Strength of Interconnects

Whoever made the movie “Avatar” knew this. The mycelium or mychrysis is a fungus that spreads underground, creating a communication network between all types of plants, a kind of internet that allows them not only to communicate, but also to take care of themselves, protect themselves, eat, to stock up on the water.
And when a tree is cut down from the forest, the mycelium informs a huge number of trees in the forest that one of them is dying, and all the other trees, through the mycelium, start tending to the remaining trunk to try to save that life.
They feed it with water, they protect it, because this dying log is part of the forest family.
Everything has a language.
It is a universal language.
We learn to reconnect with this non-verbal language, realizing that we are all part of one.
We are neither above nor below.
We are like children who still have a lot to learn from our older brothers, from the trees and forests and most of all from our Mother Earth…
It’s just amazing!!!
Respect to our Nature
Respect to our Mother Earth

Strength of the Interconnects

Trees teach us much

Every life has many lessons to share

If we only we have time to spare…

There is much going on beneath the earth

Which we take for granted

Let’s take a moment to care

To understand the differences

Between one life to another

As well as to understand

That we are part of the same source

Life manifests its magic in each of us

We are meant to survive and thrive

We are meant reach out and live

In the strength of the interconnects.

Sounds Good?

Words are powerful and the power comes not from the meaning alone, but from the tonality of how it sounds when read alone or  along with a group of other words. Said, read, or written or heard these words carry immense vibrations  which can alter thoughts and perceptions.

As a writer… I have often thought about if the words I write, sounds alright.

Have you sensed what sounds  your words carry?
Have you felt the impact it will have on the reader?
Have you got any feedback on the tone of your words?

Perhaps now, I need to ask my readers here…

What tone does my writing leave you with?

Sustain yourself

How much of you do you give in any relationship?

Today I am sharing a thought Provoker. This came as a social media forward. But it was thought worthy and I do have a few questions as well.

Speaking of relationships, have you felt drained out beyond compare?

Instead of feeling energetic after an interaction or a conversation, have you felt like when will it end?

When was the last time you felt a little too empty?

Do you stop giving, if you feel it is an unequal relationship and you feel pulled from all directions or due to habit or situation you continue to give as you do?

If you are a giver by nature, can you actually stop yourself at all?

It’s truly important to acknowledge your emotions and feelings. It helps to know your energy shifts.

A Stringed Existence

There is a lot of inextricable strings of emotions linked to relationships but if you are constantly feeling drained out and exhausted when with certain people, perhaps you need to check if you have over invested yourself. Be it in career as a workaholic or in family where your sense of self is feeling lost.

You have one life & it is your life…

Pause and take a breather and set yourself back on course.

While there are many kinds of people you meet. And it is really OK to be extra helpful, and give the best you can. In fact it energizes abundance to manifest in life… For when you give from a spring well of kindness, nature sets in motion, a share of kindness back to you in its own time.

Yet like many are energy givers, there are many energy takers. Often unknown to themselves they behave in a way that saps anothers energy when they are around you.

Do remember who ever you are with… Giving more or less will not have value. For less is not fulfilling and more is just excess and will never be utilised. But will certainly tilt your balance for sure.

In your actions too, exercise this wisdom and you will find yourself in a good space.

And most of all…

Choose your tribe well. It makes all the difference.

Life

All of creation has a purpose to its being.

It charts its course towards it.

If we are able to understand the reason for life is to be…

As it is meant to be
We will be more tolerant and inclusive
We will think before we speak
We will choose to see the good and nurture the good.
What we choose to notice life presents itself in many ways
As the way we choose to see the world
The world mirrors itself to us.

See the world with wonder and awe
Choose to respect and be responsible
Cultivate a sense of respect gratitude.
For the infinite abundance called life!

Dreams & Intentions

Story : A social media forward.

Three trees in a forest were talking about their dreams.

First tree said, I want to become a beautiful chest & lots of precious treasures should be stored in me.

Second tree said, i want to become a magnificent ship to carry great kings & queens safely across the ocean, even in storms.

Third one told
I want to become the tallest tree in this forest. My height should reach the sky that I should think I am near God.

