What makes it sacred
Is it in the feeling
Or in the invoking
Is it in the sensing
Or in the believing
Sacred is holy,
Sacred is divine
Because there is faith
For without it nothing is
With faith anything is possible
For you see the divinity
In every life.
Sense the divinity
In one another.
And life becomes sacred in every moment.

We are all mere wind in a shell
Winding &unwinding
Our thoughts in every now
We are travellers shoring our souls
One beach to another

I wrote these lines as a response to a comment on my earlier post .I came across it today and felt it was just apt with the image above.
Worth cultivating…
A skill is only a rumor until it becomes a muscle memory
But beyond the skills we choose to cultivate in life…
There are certainly abilities worth cultivating for a lifetime.
Ability to see the good in life.
Ability to respect the people for who they are.
Ability to acknowledge diversity of thoughts and opinions.
Ability to coexist in peace and harmony.
Ability to generate goodwill whenever we can.
Ability to laugh and bring humor in conversations.
Ability to dance in the rain
As much as move with a lightness of being.
We all have the ability to live life lovingly
All it needs is embodying in our lives.

There is much to understand…
So much to discover & more
For your soul speaks to you
Intuitively in every now
It knows your path
And where you are headed
It’s you who needs to trust
In your self in your journey.
And know, you are developing
Your intuitive connection
Every time you listen in.

When I change my conversations
To include words of gratitude
To become more positive
To have words to thankfulness
In deep appreciation and conscious awareness
Of possibilities in the infinite potential
I begin to influence myself
To see beyond my limited self
I became conscious supportive and allowing
Of the positive changes
In and around me
This is the point of influence
That I can sense, resonance
In the echoes from within
That I hear in all of my being
A reverberation of the bless

All of life is a dance…
Every being has its own ballet
Every life it’s own patterns
Every pattern has its own path
Every path its own flow
Every flow its own beauty
All is uniquely orchestrated
To manifest and align in time.

The Potential Within
Aren’t we often biased about our brain’s workings?
Is creativity only by the so-called right-brained?
Is attention to detail only by the logical, left-brained?
We need to see beyond these narrow definitions
To broaden our sense of the spectrum of creativity.
Our creator has bestowed us variety in creativity.
We can be lyrically logical.
Analytically artistic and much more.
There are scientifically proven facts
Spouted from words of poets
And poetical manifestations
Of empirical evidences by scientists.
The proof of concepts
Lies in our nature,
In the fractals of life,
Myriad and mystical
Yet mathematically coherent.
Our brilliance may shine in one field
Because perhaps we haven’t
Yet truly tapped and glimpsed
Into all of our own potential abilities.
Let’s never belittle the true self
For beyond the facade and ego dramas
Our every cell vibration is deeply tuned
To the forces of nature and nurture.
We are far more than we could ever know
We have all imbibed it well in our subconscious
It’s just a matter of time before the awakening
Of the stream of conscious energy in the flow.
As a dance educator, I have very frequently come across statements like ‘Mam, I have two left,’ which meant they were so clumsy that they can’t dance. Or that they have no balance.
This is truly just a perception…
If only we can understand, there is a dance and a dancer in every life. And the dance goes on!
After all, we all have a heart that is beating now!❤
I have heard people typically talk of the students of arts as right brained, as they are more artistic. Or a science student classified as left brained and logical.
However, thankful the world now is waking up to understand there is so much more to people beyond these biased compartmentalization. When we begin to see beyond our limited beliefs,, we open ourselves to the potential within.
Our innate potential simply needs awakening to realize, the truth of who we are and what all we can be…
