That best portion of a man’s life, his little, nameless, unremembered acts of kindness and love. William Wordsworth
On Giving
Give the good you have Every time before the ask Consciously consistently Every time you do You create space within For more good to find its way in
In reality Giving from all of you Is much easier done than said For all you need is to be you Giving with all your heart Making it a regular practice Sensing true freedom in spirit Aligning you with the Universe A little more in every deed.
To travel Can be about discovery Of the old in the new places Leading you to pathways That takes you back to your self
To travel Can be a sensing of serendipity. A feeling of dejavue A memorable journey Unexpectedly unto yourself.
To travel Can be to witness The stark reality of life Perhaps a jolt of reality Of places and people As they are in comparison to what was once imagination.
To travel Can be to learn and unlearn To connect us to this now With the truths of things In places we visit Know and unknown.
Keep traveling far and near to find yourself a little more every time.
The human heart is continually operating as a muscular pump, contracting on average 80 times per minute to propel 9 tons of blood through body tissues each day.
To be a student of Change We need to learn about life from it We need to acknowledge its flow As part of life, in every now. To know there will be interruptions And understand them as intentional Synchrony at play. To self arrange the chaos that is sensed. So in these very changes As we keep, acknowledging life As part of the same flow We begin to be one with change In conscious awareness And trust life to flow For Change is the only constant.
To me walking has been synonymous with freedom, and I believe that it is one of the best ways to balance your mind and body every day. I have been enjoying this healthy activity pretty consistently.
Walking is something people take for granted but with the right approach the act of walking can be a friendly support for a lifetime.
But this is about walking and walking on from pride of success so that you create space for more.
When the odds stack high, . When our visions are not far enough, When the road ahead seems blocked, When we are at our wits’ end When we are at cross with destiny It shakes hand with us. As it has planned ahead A reciprocal arrangement That opens a new path, A new vision appears. Nothing ends, A new beginning starts. Hope is here to stay.
Happened to read a profound quote share of Lao Tzu, from The Tao Teh Ching by my wonderful blogger friend Eddie Two Hawks here https://wp.me/p16fFF-6Ic
Here is my contemplation based on the quote
Close the doors.. Of the chaos of thoughts Of unnecessary judgements in the making Close the doors… Consciously in the noticing In mindfulness than mindlessness & overthinking. This is the truth of meditation In all its simplicity And in all its profoundness.
When you look at other people through a lens of compassion and understanding rather than judgment and jealousy, you are better able to see them for what they are—human beings.” ~ Unknown
The way we see the world Changes our experiences Lesser expectations Greater contentment Lesser assumptions & doubt Greater trustfulness Lesser hopelessness Greater possibility Lesser the complexity Greater the clarity.
