Beyond the name, I am the space between the breaths, the sum of my senses.
Beyond words, a witness & the resonance of infinite possibility.
Beyond deeds, I am the dance of life… Beyond speech, I am the breath that experiences life.
Life is a gift, granted in this lifetime. I ground myself in gratitude to simply be. 🙏
Join in with me for a moment of alignment… With the body, mind, heart, and spirit That houses and helps in evolving the soul. Infinite thanks to the parts That weaves us into a whole. 🙏
Master your mind,” they say, “Before it masters you.”
Acknowledge the truths of life, For the mind creates Countless thoughts.
Know the value of mindfulness. Being mindful is about self-awareness… To master the mind, Master your thoughts.
Become aware of this now. Whatever this moment is, Sense it, and breathe in it. Feel it, and be alive in it.
For the truth lives in every moment. What you decide to do in this “now” Has the power to change and rearrange Your state of being.
Life is precious. Have faith and trust. Stay hopeful with every breath, For the truth is, you can. After all, the mind works On exactly what you feed it.
An artist leaves much more than creativity in the artwork.
There is a voice in every frame, speaking deeply if you care to listen.
That voice carries the artist’s choices of color and composition, of style and strokes, of moods and feelings breathed into the birth of art.
The artist speaks through the work. The energy of the artist is embedded in words, in lines, in shapes and forms.
When a piece feels complete, the artist releases it to the world. And yet, the energy lives on, transforming itself through time and the spaces it inhabits.
Art is transformed again in translation and interpretation, reshaped by those who encounter it.
As creators, whether of images or words, our work continues to live, each viewer or reader sensing its energy uniquely. And so it flows… transforming itself in time.
It is the nature of rain To wash away the dust Until it’s clean and green. Yet, too much rain Floods and destroys. Such is the truth of nature.
Each element of nature Is balanced with the other. The dry lands help sustain the wetlands… One supports another To sustain and thrive. Such is the truth of nature.
Desert
Desert sand blows in the wind… Winds carry the dust Across the world, Over lands and water, Finding new settlements.
The truth of nature Is the interconnections. The kind that keeps us alive, The kind we may not realize, The kind we need to emulate In this now and for our future, To survive and thrive.
Just think…
If nature survives through quiet reciprocity, perhaps our own survival depends on learning to receive what is given, and giving what is needed.
Todays freeverses are inspirations that arrived from contemplations with Anjana, my dear mother.
Are you the kind who travels back in time, Rereading pages you’ve already turned? Sensing memories and vivid imagery Reflected in the lines.
Do you leave a bookmark behind, Making your presence felt and remembered?
Or are you the kind who reads on the go, Welcoming whatever comes your way? The kind who leaves yesterday in its place, Eager to explore new horizons… Aspiring to look ahead, to move forward, And experience so much more of life.
Sometimes we turn back the pages to honor the words that shaped us.
And sometimes we choose to look forward at the horizon ahead…
Every morning in my moments of gratitude, I reflect on the things that I could have some times taken for granted. It has become a consistent habit for many years now…
In these contemplations there is often much that emerges, sometimes what’s apparent is not what is, and sometimes what is, is not all…
Today it was all about strength, not the kind that makes you go on, to push further but actually the kind that is gentle and quiet, I am talking of that which is often invisible.
What came up was …
That strength doesn’t have to proclaim That strength is often that which is hidden in you That surfaces in the storms That strength too needs rest to recover and its ok That strength is seen in the so called small ordinary moments of life in subtle ways That strength needs no nudging but nurturing in gratitude, for it appears whenever in need as a force of nature. That every one of your strengths and my strengths are valuable in our lives to make it whole and complete.
Gratitude to all spheres of strength in need for its a strength in deed.
