Top 5 Tips To Relieve Back Pain

Here are top 5 tips to relieve back pain.

1. Sit less duration in the same position.  Avoid long duration of sitting or lying down, choose to walk and move more

2. Strengthen your spine with exercises and especially for back muscles .

3  Straighten your posture and align your spine whenever  you find yourself slouching

4. Sleep well using the right kind of mattress . If you sleep sideways, support your back and hip alignment with pillows between  your legs while sleeping.

5. Stretch and move often to make the back supple.

Take care of your back and it will have your back all of your life.

Dance of matter

Every move has  a reaction

In the cause  and effect world

Forms shifting shapes

Colours changing  hues

Where even the blink of an eye

A touch of the breeze

Or even a silent intention

Can set off a symphony in response

For all is aligned in connection.

Twisted or helical structure

In a Self arranging universe 

Reflecting retracting

Rotating revolving

Tuning  itself in time

Blending in the balancing

Altered by sensitivity in subtlety

Interplay of Intelligence

Telling phenomenonal stories

Holding immense possibilities

Coherence  Part 2 

Much happens in the sounds

Much happens in the silence

For it is never still

The troughs and crests

The highs and lows

The swing and the sways

Are all but a dance of waves

Of energy in the flow of life

Asserting in the ascent

And subsiding in the descent.

Shaping itself in the changes.

Much like notes of music

Coming together in coherence

And the spaces between notes

Making music to those

Who care to sense.

All parts to the same whole

Finding meaning  in itself.

Finding purpose for itself.

Such is the circle  of life.

Head to toe

Toe to head

Breathe it out

Let it go..

Heal overwhelm

Heal overthinking

Heal your heart

In the mixed bag of lides emotions

Embedding  itself into the psyche.

Emotions too need release

Unshackle to let go and free up

Cut the cord of emotions

Before they overwhelm you.

To process and reflect & let go

Unshackling

Evolution happens in the changes that are a precussor to transformation.

A conscious unshackling of patterns of thought brings forth new and diverse ways of thinking. Every now and then a diversity acknowledges new associations and breeds creativity.

A deliberate action that reaches out far and wide to step out of conventional thought patterns is never easy especially as most often humans like to feel safe and secure in comfort of knowing of a stability.

Change can be unsettling and startling for most…

To accept and acclamatize in the new shifts.

As humans much of our creativity is often boxed in association of concepts and experiences and their correlation.

To creates new spaces for light is to step up in the gamut of creativity there need to be, a dare into the unknown that explores dimensions beyond.

Sounds Good?

Words are powerful and the power comes not from the meaning alone, but from the tonality of how it sounds when read alone or  along with a group of other words. Said, read, or written or heard these words carry immense vibrations  which can alter thoughts and perceptions.

As a writer… I have often thought about if the words I write, sounds alright.
