My painting ‘Blessings’, came to me almost as a flow… It spoke much to me as I brushed in serenity-of-silence with the colours it was as if it was meant to manifest itself and all along I sensed I was simply a channel.

Harmony in mind body & spirit Integration in Self awareness Developing greater understanding & Empathy Humility & Kindness Humanity & Compassion.
Living in the lightness of being Acknowledging Grace in Gratitude Sensing true freedom to be…for the self and others. To flow with life in serenity. Sensing the joy in the ordinary.
It’s about acknowledging & sensing the space in around me
It’s about giving in the receiving and receiving in the giving
Witnessing the evolving patterns and freeing the self from limitations of the mind.
Evolving in the learnings, valuing the connection built in time. A mindful & heartful practice in conscious awareness. Letting go of unnecessary things Understanding the value Of the gift of life Making life meaningful. Living life lovingly!

To travel Can be to witness The stark reality of life Perhaps a jolt of reality Of places and people As they are in comparison to what was once imagination.
To travel Can be to learn and unlearn To connect us to this now With the truths of things In places we visit Know and unknown.
Keep traveling far and near to find yourself a little more every time.
A house on a tree? Sure that would be an experience But the way of life Is if you are living on a tree Make sure that within you You plant the tree of Gratitude For life is a circle Circle in with a grateful heart.
In the depth of silence Is the dance of stillness Unfolding untold stories Echoing in pathways as destiny Are dreams of the masterplanner
Embracing the solitude Gracing the silence There is a hush Without a whisper A painting evolves Sparking the soul
As the brush gently glides Texturing a tapestry of weaves Of infinite intentions Forging the known and unknown
Finding the souls sanctuary Setting the cadence Through the choice of the soul Aligning the narrative In the quietude of the inner balance Destinies entwine.
We are on track Nurturing humanity In every moment Through connections Through art & creativity To journey into the beyond From nothing to something To transcend beyond the mundane Of notions and assumptions To envision in empowering ways Beyond rational thinking To rediscover aesthetics of truth.
The journey of imagination Takes me into the beyond From nothing to something From something to everything And in this travel is limitlessness In the abundance of possibilities The unreachables & unattainables Becoming sublime along the way Traveling on, with the inate potential Of infinite beginnings of imagination.
To the divine teacher Called Life. Who continues to teach Until the lesson is learnt Who tests us at the most unexpected moments. In the many paths that lead us home Who is the teacher of true meaning of freedom From assumptions & limitations to true liberation To develop our awareness & resilience.
