Why I write…

I write when I am charged with an idea an inspiration. Or perhaps when there is nothing else to do.

I write to balance my emotions whenever it needs equilibrium.

I write to flow with the moment with a thought that aligns, as it calls on me and as I write, at times emerges into a pattern, in prose or verse.

I write to understand better when thoughts overpower…overstimulate the mind.

I write to let go and send out all that comes to my mind which I feel and hope can make a positive difference, somewhere to someone reading me.

I write at times in deliberation too to process and synthesise new understandings.

I write to unshackle from the many convictions I may unknowingly hold. As I write they break loose from restrictive spaces and help to align my thoughts in the sifting.

I write to express the bounties of life that I’m blessed to enjoy in gratitude.

I write to sense the bliss of being… with all of me in the moment.

I write to express myself my way.

To improve thinking straight strategically as a leader, develop the ability to see the bigger picture, and probe on the details   looking out for possible risks so as to devise better planning to achieve set goals.

Here are 3 innovative addition  to your strategic thinking methods
1. Encourage diverse thinking  seek opinions  actively and listen to understand, from all levels of expertise at hand.


2 Add reflection time  to pause  including meditation or jotting thoughts down as they come and collect your thoughts & inspiration to comprehend for more structured debriefing  with teams .

3. Gathering perspectives and using it in scenario analysis helps in managing uncertainities better.

To find balance

You meet stillness in the listening

For it vibrates it’s own music.

Hear in silence and you sense it.

You don’t need to try too hard

What is meant to be found appears.

You don’t need to overstretch

You simply need to ease in to connect deeply.

Learnings from Bamboo Plant

Sharing a wise forward that came my way….

Lesson from Bamboo.

A bamboo plant is an example for patience.

Try growing a bamboo plant. Water it regularly. Seasons will come n go. It will stay adamant without even growing an inch taller. For four years it will stay the same. One has to have patience watering it for four years. Nothing will happen to make you happy.
On the fifth
year the magic will happen. On the next season it will start to grow. Not an ordinary growth. In one year it will reach a height of 80 feet

How a plant which remained dormant for the first 4 years could reach this magical height
in the fifth year.

There lies Nature’s secret.. The wonder of Creation.

The first four years the plant prepares a strong base inside the earth. For it’s astonishing growth in the fifth year it needs strong root base to hold it’s height . The patience it has is for the initial four years is for it’s sustenance in the following years.

That’s the reason when it reaches great heights in the fifth year it never collapses or fall down.

Patience is a virtue that creates great heights in success. Never be in haste to grow and expand until you create a strong foundation & groundwork for your growth. Then nothing can stop ur growth and success.

Nothing is impossible here.

Exercise equanimity and trust

And give your very best.
It will certainly bring results.

. Be open to possibilities and perspectives

. Stay humble and sense your foot on the ground… Remember anyone can be a teacher.

. Choose to balance work and play. Respect your time and use it wisely.

. Stay curious. Keep your inner child alive

. Pause to rest and recover when you feel overwhelmed.

. Choose health and happiness.

Keep your self nourished.Self care isn’t selfish.

Sensing Divinity

My friend Destiny highlighted a comment of mine on her comment on my yesterdays post Sensing

It felt as if we exchanged a moment of poignant connection that jumped time. For in that one moment words touched heartsfields. where feelings are relatable. In empathy or synchrony…

It is certainly not something new, for it is something we all undergo as writers and readers. A connection, through mere words but that which feels you know… the spirit, and soul of the hand that pens the verses or the heart that emotes in the reading.

And these are moments that make

Words come alive & speak

From a place of knowing

Far beyond mere words

Beyond the writer or reader.

As if it’s meant to be

As if it’s meant to connect.

These are moments…

Sparking the dance of divinity

Of the inexplicable serendipity

In Sensing Oneness in humanity.