After some time people came to the forest to cut the trees.

They came near the first tree and said this seems like a strong tree. We will sell this to a carpenter who will make boxes. The tree became happy that its wish is getting fulfilled.

Second tree they decided that it would be suitable to build a ship. The tree was happy that it would finally become a ship.

They saw the third tree and didn’t think of any great use . So it was made to logs n stored.

The carpenter made a box out of the first tree to store hay in a shed.
Second one was made into a small fishing boat.
The third tree was lying as log n stored.
Thus all their dreams were shattered.

Time went by. The trees had forgotten their dreams.

One day a man n woman came to the shed. The lady delivered a baby. They put the baby on the hay in the box made of the first tree.. Immediately the tree realised that it is carrying the greatest treasure on earth.

Few years wentby. Some people were voyaging on the small boat made from the second tree. A big storm started n the tree was worried that it could not save the people it was carrying. At that time one man in the boat said to the sea, be calm. The sea became calm. The tree realised that it is carrying the king of all kings.

After some days a man was carrying the logs from the third tree & walked the street. The people on the way were ridiculing him . They reached a small hill top & the man was nailed on the log & made it stand . After three days the tree realised it was very near God as the man was Jesus Christ.

The dreams of the trees were fulfilled, but not in the way they wanted .

Similarly all our dreams will be fulfilled. May be not in the way or time we planned. But it will happen.

Dream big. Dream good.

Hope is what takes life forward.

Every bit matters

According to an old Native American legend, one day there was a big fire in the forest. All the animals fled in terror in all directions, because it was a very violent fire. Suddenly, the jaguar saw a hummingbird pass over his head, but in the opposite direction. The hummingbird flew towards the fire!
Whatever happened, he wouldn’t stop. Moments later, the jaguar saw him pass again, this time in the same direction as the jaguar was walking. He could observe this coming and going, until he decided to ask the bird about it, because it seemed very bizarre behavior.
“What are you doing, hummingbird?” he asked.
“I am going to the lake,” he answered, “I drink water with my beak and throw it on the fire to extinguish it.” The jaguar laughed. ‘Are you crazy? Do you really think that you can put out that big fire on your own with your very small beak?’
‘No,’ said the hummingbird, ‘I know I can’t. But the forest is my home. It feeds me, it shelters me and my family. I am very grateful for that. And I help the forest grow by pollinating its flowers. I am part of her and the forest is part of me. I know I can’t put out the fire, but I must do my part.’
At that moment, the forest spirits, who listened to the hummingbird, were moved by the bird and its devotion to the forest, miraculously they sent a torrential downpour, which put an end to the great fire.
The Native American grandmothers would occasionally tell this story to their grandchildren, then conclude with, “Do you want to attract miracles into your life? Do your part.”
“You have no responsibility to save the world or find the solutions to all problems—but to attend to your particular personal corner of the universe. As each person does that, the world saves itself.’”

If someone asks your help remember this story.

A lovely read I simply had to share. I am doing my bit…

Every bit matters!

Your Circle

A young entrepreneur I know, just does not seem to have the time or patience to listen to the employees. She says how can she find time to run the company if she has to hear them all…

Well it’s actually valid as her company has more than hundreds of people.

I have had many things to say about the issues, worries and problems that are of concern, but as her friend and confidante too, it is somewhat very challenging to get the messages across all the time.

Here I share a few of my observations as suggestions that may work for holistic development of any organisation.

It is very important…

To know your circle of people.

Those who work with you

Those who work for you.

To show genuine care & understanding.

Genuine appreciation and acknowledging people for their work without favouritism makes a huge difference.

In return

You as a leader understand much more

Of what motivates them

Or challenges them

And you begin to create

Possible ways to make a meaningful difference

And grow together.

And if by chance you sense a lack of common purpose

You know you need to be ready to draw a line,

And let them go, if need be.

But all the same it’s important to be aware of, and connect with your circle of people well.

What do you think?

Light of Change

Change & Creativity

Evolution happens in the changes that are a precussor to transformation.

As humans much of our creativity is often boxed in association of concepts and experiences and their correlation.

