your skills, and responsibilities. Be open to feedback and ideas and avoid bracketing yourself into one type of person, so you can stretch yourself and be able to adapt to whatever the circumstances. This way, you can resolve a broader spectrum of situational challenges without self limiting beliefs blocks.

Become a competent leader who knows to surf through the tides of change and stay afloat.

Remember there is infinite power in possibilities in you

All it needs to begin with is the first step.

Nature’s Wisdom

This tree is uniquely shaped  and there is always a reason to be…

There is much in the pattern.
With angles that self-balance.
Supported in the shaping.
To survive the storm.
Swaying in the wind.
So full of spaces in between
To evolve and to grow.
With confidence of connection
Rooted in a solid foundation.
The tree find its own flow
Paving the pathway 
Manifesting  its uniqueness.
It finds its purpose of being.

Likewise to an organization
That grows steadfast in trust
In strength of the structure.
Spreading its wings in faith

For when the roots are strong
And potential is nurtured
In valuing the roots
In acceptance of the new…      There is freedom to expand.
With fresh perspective at play
Every leader owns an angle towards sustainability.
Great leaders may pitch great angles of perspective.
But a great team is formed by great people.
Like every living part of a tree is significant to the whole tree.
Every individual is valuable to the organization.
Every perspective matters to the cohesive whole.
