Live Life Lovingly!

Own your truths

Mistakes we all make

In life there are ups , downs

But stability  comes

In knowing where you are.

What you are doing

How you are feeling

Doing what you do.

And course correcting

In case it feels not quite there.

Then in sharing your thoughts

Your life’s learning

To those on the path next

It’s a way of opening hearts

To express without fear of ridicule

Even if your misses are many,

And roads made you lose ur way

You still found yourself

And are here breathing

Living in this now .

So there, do try to own your truths

Misses and wins

You share as you learn

And learn as you share.

On Movements

Move from instinct

Move through space

Meet it with grace

Turn inward

Hear the truths echo

In peaceful silence

Forgive in gratefulness

Sense your expression

Tĺhink calmly

Being more available

To your own self

Process your emotions

Clearing residues left in time .

To respond than react

In life & living.

As I

As I explore
I discover
As I perceive
I sense
As I pray
I ease
As I seek
I find
As I write
I express
As I sing
I channel
As I dance
I heal
As I read
I learn
I am eternally grateful
For all these learnings
That happen, all in good time.

Dignity of being

Its not pride. It’s dignity,

That you need with you.

Much is the difference between .

In no uncertain moment

Lose your sense of dignity.

For dignity is divine

For it embodies your spirit & soul

Pride is just a human emotion.

If ever you face a situation

Where anothers words & deeds

Leave you broken

Remember  its just your pride & ego

That feels deflated in the moments.

It’s just a phase of life it will pass.

Your dignity stays with you

In the way you handle

With no loss of grace

Stay dignified, stay graceful.

Doing good anyway

Do good

And when you do

Think not of acknowledgement

Nor recognition

Do good

From the goodness of your heart

And you will find joy in it.

Make it a practice everyday

To do at least one good  deed .

And soon it will become a habit

That happens naturally

And just know

In time…

You will do good anyway

Make space to heal

To be ok

You need to allow

Yourself  to feel

And allow space

For yourself to heal.

3 things I am grateful  for this week

Three things I am grateful  for this last week

My body for supporting me in this endeavor
My mind for keeping me sane.
And my spirit for never letting  me down.
This week has been one of my most challenging week physically… hence I am truly grateful 🙏

What are you grateful for this last week ?

Life is meant to thrive

As seasons change

And yesterday is behind us

And the day dawn once again

Let us celebrate life

In and around  us

Respect the value of abundance

Let us share a moment

Of reverence  for the blessings

Bestowed  known & unknown

In each now then and onwards

Life is meant to thrive.

Organized Nature

Behold …
There is delight in disorder
There is underlying harmony in the chaos
There is joy in the uncaliberated
There is peace in abandon
A freedom to grow
In the wilderness of spirit
Untamed unshackled..
Unrestricted unbound
There in that horizon beyond
Where the earth meets the sky
Find nature in its true form
In untouched pristine glory
There is abundance there is flow
An unravelled mystery ….

Behold this

Human

delibration organizing nature
A pretty sight to behold
Perhaps a visual treat
A work from the heart
An artists vision
An engineering of marvel
Of outstounding technicality
Of uniformity par excellence
Of colours in a pattern
Arresting landscaping
Structuring the unstructured….

Ingenuity of man Interweaving nature
Interspersing with creativity
Flourishing fields
A rainbow on earth
Painstaking perfection
Magnanimous task
Cultivating in collaboration
Perseverance and patience
With teamwork and texhnicality
Stupendous effort
A haven on earth
A sight to behold …
Imploring you to feast
Your eyes on a visual treat…

Grateful

Hiroyuki Sanada once said, “There are those who want a swimming pool in the house, while those who have one barely use it. Those who have lost a loved one feel a deep sense of loss, while others who hold them close often complain about them. Those who do not have a partner yearn for him, but those who have, sometimes do not value him. The hungry would give anything for a plate of food, while the well-fed complains about the taste. The one who doesn’t have a car dreams, while the one who has one is always looking for a better one. The key is to be grateful, look carefully at what we have and understand that somewhere, someone would give everything for what you already have and don’t appreciate.”

Meet life with enthusiasm

Build cheer to cope with disappointment

Build resilience to face challenges

Build courage in the changes

And sense life in faith & humility

Awareness of Oneness

Universal Oneness is an awareness

In reflections of the truth of the being

Interweaved and interconnected in every life .

Strength shines through the vulnerabilities.

As a power in the very fragility

Touched by divine grace

Enmeshed in the senses

Comes a consciousness of the flow

In and around us

Beyond the illusion of separation

Is the dance of connection.

Acknowledge

As humans we are always exploring and discovering  possibilities. Sometimes we understand  much in no time, and take the right steps, and at other times we mis the bus.

Acknowledge the wins  & the  misses.

Every step missed is brimming with a lesson.

If we choose to pay attention every failure teaches us something.

On where we want to be,

On how far we are, from where we want to go.

Question is are we ready to acknowledge  failure as  a part of the learning process?

Every success  can be attributed  to the  many experiences that may have had many lessons  and the effort taken to succeed.

And if there is propensity  and determination to take the effort, there are many pathways  that lead us beyond failure.

I like this saying by Mary Ash, I came across  recently which presents a fresh perspective on failure.

‘For every failure, there’s an alternative course of action. You just have to find it. When you come to a roadblock, take a detour.’

Acknowledge where and how you are.

You will find your own path.
