In the reading or telling
The learning is beginning
In the teaching & watching
The learning is supported
In the coaching & mentoring
But the learning actually happens
In the involving & engaging.
And the learning is reinforced
In its applications and sharing.
Learning is a dance
Of the heart & mind
But when the spirit & soul
Connect in the learning
The purpose finds its path…

In continuation to my earlier post on trust I share a few verses that flowed along…
Trust is the lifeline
Between people
That keeps hope alive
In faith and belief
That things will come through
In trust life resurrects
And success sustains
In feeling fulfilled.
A lack of trust
Erodes relationships
Personal or professional
For when trust is broken
Efforts become meaningless
For sense of purpose is lost
Without trust
Every thing crumbles…
Until trust is gained
Nothing matters.

Every life in this world
Is born with courage to thrive
And the courage to survive
It is a matter of recognising
And awakening to your courage
Courage has many facets
In you exists so many kinds of courage…
And each of us have different degrees of it.
There is courage is a dare that speaks to your truth
A dare that makes you confront
With the truth of you.
When was the last time you sensed courage?
Or lack of it in a certain situation? .
Courage that dares through physical challenges.
Enduring discomfort hurt
Or pain and even possible danger.
Then comes the emotional courage
To be able to confront
Your deepest fears and doubts
Having the ability to seek help
Express your inner feelings
Takes a great deal of courage too.
Not everyone can share their truths easily.
Have you ever been tongue tied and socially awkward?
Perhaps you need to work on being socially courageous.
Speaking with self confidence means assertive communication.
Connecting with people from all walks of life with ease.
Work on your voice and poise which helps in speaking publicly.
Have you sensed the need to learn more?
To educate yourself every now and then?
It is about being courageous to develop your intellectual strengths.
An ability to say’ I don’t know’ or admit’ I was wrong. ‘
Breaking the ego build up and allowing space to understand more
This also require the development of humility in great measures.
Somewhere deeply inter linked with morality and conscience.
In the ability to admit to mistakes to stand up for values and fight for rights
Upholding the principles with conviction & braving opposition.
Not many people find it easy to fight the odds. They give in.
To understand beyond the self calls for another type of courage
The empathically courageous will go beyond biases to get into the others persons perspective.
Empathy is a courage to sense the trials and tribulations of others.
Along with this is another kind of profound courage
An exploration of your own Spiritual truths.
This calls for conscious connections, remembering to honour your life, in and around you in every form.
Courage is an inner reserve
That actions from all of you
Your nature and nurture
Is unique so is your courage
And the way you are…
Explore what facets of courage has naturally become your strength in time.
And what facets do you need to build and develop in yourself.
Now when you think back of the many situations that you exemplified your courageous self.
Every thing you need is already within you
Waiting for you to trust yourself enough to recognize it.
Remember your courage is one of your many gifts of strength.
Acknowledge and use it wisely.

There is something about sound
That the world again is waking up to these days…
Wherever you go
You hear the sounds of music
Healing through harmony
And the magic in the melodies.
Reviving and regenerating us
All is in the energy of the sounds.
Sounds that move us within & beyond
All effects of resonance in our cells
Sensing the sounds in stillness
Sensing in the movements too…
Music heals the spirit & soul.
Such is the power of sound.

An experimental poem
Yesterday evening, I asked my mother sitting besides me and sipping her tea, to share a few random words that came to her mind.
These are what she shared in the same order as she shared.
Time, Eternal, Free, Freedom, Connection, Heart, Destiny, Love, Emerging, Twinkle, Abundance, Garnering, Gather, Depth, Stardust, Voyage Spirit
Here is what I imagined in the dance of these words…
When Love is Destiny
Emerging in eternal time
Destiny twinkles on stardust
Garnering connections of hearts
Voyaging free in the spirit of freedom.
Gathering abundance in the
depth of love.

Trust your Soul
When the going gets tough
And life brings you on your knees
When best laid plans are thwarted
When crisis take you rock bottom
When every door shuts
And you turn towards hope
You begin to understand life
Challenges are your portals
Creating pathways of change
Your choices create your gateways
For your own transformations
Soul knows more than you think….
Perhaps your perceptions
need a new perspective.
Trust your Soul
It is aligning you to your purpose
Watch the window …
And may be you need to pass through…
Llfes uncertainties staring at your face
For they toughen you up.
So see beyond what seems like a setback.

It felt as if we exchanged a moment of poignant connection that jumped time. For in that one moment words touched heartsfields. where feelings are relatable. In empathy or synchrony…
It is certainly not something new, for it is something we all undergo as writers and readers. A connection, through mere words but that which feels you know… the spirit, and soul of the hand that pens the verses or the heart that emotes in the reading.
And these are moments that make
Words come alive & speak
From a place of knowing
Far beyond mere words
Beyond the writer or reader.
As if it’s meant to be
As if it’s meant to connect.
These are moments…
Sparking the dance of divinity
Of the inexplicable serendipity

Work on your independence

Practice unshackling

From material things.
Others cannot always be around
We are born as unique beings
We are complete in every way
No one can latch on to us
Nor should we latch on to another
Self awareness is crucial
For true self confidence
Self Confidence creates self esteem

Understand your truth

An ignition to life and living
this world
No matter what form or species
And its the breath that is left
Behind that signifies the exit.
How important is this breath.
That we all take for granted
Gratitude and thankfulness
To this driving force of life

For in the depth of breathing

On Art & Acceptance
If Picasso was born in the east
Perhaps he would have had it tougher to touch the height of success.
For he was best born in the west
And live in the heart of liberalism
Where his technique was acknowledged and given wings.
He passionately painted his spirits strokes in freedom.
The eastern world has always been more traditional
Conservative & restrained
in art and life
Somewhere it took a long time
Catching up with the possibilities of creativity
Where chaos becomes art.
In chaos there is disorder
But in disorder is the arising of new creative possibilities
Envisioning in the unconventional a restructuring in the flow
Every stroke of the brush or ink on paper
Is indicative of thoughts and emotions in the brain behind the brush.
Of the development of hand eye brain integration
That creates art out of simply anything and everything.
And then, there is the viewer critic and the art dealer who see hope & possibilities in both the artist & his art.
Art is born in the mind of the artist
Art channels itself in the flow
Art is honed in the perspectives of critique
But art is realised and enjoyed in the acceptance of a patron
For then the art finds itself.
And the artist evolves.
