A prayer is a resonance to the self. Often misunderstood are the recitations and stories of God
As offerings in prayers. Oft repeated to children in their growing years Or often in communion of like minded souls. It’s never about reaching out to distant God But about connection with the God within Invoking the divinity in you.
Praising the lord Hymns or chants Slokas or mantras
Is about healing & transformation of the self In consistent practice It generates positivism Purifying the energy And creating goodwill In thoughts and deeds.
Is there a space you love to be Where you feel most you ? Where there is respite from chaos Where there is peace for the sensing What is that place for you ?
Your home or somewhere far away? While I love people and enjoy my time with them And infact get charged by some amazing conversations
I would also love to be by myself By nature preferably walking In the calm of a forest trail Or perhaps on a winding road uphill, Would love to have a flowing river by my side and most of all be surrounded by trees
Or even up the mountains Watching the world from a vantage view. And then comes the sandy beaches and sea There are of course those moments to cherish With the whistling dunes
In all I would love free spaces where I could sense the earths energy undisturbed. And be synched in for a while. May be hugging a tree or an animal
Or walking by a beautiful stream Or under a canopy of stars at night. These are spaces for me To connect deeply within.
Some paths feel closer home A river that feels cruised before The spectre of night that feels witnessed before Some places feel lived & breathed in before Memorable moments linger on Sustained as fond memories In the sensing of soulspaces.
Beautiful thoughts makes the person beautiful ! Whenever we are able to see beyond the physical characteristics and see the reason why a person behaves the way they do , we are attuning ourselves to the divinity in and around us. Harmony beckons BRINGING PEACE , JOY AND ABUNDANCE.:)
Grateful for a powerful caption that caught my eye
‘Don’t bite more than you can chew.’
Denotes the wisdom of moderation in life and living. To know a cut off point Is to know where to draw the line between exhaustion and excitement.
Simply taking on more work or responsibility or trying to multitasking beyond your abilities and capacities is self defeating. So only commit to what you truly can deliver . Not less not more. So grateful to have read this many years ago. It struck a deep chord in me and must say I have been trying consistently to practice this advice in lifeand living.
Happy to share this simple yet profoundly impactful learning.

Blending in If you visit a new place as a tourist Would you prefer to blend in Such that you are almost invisible… Or would you be someone Who would prefer to be noticed, For your differences And draw attention of others
Being able to blend in can often be a blessing in disguise. As you look like you have been there and are aware of their ways of life. You don’t stick out like a sore thumb. Or behave as if you are out of place. You tend to draw less attention perhaps, but there in is your safety in new locales. You are adaptable and accepting of the new culture. For some it’s really easy For some it’s truly difficult For they are by nature noticeable Whether they like it or not!
What is your take on this… Have you ever tried to blend in or stand out from the crowd
How has your experiences of traveling been so far ? Do share.
