So many feelings
So many thoughts
Creating confusion
Body mind & spirit
What to say and do
What to hold on to
And what to let go
Queries the mind.
Let go doubt
Let go assumptions
Let go prejudice
Let go judgements
All is meant to change
All is meant to flow
Answers the heart.
But the dance of the mind and heart continues😊
Every day… until
Dancing the doubts away
The body heals
Awakening the intuitive wisdom

Trust is the lifeline
Between people
That keeps hope alive
In faith and belief
That things will come through
In trust life resurrects
And success sustains
In feeling fulfilled.
A lack of trust
Erodes relationships
Personal or professional
For when trust is broken
Efforts become meaningless
For sense of purpose is lost
Without trust
Every thing crumbles…
Until trust is gained
Nothing matters.

The Desert Wisdom
With the singing sands
Below the feet
Where the winds blows
Tuning in to the changes
Slipping in through
The sands of time
Dancing in the dunes
Is the wisdom of the flow
Nothing is what it seems
The desert tests the spirit
To transform the being
The desert teaches…
The many ways of survival.
Through the wisdom in change.

The paper is where it is
On it the pen moves
Driven by the hand
The fingers of writer
Holding the pen
Waltzing on paper
Shaping thoughts
In a flow all its own.
And the soul & spirit
Of the writer imprints
For eternity…

We are beings of light
The light of the divine
Interconnects us all
Exchanging energy
Of the Universe in the flow
In our body our hands
Play a part in the exchange
Reaching out to help heal
They are Conduits of Divinity
In the fluidity of the flow
Helping heal and align
And manifest in prayer.
In the realms of spirit and soul
Divinity channels itself
Through portals of our being
In the awareness of Oneness.

Creating pathways of change
Your choices create your gateways
For your own transformations
Soul knows more than you think….
Perhaps your perceptions
need a new perspective.