A conscious unshackling of patterns of thought brings forth new and different ways of seeing & thinking. Every now and then take a pause, acknowledge the diverse new associations for it breeds creativity.

A deliberate action that reaches out far and wide to step out of conventional thought patterns is never easy especially as humans like to feel safe and secure in comfort of knowing of a stability and at ease at rest.

Change can be unsettling and startling for most to accept, to digest & acclamatize in the new shifts. And yet to create new spaces for light is to step up in the gamut of creativity there need to be, a dare into the unknown that explores dimensions beyond.

Wisdom of the Way

Learn the form, but seek the formless. Hear the soundless. Learn it all, then forget it all.Learn The Way, then find your own way.

The silent monk from the Forbidden kingdom

I love this wisdom of The Way

In trying to control

You realize in time

You never can have it all

In fact the more you try to do

You realize how unbalanced you are.

To find balance

You meet stillness in the listening

For it vibrates it’s own music.

Hear in silence and you sense it.

You don’t need to try too hard

What is meant to be found appears.

You don’t need to overstretch

You simply need to ease in to connect deeply.

Light & Dark

A Painting By Savvy Raj

Light is only light as long as you can see it.
Else there at most the   anticipation of light.
What you see as light
Is your choice
For it is your point of view

But if light is a sense
Of the tingling warmth
Or scorching heat
Or the tenderness of touch
Light is sensed in its glow
Then light is a feeling
In  the sensing
Of its so called attributes
Associated by you.
Then it’s your point of sense

What you see
What you feel
What you sense
Is a dance of illusions
Of the perception
All within you!

So is light light?
And is dark dark at all?
It is all in you!

Wisdom of the flow 2

On channeling the flow

Cont’d

In between the pressure of momentum

In between the dance of forces

Occurs the buoyancy of being

A self adjusted neutrality

A flow in harmony.

Steer away from impulsive resistance

Whatever you resist persists

Yes while resistance is natural in life

Resistance may create tension

Yet it can be a signal of change

In channelling this very resistance.

In allowing to let go completely

Soon tension eases in the flow

In perseverance & patience.

In response than reaction

Creating positive transmutation.

In thoughts words and deeds

Sifting & sailing through your perspectives

Till harmony becomes you.

Somewhere somehow

In moments of loneliness

The tango of the mind & heart

May seem to overwhelm.

Choose to shift the narrative

Understand you can be alone

Without feeling lonely

Blame not your luck or fate

Find connects with your own self

Draw out the beauty of you.

Acknowledge your feelings

Allow your emotions to express

Draw your patterns of possibilities

Doodle, dance, sing or play

To express and let go.

The spirit of the soul revives.

Care to relish the moments

Of connects that you sense.

Remember you matter to you

Stop being hard on yourself

Start to discover your potential

Choose to know yourself

All of you body mind & spirit

Seek to sense the freedom to be

All that you want.

Do that which feels you

With or without company

Choose to carve your life

Choose to be in spaces

That makes you happy

Find ways to connect

Volunteer your time

For a cause that resonates

Sooner than later

You will find

Your kind of vibe

Somewhere somehow.

Coaching tips

As a life coach my experiences over the years with my clients comes with many learnings. As each life is unique and so are their circumstances. To get any further into coaching it’s important to understand where they are and for them to acknowledge it

Creating a safe space is a prerequisite.

There is a simple yet
empowering and activity that
can be used… Its called ‘What
makes my heart sing?
It is a powerful exploration
into what brings them joy and
fulfilment, it helps create safe
and supportive and active
listening space by building
trust
It’s quite simple to facilitate
Begin with introduction to
explain the activity. Ask them
to reflect on life moments, they
felt in a flow state or felt truly
alive_and iovful.

Then as a life coach you help
facilitate how these
experiences are interconnected
to their values and discuss
how they can begin to
incorporate more of this into
their lives
And finally also help them
create an action plan towards
the same.

Capture of Whispers

As the brush strokes the canvas

It captures the artists essence

From the whispers of the heart

To the directions of the mind

Different strokes may appear

With the same thoughts

Different thoughts may arise

From the same strokes.

What whispers will art capture today?
